I was extremely worried about fixing my car (if it would look off or different than before) and the price. Luckily, I got it right the first time and didn't have to call place to place to fix my car at a reasonable price too. They were fantastic in helping me and patient with explaining the situation to me. It took about a week for my car parts to come on and only a day or 2 to fix it. I definitely recommend them!!!

They damaged my vehicles rocker panels. It s obvious it was done by their lift since the damage is equal on both sides. This damage isn t on any of the photos I took of the car for the original insurance claim.

This is the place to go and get good body repairs at less than most ins deductibles. They always answer the phone and always communicate with you quickly. Its very clean and organized. So rare to find good quality and HONEST auto body specialists. Its a must stop for when you re getting estimates on doing body repairs.

You will need to make sure you pay attention to every detail to make sure they do exactly the work you are asking them to do. The QUALITY IS EXCELLENT, but you have to stay on top of them. I would definitely use them again.

Simply amazing! A tree fell on my fiancee's car. Damage everywhere. Lauderdale Collusion to the rescue! After they worked on it, the car now looks as good as new. If it's possible it looks even better than before the damage. There are lots of body shop places to choose from. Come here, you won't be disappointed. This will be my 3rd coming to this location for repairs on my car, unfortunately due to reckless driving of other vehicles. This family owned shop has been nothing but patient, transparent, and awesome when it comes to getting the work done! Hoping I don t have to come back anytime soon but if you need an honest work done, Lauderhill Collision is the place to bring your vehicles! I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this business for all your collision and car body repairs. They are efficient, communicative and offer top-notch services for reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the overall end result of my badly damaged car that I was using for my holidays. The staff is professional, friendly, and the overall experience was impressive (10 times better than others that I have dealt with). Great place to have your car repaired after an accident.I search many locations and read lots of review before finding a location to fix my Honda Hatchback 2022. A friend recommended Lauderhill Collision and it was the best decision to bring my new Honda here, the car look like new the body and paint job was high quality, customer service is good they keep you informed on the process and nice guys to work with, Thanks Frank. Never do business with this company. I had my hood painted on in January 2022. When I picked up my car in the dark after work I did not notice any issues however the following day there was a large area of paint missing from my drivers side door near the bottom. It appeared as though it had been taped and when the tape had been removed it peeled off the paint. I immediately brought the car back to Lauderhill Collision and was told that the damage that was on the drives side door was there when I dropped it off. NOT TRUE! I did not have any picture pre-paint job to prove it so I had to pay for the damage caused by them and I had it repainted elsewhere. Fast forward to July 2022 there was a small area of paint on the hood that was bubbling up. I took it to Lauderhill Collision on July 5, 2022 and showed it to Michel (the manager?) he agreed it was an issue with the paint job and I could drop it off later in the month when I was going on vacation for it to be repainted. I subsequently emailed him again on July 28, 2022 advising that I had not been able to drop the vehicle off as my family member was having significant health issues and he assured me I could drop it off when I was able. My family emergency ended up taking me out of state for several months. I followed up with our original email to Michel again on March 5, 2023 and received the following reply on March 6, 2023 "Yes madam, you can bring it in." I took the vehicle in today on March 9, 2023 and spoke with Adriano advising of the emailed conversations as well as the fact that I had brought it in and showed it to Michel on 7-5. I dropped the vehicle off expecting it to be taken care of while I am away on vacation and received a call from a female about 1 hour later stating that my damage was not caused by bubbling paint as it would be more than the 3 spots I have now and that the issue is caused by rock from the road chipping the paint! How was it that Michel agreed on 7-5-22 that the issue was with the paint job but now it is due to the road? Rocks do not cause paint to bubble. I have the emails to prove my statements. I will never use this company again and I strongly recommend that if you do you take before and after pictures and get everything in writing. These guys are crooks. I do not recommend their services. If I could have given them zero stars I would have for having the WORST customer service ever.Service: Painting

I've had repairs made by Lauderhill Collision in the past and they did an excellent. job. Recently my sister needed a repair to her car and the work done so well, there was no way anyone could tell it was repaired. Great place to get your vehicle's body work on. The best I find about the management on this shop is that it's uber clean, the machinery is clean, the office smells great and the staff if definitely knowledgeable. You don't usually get all that anywhere but here. Definitely if you need repairs and are close to this address you should check it out. There are a multitude of shops that claim the same. In this bodyshop you will be treated as a family. Each car is considered like a member of the family. every detail is repaired with care and professionalism and the result could not be anything other than perfection. I dropped off my Mercedes S550 2018 for a repair after a collision and the car sounded like it came off the production line after the repairs. thank you all for the efforts and excellent job to repair my vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is by far the best body shop I've ever done business with. The staff is super friendly and professional (I personally recommend Frank, he's the best in the business).I went in for a damaged door and a dent on my truck and it looks brand new after the work was done.
