Dexter is a jewel! 100% honest and sometimes he doesn't charge me what he should. He knows about cars and gives me advice on what type of car to buy. He goes above and beyond. Did I mention he is honest as they make them!!

Dexter and Sean are true professionals. Very knowledgeable, honest and willing with you to meet and exceed the customers expectations, I would highly recommend. They worked on my 1993 Nissan 300zx.

Left my vehicle to check for leaks. It was no cost to check. They found several and suggested a fix. Very quick, friendly and especially helpful and honest. Highly recommend them

Wanted to get a diagnostics done with Hondas HDS. He was willing to do it for free where honda wants almost $200. Super guy!!

I was really disappointed, I had a viable inexpensive solution to get my car running with no issues. They convinced me to take a more expensive route, then after I paid for the parts the total cost of the job almost tripled from what was originally quoted. I had so much better luck from the gas station down the street.

I am traveling out of town and wanted to see if my car would be safe to travel the 5-6 hours safely. Mr. Dexter was so very kind and educated me on my car and what particular things meant on my car. I was thankful that he didn't try and sell me anything, he was just honest and truly ethical! Having that type of customer service is truly RARE these days. I've been taking my car to Dexter at Nissan & Honda Specialists since I bough her used in 2019. He's the only person I'll take my car to. Stand up guy with great knowledge of cars. Don't hesitate to bring him your car. You'll be happy you did. He's done everything I've needed for my car at a fraction of the cost Honda would charge. Unbelievable, actual honest mechanics! I had a flat tire and it was in a bad neighborhood, so I quickly patched it in the dark. Afterwards the car rode like it had a thumping/grinding sound and I thought it was the bearings. This is my first time to N&HS and I left the car there to be diagnosed and repaired. I left and about and hour later they called and said my car was done. It turned out I didn't tighten the wheel down enough after I plugged it. It just had to be tightened and it was good as new. They also found like 5 nails in my back tires, plugged them all and rotated my tires all for an amazing price! A shop could have waited some time and said we changed the wheel hub and then charged me $500+ but Sean and Dexter are honest men. You should have no hesitation bringing your car here as finding a competent mechanic is rare but finding a competent honest one is next to impossible! Also don't be fooled by the Nissan/Honda in their name as they work on all makes and models. 20 stars!

Me and four members of my family have been benefiting from the outstanding experience and professionalism at Nissan & Honda Specialists over the past two decades. I took my Honda Odyssey 2002 with two leaking's: transmission, radiator, and a locked sliding door, and they fixed them, on time, at a economical price, and with high quality. The attention of Mr. Dexter, and his team is excellent, and they explain you why a part in necessary, the price, and the time to install. I am very happy of selecting this place, and I recommend them for your Honda car, or van. highest diagnostic price i have ever seen. $150 just to drive up on their lot. nothing special regarding their capabilities or expertise, once they get their hooks in you they try to overcharge for other services. there are so many better options closeby.

Dexter is awesome. I ve been using him for my Nissan Maxima for several years. Always honest, saves me money when he can and discusses any significant work that needs to be done before doing it. And he s very good at his job when big or small repairs need to be done; I ve never needed him to re-fix anything because he gets it right the first time. It s been a long time since I actually trusted a mechanic, but this shop is worthy of my trust. My Maxima is 14 years old and still feels new thanks to this shop.

Dexter and Glen are awesome. Took good care of me. Even drove 30 minutes to pick me up and brought me to the shop to pickup my truck. Promised one day work and finished in one day. Dexter even gave me a discount after I already agreed on the cost. Excellent customer service and workmanship. This will be my go to repair shop from now on.

Mr. Dexter is amazing. I took my Altima to multiple mechanics to no avail. Even the Nissan dealership was useless, but Mr. Dexter not only properly fixed my vehicle. He was extremely reasonably priced, as well as amazingly informative and explained everything in verbatim. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any and all automotive repair, services or overall inspections.

My accord needed a tune up and had water leak that Dexter fixed.� He did a great job! My car is running perfect and no more leaks.� I highly recommend Nissan Honda Specialists.

I've know Dexter for 20 years. He's provided upkeep and repair on my cars during that time. He is a truly honest and reliable man. He stands behind his work, and on many occasions has saved me $100.s of dollars by doing what was necessary rather than the typical upsell I used to get elsewhere.You can't go work with Dexter.

By far the best guys around. Dexter and his crew had me back on the road in a day after I busted my oil pan. Very professional, kind, courtesy, and good communication.Very veteran friendly as well.

I first wrote this review 4 years ago, and it's still true.I recently moved a good distance away, but I will come here no matter where I move to in South Florida. They do good, quick work and take great care of their customers. They never try to up-sell and have been completely honest, even telling me I don't need to worry about things that I thought needed to be fixed or changed. I recommend this shop to all friends and family because of their competence and integrity.

Dexter is always kind and takes the time to explain any issues and how to resolve them and what he can/will do . Very trust worthy mechanic. Works on other manufacturers besides Nissan and Honda, I own a Mazda.

Just took my car here for the first time. I m a daughter of a mechanic who s always fixed my car, and was terrified to go to someone different. But dexter is amazing and cares about his customers obviously. Will definitely be going back to him every time my car needs a repair

Dexter is hands down the most honest mechanic I have ever met in my entire LIFE!!!! I say that with all honesty. As a woman we often get mishandled when it comes to cars and mechanics because most try and take advantage of you, but NOT Dexter. When I say every single thing that was wrong with the car he fixed and what is so honest about him he will tell you what you do not need for your car. The windshield wipers were being replaced also on the car and their was a miscommunication with Dexter and his team. He called and stated that the wipers were not done (I had not even noticed it) and he sent his guy to come to my job to install them. If you are not going to Dexter then you should!!! and if your a single lady and need work done to your car and don't wanna feel cheated!! Please go see Dexter :)

Absolutely fantastic, I was getting so tired of mechanics who either didn't know what they were doing, didn't care whether they fixed your problem, or worst yet, both. These guys know cars, know how to diagnose and fix the problem, and care enough to make absolutely sure it's done right. My 2001 Civic feels like it runs better than when it was brand new. I *will* take all our cars to Dexter from this point forward.

Took my pickup truck there To fix a temperature problem and dexter got it fixed when three other mechanics refused to attempt to fix the problem. Great mechanic, reasonable prices and honest. Anytime my truck need repairs I will be going there again. Great place and great people working there.

Mechanics Glen and Dexter do great work. They are fair and professional I have been using them for over 10 years. And they kept kept my 18 year old Nissan Altima running perfectly.

Glen and Dexter are the best!!! Good, fast and reliable work!!! I always get a good checkup with knowledgeable advice how to proceed. Those guys surly know a lot about cars and how to fix every problem. On top of that they are super friendly. Try it!!!!
