I had an exceptional experience at E s Coast thanks to Dee and Jonathan! From the moment I walked in, Dee greeted me with a warm smile and professionalism. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly stood out.Jonathan's expertise was also evident in the way he handled my car.I left E s Coast feeling grateful for their outstanding service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The reception staff at E's Coast Customs are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with kindness. Their friendliness willingness to assist made my entire time there less stressful. Even after my accident. I truly recommend E's Coast Customs for their reception staff, auto technicians, and overall excellent customer service. Ask for Jonathan !

I want to thank Eric and his staff for providing quality service for a great price. My vehicle was scheduled, repaired and returned, all as promised. The repair put my vehicle back in Brand New Condition !! Highly recommend E s Coast Customs

I took my classic 1988 Honda CRX Si to Eric to get it restored. Eric and Jon are honestly the best in South Florida... hands down. I truly have so much to say about his amazing team; His team has the skills necessary to get the job done. I've had the car for 20 years and it has made it through my 6 year military enlistment and so much more. Prior to engaging my talks with Eric, I wanted to make sure my money would go towards a team that I can trust. Eric and his team are trust worthy. At this point the car is almost done, but I wanted to share my praise for their team. If you need your car to be restored and plainly touched up... this is the business to go. I can t thank the team at E s Coast enough for fixing my car! Dianne went above and beyond to ensure I was updated on the progress of my car. She took her time explaining to me what was going on and promptly answered any questions I had. The entire team was professional and customer focused. I would highly recommend E s coast if you are looking for a reliable and professional auto body shop.

What a great experience. I very rarely leave a review, but these guys really went out of their way to help me and my son out with his car.From the front office to the folks that worked on the car gave us an excellent experience.Highly recommend!

I can t say enough about E s Coast Customs! They did an amazing job fixing my car. Even made sure I got it back as soon as possibly. Jonathan, Eric and Evelyn treated me so well and their customer service is superb. Great service! Jonathan and his team did an amazing job on my truck. They were very detail oriented and took very good care of my truck as if it was theirs. Definitely recommend bringing in your vehicle for any kind of job big or small. Thank you E s Coast Customs!

Wished I could give a 0 star. Insurance approved vendor made me used them and worst choice! Car went for bumper fix and took 3 weeks with ME calling on my car for update! Got my car back with paint ripped off passenger door only when I didn t turn car in that condition. Manager so rude telling me my paint manufacturer is cheap paint after referring to a different model car that wasn t mine. And then told me not his fault after washing my car paint fell off. Paint bubble up scratched off in ONE spot, really away from the site of repair and only there. Then manager hung up the phone. Will be seeking legal because my car was not dropped off in that condition!

Don t really write reviews but I had to write this review because I m beyond impressed and satisfied with the timing and quality of service I received at this shop. Jonathan made my transition smooth and easy to understand what was going on with my SUV. Prior to this I brought my SUV to another shop they literally said my issue was under the suv and I paid for it to get fixed got my suv still moved as if it was dragging, then said it s definitely the tires I left that shop with the same issue and spent over $1500. Jonathan has a gifted eye I d say and is very knowledgeable about vehicles without even taking parts out just by looking at your car, he drove my car and told me exactly what was wrong with my suv and explained it in detail as to how it may have happened and if not fixed what could go wrong. Also what the other shop said and did had nothing to do with the issue it was actually under the hood not under the suv. He also said being I spent money at the other dealership it didn t need to be fixed right this minute I could possible drive 3-4 months before the issue gets worst. He made my process simple I felt at home, I didn t feel like he was trying to over price me or take my money like the other shop. I felt safe leaving my vehicle in his hands. Price was way reasonable, customer service was beyond 5 star rating, and communication was superior. I will definitely use them again if needed. Not to include my body work on my suv looks like it was never hit. I m beyond satisfied and I spent less than expected. Thanks Jonathan and staff for all your hard work.

Dianne, Eric and John were above and beyond wonderful! Excellent customer service, professionalism and quality work. The cars that they were working on when I originally arrived looked like higher-end vehicles. I was a little nervous at how I would be greeted in my friend's 2013 Kia Soul with a broken door latch. No need to feel out of place. I was treated with the same respect as if I showed up with a BMW or Mercedes. We will definitely bring our vehicles back here if needed! They were very honest and affordable!

I am so pleased with this shop they have been very helpful and professional. My car was in an accident and I brought the car here. They ordered the parts put the car back together. They painted the car it looks like new. Their prices were reasonable my insurance did pay most of the costs. If god forbid I had another car accident I would bring it right back here. Diane was so helpful and kept me informed about how my car was progressing. Johnathan the owner was very nice and helpful and also kept me informed!

Eric and team are amazing. They did an amazing job on my 2018 Ford Focus RS Red edition. I took them the car for install and paint of it's carbon fiber hood. I could not be any happier with the results. Eric is awesome to work with, he cares about the quality, service and focused on all the details to make sure things come up better than expected. Looking forward to taking the car back when the CF fenders come in.

Nothing short of amazing. They handled all aspects of my repairs and dealt with the insurance company. I was only responsible for dropping off and picking up my vehicle. And the work completed was perfect.

Couldn t have asked for a better outcome.Jonathan really took care of me and did actually what i asked for and more. He cared for my car like if it was his own. The front and rear bumpers that were painted came out perfect and it was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend taking your car here for any job big or small.

My car was involved in a small fire that damaged a few items outside like the front vender , mirror, side door etc. I am grateful for the communication with me every week during this stressful process. Eric and his team at E s Coast Customs surpassed my expectations. My FJ Cruiser is 14 years and looked it. I wanted a custom paint job and after combing through many other shops, I decided on E s Coast Customs. Their prices are competitive and the quality and detail in their work is excellent. Not only does the paint look amazing, but the added touches totally set it off. They smoked out all my lights, did major trim work and had my wheels redone. I m in love with my car. Wow! This place is a joke! If I could give it a 0 I could. We used this place because they said we'd get our car back faster than the other places. They said 2 weeks and 9 weeks later...I am still waiting. Always an excuse or someone else's fault. After the 2nd week, we were told it only had to be painted. They claim the car parts manufacture has been on strike but they just ordered the last part (step) of the truck 5 days ago. They say they will call but never do and then they lie and say they called but we all have caller ID! Like I said, this place is a joke. I have never been more aggrivated at a business! Be careful before you leave your vehicle here!

This is one of the best automotive collision places. The girls in the office are awesome and very knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable leaving my car here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I took my vehicle to Jonathan and he did and amazing job! Even as a female, I did not feel like I was taken advantage of or overcharged for the work!! In the past, other places have tried to charge me more just because I was a female and I don t know about cars . Not Jonathan he was fair and did amazing work.
