Their customer service is the lowest I had over the phone called 3 times and spoke to two different agents that acted like they couldn t hear me but it was loud and clear

I learned recently that they never fixed my cracked AC evaporator when I brought it to them last year. Instead they just pumped it full of Freon and sent me on my way claiming that they fixed it and it was covered under warranty.Fast forward a few months. Warranty expired. Freon leaked out again, $2300 bill. Stay away. Stay FAR away from this place. Don t trust a warranty, means nothing to them.

This dealership wanted to charge $5 to $15 grand over MSRP. I told them that's not right and unethical. The response was that "everybody else is scamming people too, we're not doing it at 30k." I built a Corvette online through Chevy, had the pre-built sent to as many dealerships as possible. Took notes on all the tactical practice. There are ethical dealerships out there this is NOT one of them. Can you imagine what they're going to do to you behind the scenes, deep in the paperwork which you will not notice. I'm sure they have a lot up their sleeves when it comes to scamming their customers. I have my C8 on order from an ethical dealership that does not practice consumer scamming and aggressive tactics. Don't be lazy people find a dealership that's worth your money.

Hello. If I could give a NEGATIVE 1 (-1) I would. To say I am DISAPPOINTED would be an understatement. I called on approximately 6/14/23 to schedule an appointment for service and was told it was was impossible for my vehicle to be looked at prior to 6/19/23 so I scheduled the appointment for 6/19/23. I thanked the gentleman for his honesty. On 6/19/23 I arrived at 8:45a.m. and to my DISAPPOINTMENT I was told by Mario R that my vehicle would NOT be looked at for atleast 48-72hrs and I informed him of the conversation I had with a staff member last week and he assured me he would see what he could do, but was fairly sure he was correct. Mario R stated he would keep me updated. After numerous phone calls and messages left on alleged supervisors answering service without calls answered nor return calls from alleged supervisors I personally went in today 6/23/23 @ 1230 for an update. My vehicle has been on their premises for 5 days WITHOUT being looked at and as a result I requested to have my vehicle back. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN GREICO CHEVROLET. The gentleman I spoke to today was professional and apologetic, his name starts with M. I will take my vehicle to the dealer in Pompano. There is NO RATIONAL for this level of POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. NEVER AGAIN will I utilize this service dept. This was once Phil Smith Chevrolet, GREICO has ruined an otherwise good service dept.Sincerely,Myra Brown

My key is stuck in ignition and Mario R had the nerve to tell me no one is able to attend to me.I have a service contract mind you. I wish I never have to deal Greico Chevrolet on St rd 7.They are very unprofessional and could careless. IF YOU DONT HAVE TO GO THERE...DONT GO THERE.

This is the worst Customer Service I have ever received. When I got to the "parts" counter, an obese guy attended me, eating and drinking, talking while chewing food, everything I asked him said "I don't know." I asked him to find his supervisor and he was surprised, so he hid the food, left the soda on the counter and left. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It is a company that spends a lot to have a good image before the public and they throw it to the ground with such bad service. I went to the "service" area and the same thing. The coldest and most disinterested attention I have received. It's as if they told you "if you want to stay or get out, I don't care". I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE. just awful.

Absolutely by far the worst dealership in the area, the most unprofessional employees at any location. multiple times have they cancelled my appointments. Most recently after I called and scheduled services, then the next day a week prior to the appointment I went in person to the service department to confirm they had necessary materials. Day of appointment I was told I had nothing scheduled.

Like most auto dealers in South Florida.. at the time of buying a car they bend backwards. Service on the other hand is pretty bad. Service Manager not very experienced. I don t know how some people achieve these positions.

Kavir & Marcus were extremely helpful and so very nice! They went out of their way to help us get an awesome deal on our car. We will definitely go back again whenever we need another car in the future. Highly recommend them!

I had an appointment at 9am obviously that wasn t honored because I waited in line til 9:30am. Then was advise it will be a two hour wait while waiting in line. Then was told it would be 4 hours. Also was advise that now it is owned by Grieco I m not able to get my car wash. The inside waiting area only had one stall in the entire bathroom that worked. There was nothing done about this horrible experience I ve had and the rate of the oil change increase. So I m definitely taking my business else where.Service: Oil change

I bought a car that's a 2021 the speaker is busted in it. They said they ordered me a new one 3 days after I bought the carThey don't like to help I've been waiting for a speaker for over 80 days and when I call to find out whats up.. I get a run around i feel like I've been doing 360s for the pass 75 daysCan I please get the service done already.

Great service department at Phil Smith Chevy! They are honest, thorough, and have convenient hours. They are also priced right - they don't try to gouge you like many dealers. So glad I have a Service Dept I can trust.

I made an apt to have my truck serviced. Guy that set appointment up said I could drop my truck off around 8 am. They didn t have loaner available but figure something out for me so I would have a vehicle to use while mine was serviced but when I arrived this morning to drop truck off they had no idea about having a vehicle for me to use and said I would have while they did all the diagnostics first. Complete waste of my time this morning.

Car started leaking coolant couple weeks after front end crash. Arranged everything with the insurance to have the car fixed by chevy. that was 1/27/17. On March 1st Yesterday I pick up the car and the front looks great but it's still leaking coolant. Guys try to convince the leak has nothing to do with the accident. Spoke to Tropical Chevrolets in Miami over the phone. Who explained that it's a front end accident. It's totally possible thats the fault of the accident. It's a FRONT END ACCIDENT!!! The #1 worst place for a car to be hit. Now my attorney is working to correct the issue. So it took them 30 days to fix a bumper? I smell scam!!!
