Traveling from Indiana and headed to Destin, my camper van developed mechanical issues that became apparent a few miles from Norman's. The owner and staff worked with me to not only resolve the problem but to give us the ability to get to a nearby campgrounds while we waited on parts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were back on the road asap and that we would make it safely back home. I don't know of a garage in my hometown that would have given me the kindness and fair service I received from Norman's, knowing I was just passing through. I feel so fortunate to have been in the right place when my van broke down.

I cannot say enough great things about Ben and his crew, including his wife Jasmine. They communicate efficiently give everyone a vip service and their rates are more than fair! I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles. They have done engine replacement, transmission work, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, and the list goes on and on for me! If there were 10 stars that is what I would give them, because they go above and beyond and are honest. I cannot thank them enough for the quality work that they provide. I had a 2018 Kia soul, engine was replaced, hence why I no longer have, no fault of theres(it was a Kia!)Now I have a 1999 Silverado 5.3 liter, 2006 Honda accord v6, and my work truck a 2012 ford f150 5.0 . All run perfectly I ve been a customer for years and have never been anything but happy! Thank you Normans garage for all you do!

Norman s garage went above and beyond to work with our warranty company to get the repairs our truck needed.They are the best place to go for repairs. They do exceptional work and have the most amazing customer service around.We thank you for all you have done for us.

This humble little shop is a true gem in Laurel Hill, FL. Ben and his crew are honest, professional and competent techs who do it right and stand by their work. Happily have them service all our business and personal vehicles.

I was looking for an oil change being new to the area and called this place. Was told he does "hot oil" changes. Drive up and be done in 10 mins. Great service and will be back for sure. Already told all my family in the area to visit this place for any needs. Couldn't ask for better service so close to home.

This place is amazing. They took great care of my truck, told me exactly what was going on, and fixed it beyond my expectations. Their character and integrity as an experienced mechanic really sets them apart and above all others. Good people, great work, and amazing service. I highly recommend them above anywhere else. What can I possibly say about Ben, or as I like to call him The Mozart of mechanics .At another shop- I was quoted 2,200 for new Shocks and struts. Ben found me quality parts with a life time warranty for $700 and some change. After one hour in his shop he got me out there for more than half the price than what I was originally quoted.More over he was very familiar and knowledgeable about the specifics on my vehicle. And I suspect this is par for the course on what ever he pulling into his garage.The employee mechanics made me feel welcome and were very professional. It was a nice and welcoming atmosphere. I won t be using anyone else for those tough jobs. Thank you Ben, it was a real pleasure.

I will bring my vehicles here to get fixed for now on. Ben and his team do phenomenal work on the vehicles. When the work is complete I was shown every detail of what was fixed on my daughters jeep. My dad started going to Ben, then my husband told his dad about him, and they both started going...I finally followed after going to P'cola Honda for 10 yrs with my Civic. We all appreciate Ben and his crew, they are hard workers, honest, and do a GREAT job with fair prices on our cars, trucks, and SUVs! Ben is an excellent, fair, and thorough mechanic who possess something rare these days..... integrity. He's a genuine likeable person upon first impression.We had loyal customers to a competitor in Florala who was also building a new business 3-4 years ago. Don't know if it was dollar signs, or just not caring, but we scheduled three separate times to get a receiver hitch, and lights. It was our hurricane evacuation plan. Needless to say it was never even started.We went to Ben Norman, and fixed in one trip. I highly recommend this man because of his integrity, and honesty.You now have customers as long as you're in business.We sincerely appreciate you.The Chapman's

Vehicle giving you trouble? Ben will fix it. In the past few months I ve had Normans Garage install a hitch & wire harness, do a drilled/slotted rotor brake upgrade, and fix a leaking AC. The best part is that you leave Normans Garage with a sense of trust and confidence on top of a reliably repaired vehicle. Definitely the best mechanic around.
