I have never been so well taken care of at a dealership. Vince and Chris were so polite and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. This is one large purchase I don t regret. I will never look at buying cars the same after this. Five star service before I even got there. It did not end with the purchase either! They are there for oil changes and all.

Avoid at all cost. I purchased a Wrangler CPO that I was told had undergone inspection. The vehicle was delivered to my home on St Simons. Several items were broken and damaged. I contacted the salesman and he was to have the manager contact me. I have never heard from anyone. No way that Jeep would have let a vehicle that was a CPO leave a dealership slot in the condition this vehicle was in. Broken top, bent antenna, broken headrest, broken passenger seat, busted taillight and I was told new tires but they a 5k miles from being bald.

I am very wary of car dealerships after several high pressure and negative experiences with previous purchases. My experience at Davis was phenomenal. From the sales process to the final signing and receipt of the vehicle I was treated with kindness, no pressure, and all of the information I asked for with thorough and honest responses. Kale on the sales team was awesome. We were looking for a first car for my son and he was so patient and kind - and I was looking for a great deal and he came through. When we signed papers we were shown several options for maintenance, etc., and there was truly no pressure at all. I didn't feel pushed one way or the other and when I declined some options I was still treated with total respect. I would not hesitate to purchase here again.

Cherri and I enjoyed Jon Altman. He was attentive, savy, helpful and easy to deal with. Same for James.Had never stopped at dealership but looking to move service for Jeep and our Acura to Davis.Good experience!

It was time to replace my wife's vehicle and we started our search for a replacementand found Davis Dodge's website. It was very easy to navigate and we were able to narrow our search down to a couple of vehicles. When we arrived, we asked to test drive one of the Jeep Grand Cherokee's and my wife fell in love with this car. I can't say enough at how pleased we were with our experience with them as they were all very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I'm sure that when it comes time to replace my personal vehicle, I will be making another trip to see them.

The customer service, at this dealership is as poor as I've seen. Imagine loaning your car to your friend and them having it for longer than they said they would, and when they did return it, it had scratches all over the side and rear windows of your soft top wrangler. Rather than apologizing for something that clearly happened when they had it, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "this isn't their problem, this is an insurance problem". Well, that's how their MANAGER of "Customer Services" started when they saw the damage on our $70,000 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. At this point, I was very angry and I did raise my voice...what does the "Manager" do? He plays the victim of an angry customer...He actually said the words..."I don't have to do anything". I reminded him that we spent $70,000 at this dealership and expect to get better service...he came back with the number of cars that are on their lot being of more value. I tried to back up and said "get on with it, then...tell us what you're going to do"...He was still focused on having his feelings hurt. Since he didn't like my tone, he wouldn't really continue from there. Finally, he says he'll take care of the problem. Then leaves to have the Customer Service Rep finish the conversation...takes a real leader to leave your rep with angry customers, because you don't like the tone of the conversation. Whether it's an insurance problem or a dealership problem is beside the point...When we have our $70,000 vehicle in your possession and it comes back all scuffed up, the customer doesn't want to hear "it's not the dealership's problem", as the first words that come out of your mouth. I'm really not sure how much you have to spend at this dealership to get better service, but $70k isn't enough. Not once...did we hear..."sorry this happened" or "this isn't good" or anything to that effect. The customer services rep, at the end, went on to even say that "he didn't even know where on the lot, the Jeep was parked". I reminded him that he, my wife and I walked with HIM to the Jeep, so that my wife could get some of her things, when it was decided they would have the Jeep for longer. This was also the time when we asked him if it is a good place to park the jeep, backed into a grove of trees, like this. Be warned...if you buy a vehicle, under warranty, from this dealership, expect this type of service and complete disregard for your vehicle, because the cars on their lot are nicer. Unbelievable!This was the second instance of poor customer service...the first time, there was zero power going to the Jeep, so it wouldn't start. Their solution was to replace the regular battery...we expressed our doubt on this and after very poor communication, or lack thereof, that became the "solution". There was a lot of "oh, _______ isn't available right now, but I will make sure he calls you right back"...No call back. Oh yeah...and the problem that we brought the Jeep in for that triggered this whole review, in the first place? No power to the Jeep, same thing as before.Note: Alex, our salesperson was awesome, and this is no reflection on her, but we will not spend another dime at this dealership ever again.

