My check engine light came on. I called a local garage and they quoted $170 to diagnose it. I called O'Reilly's and they said FREE so I went there and got it done

I went there to test my battery because my car stopped all of sudden when I put the eco mode and the guy put the tester on my battery and told me my battery was good. Then I went to a closest Auto Zone Parts Store to have a second opinion, their battery tester took longer than the one from O Reilly and told me that my battery was bad. I don t know if is their battery tester that is not a good one or the guy didn t want to take his time to test my battery.

They always have what I'm looking for in stock, when other places don't carry it at all, even for old classic vehicles.Must be why Derek from Vice Grip Garage always goes there when he needs parts and lubricants and such.

First time shopper and new loyal consumer the crew at the store very helpful and knowledgeable giving great advice and suggestions. I bought my car battery and they remove the old one and instal my new battery super fast and very professional Danny the crew member that installed it was polite and very good . I am happy with the service and prices definitely will be back and recommend the store to anybody.

Thank you to the manager Leroy who provided great service. If you live in Lauderhill and in need of an auto parts store nearby, go here. I came in looking for refrigerant/ac recharge for my 18 BMW M550 (can t make it to the dealer just yet) and had several questions I ll just leave it at this brother knows his stuff and takes good initiative.

I came in today 3/1/23 needing wipers. The man German chose to help me. He not only said they didn't have ant wipers that would fit my 2011 Ford escape he tried one it didn't fit. He wouldn't tell me the price of the brands just assumed I'd want the cheapest one. When he had to go to the bank multiple times because he clearly didn't know what he was doing he would huff and puff as if he was annoyed that I needed help. I've been coming here since they built this location and everyone is always so nice so this was disappointing. At one point he told me to try autozone. He ignored all my questions just didn't respond. Very bad service and not very knowledgeable about wipers. He seemed he didn't wanna work too hard. I'm upset with my experience today.

I pass by there just to ask about a new battery for my truck coming from the dealer because they was really rude with me, so, I pass by there and ending getting 2 batteries, the principal and another that I have for accessories. The guy was really nice and helpful, he install the battery for me. Really nice stuff and prices. Thanks a lot.Update: sep/6/22 The principal battery was failing wont keeping charge. They was really nice and helpful, even without a receipt they change my battery without any doubt. Thanks a lot. I will come back to this store.

Low quality customer service. No interest in having conversation with the customers, nor providing help. Walked in with the intentions of purchasing a battery starter, along with a ratchet socket set, windshield wipers and few other things for my Dad. Unfortunately the workers were busy having conversations amongst each other while I am busy walking around looking at everything no one offered help. We weren t even greeted when we walked in nor told thanks for coming when we were leaving. Thanks for nothing O Reilly; hopefully we will have a better customer service representative experience if we should ever visit this location again.

I went to this location for the 1st time: I had previously called & spoke to Ryan, he was very helpful; went to store was assisted by Rey; he was great he installed wiper blade w no issues, he was courteous + professional. Will definitely continue going there for any auto need I might have. Thank you for great service.

You must go here ! Ask for Annemarie. Super friendly and knows her stuff. Called in the morning for an alternator And it was there the same day. Exceptional service!! Thanks again Annemarie you saved the day !! O Reilly s in Lauderhill is the place to be.

I m eight months pregnant and my husband is away for work, so when my battery on my car died I made the right decision by going to O Reillys. I was immediately greeted by Ryan who went above and beyond for me. Before selling me a battery he checked my old battery, to make sure it was truly a battery that I needed. Ryan continued his great service by replacing my battery for me, this was something I did not expect. Ryan s actions really put me in a great mood. I m a sales manager for a retail store and I wish my employees could take a page out of Ryan s book.

My car suddenly overheated in the drive thru this morning. I thought maybe I didn t have enough coolant. So I went to Oreilly s to see what they thought. The manager Rey diagnosed my issue. Apparently the relay for the fan was out. After a crosstown travel. I went back to O reilly s where my car was waiting and Rey got it fixed. Not only did he fix it but also showed me a few things to keep an eye on.Long story short. My head gasket almost blew but luckily I was two doors down from the auto parts store. If you ever need help with your car these guys are fantastic.The repairs cost $27. I am stupid lucky.

I recently had issues with my car starting and was assisted by Sam and Ryan. They both did a fantastic job determining if my car had an alternator or dead/bad battery issue. Their battery tester had determined that I had a faulty alternator but Ryan was determined and willing to take the extra time to do some above and beyond testing to see if in fact that it was a false positive on the alternator. In the end it was the battery and they could have easily have said it was the alternator so I am grateful for the honesty and integrity that the staff has provided for me today and also saving me a lot of money and time.If you have questions and need help I would highly recommend this location and asking for Ryan and Sam!!!

Horrible customer service and that warranty might only good for using the bathroom..never will I shop here. No other place makes you jump through hoops just to get a warranty exchange on a battery that's their own product nobody else sells. Place is a joke

Absolutely terrible service, not only did the gentleman try to tell me this is the only battery your car will take but he also tried telling me that my car had to be on in order to change the battery, and that it would be a liability to change. I don t know if it s because I m a woman and he didn t think I knew about battery sizes and voltage, but he was very rude and demeaning. Like, if you can t change a battery just say that he was extremely unprofessional, and ignorant. Now, I went to another O Reilly up a few blocks and a store representative names Kadeem changed our battery, and was extremely helpful, and gave us different battery options. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. There s nothing against oreily, you re all great! But this guy right here needs to find another profession. He s a skinny tall Caucasian male with round glasses. I don t really remember his name. He was awful! But Kadeem really saved the day.

THEY GAVE ME THE THE WRONG ALTERNATOR BELT IN WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CORRECT BOX. WHEN TESTING MY ALTERNATOR THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOOD ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS BAD WHEN I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC AFTER I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT THE ISSUE WAS. I figured out the issue! The issue is that nobody knows what they re doing at this O Reilly or the neighboring auto parts stores nearby.

I needed to get my rotors resurfaced and so I called the location in plantation 2 weeks ago to find out if they perform this type of service. They said they don't that but the other stores specifically the one on Commercial by University Drive in Tamarac does resurface rotors. So, I woke up early to take my car apart and got the rotors off to take them to resurface today since they open at 8am. I called before going to ensure they were open, when I asked what I needed they said their machine hasn't worked for 4 months. And the person that answered the phone invited me to take a look at the machine if I'd like after I told him what I was told 2 weeks ago. The only help I received was when I asked him for his managers name, he said "Sam".

Lazy workers don t wanna install nothing for you as a customer that doesn t have timeTo be a mechanic, listen bro if you don t wanna do car mechanics and sellParts then don t work a job for car parts and mechanics, just there to look cool like it s fast and the furious movie, this ain t a movie bud start helping customers better. Google also states that o rielly helps install light bulbs and window wipers, if you wanna look cool because you work at a car shop then maybe that profession of a job isn t for you.

Went in to use the diagnostic computer but they aren't scanning right now. Nice, helpful associate helped me (at proper social distancing) and answered questions and gave sound advice. 2nd good experience at this store.

Excellent help, knowledgeable people, if one guy doesn't know another one does. Also very clean and great selection and very good prices! I found this store accidentally on my way to PetSmart and I'm glad I did!

I bought 2 oxygen sensors for my car but after 1+ month they stopped working. I went there to ask for a warranty replacement but they told me it has to be only with the manager who is in the store until 5:00, and I don't have time to go before that time