We were very satisfied working with Rob Ross from this dealership. He was very professional and courteous, and provided a seamless experience from start to finish. If you re in the market for a vehicle you should pay Rob a visit, he s very knowledgeable on the vehicles and not pushy at all.

I recently took my 2006 Jeep Wrangler In for repairs. Generally dealing with an older vehicle, you run into some problems. The Service Dept. diagnosed my problem and I was informed that they would have to order the parts. Everyone at the Dealership I spoke with was polite and professional. It can be frustrating waiting to get your vehicle repaired, but they kept me updated and informed. Old cars can be a headache, but Davis Jeep treated my Jeep like it was Showroom New! Review update: Another visit to Davis Jeep this week because my Jeep was leaking. As a customer, I like to do business with the same folks. I only go elsewhere if I feel like I was not treated fairly and respectful. I will continue to go to Davis, because they are upfront and professional. Dawn is asset to the company. She works with you, and keeps you informed. Car repairs are going to be expensive. When people are professional and courteous, that somehow softens the price tag of the repair.

Ryan was great to work with, buying our new Jeep Sahara. No games, tactics or B.S. Respectful and straight-forward. They do take care of you and provide the little extras. I'm very critical of dealerships and have had very negative experiences recently with other area dealerships. Davis CDJ was way above the rest.

Customer service was horrible. Was told vehicle was dangerous to drive, but still allowed to drive because a Chrysler rental car was unavailable. Dawn and Angelo have absolutely zero customer service or relations skills. Vehicle had same issue reoccur 48hrs after fix. When dropping off the vehicle again the entire service team ignored me. I stood there for 20min while they acknowledged other customers as they walked through the door. It wasn t until the one service associate finally acknowledged me that I was taken care of. After signing the paperwork it was handed to Dawn you then ignored my question on when the diagnostics would be done. It was until the 3rd time I asked did she finally acknowledge me. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I had to leave a message. Next day, same thing. Next day, I was transferred to parts, had to leave a message ( these messages were done in the AM ) no one called again. Next day, I just drive there, of course I show up at the start of lunch. I waited an hour. If someone called me back, I would not have been there at that time. 96.00 later, for a synthetic oil change. The next day, my radio was wonky, kept jumping around, wouldn t connect. I erased my phone, re-paired it with my car. Still the same. Here we go again, no one called me back. Next day, I leave a message .as of last March 21,, no phone call. AGAIN. I figured it out, my usb needed to replaced. I called for a part. Why, I don t know. I heard nada. My son has been a service manager for 14 years in MD. They charge 60-70 dollars for an oil change. AND NEVER HAS HE TREATED A CUSTOMER WITH SUCH DISRESPECT.

I really wanted to like this place and I tried them twice. Unfortunately I just can t their service department is severely lacking. My first experience wasn t terrible, but I had to argue to get them to accept my MOPAR maintenance plan I had purchased. They didn t want to let me use it because they said they lose money on it. How is that my fault? I purchased it from MOPAR, take it up with them.Second visit was worse they asked where my key to my lug nut but lock was, I told them the glove box. After the service was complete I went to get my keys and they absolutely refused to honor my MOPAR service plan I had purchased. They wouldn t even talk about it. I didn t argue and went to pay as I was leaving that afternoon for a road trip. When I got the bill there was a note from the tech saying they were unable to locate my lug nut key and tires were not rotated, but the charge for the rotation was still on the invoice. When I asked about it the gentleman at the desk he went and asked and confirmed they were not rotated and agreed to take the charge off. Great! However, when I got home I looked in my glovebox, and there was the lug key I don t even think they looked for it. To top it all off, there was a filthy oily rag and the old oil change sticker sitting on my light gray leather seat!!! I didn t pay $80,000 for a new vehicle for someone else to mess it up! Oh, and one last thing I received an email asking how my service was, obviously not great so I replied to email and never heard a word back! Absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. I won t be going back. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to a different dealership.

Purchased a brand new 2023 Ram BigHorn Diesel first week in January. Was told I purchased it "at invoice." The vehicle has less than 4,000 miles on it right now (3,612 to be exact), it's been in the shop now three times for the same issue.Contacted corporate and am currently trying to figure out what to do (3rd time it's been in the shop for the same issue- total out of commission time is now ten days total).I will say on a high note, Ryan Kramer was my salesman, and he is pretty up front. Have dealt with a couple dealerships in the last few years and Ryan seems to be the most transparent I have worked with.If you are going to deal with any salesperson, Ryan is who you would want to be working with.

Chris cares about his customers! He takes the time to go the extra mile to ensure his customers are well taken care of. I went in for an appointment for a recall on a spoiler for my Dodge Durango and service on my u-connect. I was told it would take a few weeks to get the part. After 4 weeks I called and was told it was in paint shop and would be ready in 2 weeks. I called back and the service department told me the part needed to be ordered. I explained I was told it was in paint department, he told me he would check and call me back. Well, no call back. So after more than 3 months I called and left a detailed message with the General manager, Angelo Fanelli, and again no call back. I then called Dodge Chrysler to help, their solution find another dealer. After owning a dodge, Chrysler and a jeep for the past 30 years, this was as bad of an experience as you can get.

I would give this service dept. zero stars if this was an option. They give you an appointment to have your car receive emergency service and send you a text to confirm it but when you get there they turn you away because they are too busy as I was told. I would not recommend them. There is another Jeep dealer nearby to utilize.

I was given the opportunity to work with Chris Fair who went above and beyond to field questions as well as concerns that I had with the unit I purchased. We had a great experience! My wife was very specific about what she wanted and the sales team went to work. They kept searching until they got the vehicle she wanted including trim, model, and color all during the week of a major holiday. Ryan Cramer made our experience. He is very genuine and never tried to steer us toward an easier sell. My wife said she felt he really listened to her and set out to find her exactly what she wanted. We have purchased here before and wouldn t go anywhere else for all our automotive needs.

I was very happy with the immediate service I received at Davis C.D.J.R... 2 hours, trouble was found and fixed this place deserves 10 *'s. I went to another place 2 times for the same service. The first time they kept my car for 4 days. The second time they had my car for a week. The problem still was not fixed.

Professional, attentive, and just overall great customer service are just a few of the qualities I observed at Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My service advisor Dawn was absolutely remarkable at keeping me up to date on the extensive maintenance being performed on my vehicle, as well as following up on warrantied items to ensure they were covered. The mechanics did an outstanding job of conducting the repairs in a timely manner and returning the vehicle to me running as designed. Ryan was amazing to work with ordering our new Jeep Rubicon! We had talked to 3 other s dealerships and they kept jerking us around with price and our trade in. We gave Ryan our information and he had the offer and fair trade in value for our 2018 Jeep Sahara within 30 minutes! It was an extra 25 minute drive but SO worth it. I am telling everyone I know what an wonderful experience it was working with everyone at the Davis Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Yulee Florida!

Davis CDJR in Yulee is awesome! I found exactly what I wanted and they made it possible for me. Very clean and organized dealership. My salesman, Chris Fair was one of the nicest, most honest people you, Could ever meet. I had talked to a few other Jeep dealerships and was either high pressured or treated very bad. The manager at Bay meadows CDJR was very rude and refused to talk to me. There was never the high pressure sales tactics used. The staff at Davis are friendly and kind. They never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question or bothering them. A great group of people. If you want honesty, go visit them first. You will go back.
