Very helpful and great work. Greg Hernandez has great customer service and hospitality. Such a professional and honest person. He insisted on giving me all the information I needed to get the best discount possible and replaced my battery himself with pleasure. He wouldn t even accept my cash tip. 10 Stars!

In reference to my online orders, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Linda, the parts manager. Her assistance in retrieving my numerous ordered parts was greatly appreciated, and her act of kindness in helping me load them into my vehicle was truly commendable. Considering my recent muscle strain in my left leg, which made walking difficult, Linda's assistance was particularly valuable. The AC compressor in my car went out and left me stranded on my way to work today, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a reasonably priced AC compressor that especially came with all the washers and o-rings I would need. But when I went to AutoZone 3809 the wonderful and sweet associate there, Annie Rodriguez, not only listen to my complaint but found a kit that came with all the parts I needed and even recommended I buy some refrigerant which I didn't even consider since I was doing a full replacement. It was an amazing experience

Stay away from this Zone.Horrible does not sufficiently describe this place.My car broke down and to drive an hour to get to this place because this was the only autozone that had the part that I needed.The door indicated that the store should be closed at 10:00.I was at the door at 9:30 and door was locked. I asked an why store was closed so early and I was told that a manager gave the order to close the store.I called several time on my way and no one answered the phone.I only received lousy service at the this location poor experience.Save yourself the misery stay away.

I give the manager David and his store a 5 star. Excellent customer service, clean store, no one was waiting around, everybody was assisted, that environment was very peaceful, and all the workers was very helpful, especially the manager, David. He made me laugh. His attitude was very acceptable and friendly. That is my kind of customer service. if you ever want friendly customer service a quick service, come to the AutoZone at the Lauderhill mall.David, you are amazing. It was a in and out situation and I was running late for work and you help me arrive on time. Thank you David the manager.

I was having issues with my car cranking up. Last week, I went to this AutoZone location. David ran tests on my car battery, and the test came back good, but the test showed that the battery was low and needed charging. Therefore, he recommended that I leave my battery to charge up. I did leave it, and he charged my battery to my car up. My car worked but soon stopped cranking up again. I took my car to the dealership I purchased it from, and they ran more detailed tests. The test showed that my car was not charging all the way up, and I needed a new battery. I went to another AutoZone near the dealership where I purchased my car from. I purchased a battery, but my car started stalling and acting as though it was not going to crank up. I took my car back to AutoZone at Lauderhill Mall, where David works at (this location). David was professional and willing to check/test my car battery to make sure that it worked properly. David's observation and check showed that my battery to my car was improperly installed, and cables weren't put back on correctly they were very loose. David immediately noticed the issues before using the machine to test my car's battery and showed me the issues which jeopardized my and my family's lives. However, he immediately fixed the issues by properly installing and tightening the cables to the battery. My Car immediately cranked, it did not act like it was going to shut off.Thank you David for your immediate response and your excellent customer service!

When I tell you Brian and Brenda are simply AMAZING I had to get a battery exchange from the beginning Brian greeted me when I came in I explained I need a battery exchange he said he got to check the battery first so it was a battery I needed he went to change it out it was a difficult problem to take off Brenda came to assist and they was able to do it the service from start to finish was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

12 20 minutes across town to get to this place before they closed and even did the right thing and called ahead to make sure that they knew exactly what I was looking for prior to me arriving so they didn't have to scramble the last minute. I arrived the door was locked they didn't want to let me in after an argument they let me in and the guy was very helpful at that point got what I needed and then couldn't ring me out because they had already counted it till and all I had was cash so I came all the way across town time gas everything and was unable to get the product because nobody wants to stay open and do their jobs until 10:00 p.m. like the advertising is. Very disappointed and this is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned I will no longer be going to AutoZone because there's too many other places out there to choose from to be treated like that. If they don't want my money then I'm not going to give it to them. You guys make up your decisions what you want to do but this is 100% true every word of it have a great night. Would have put zero stars but couldn't do it. It's disappointing that companies like this have people working for them that don't want money literally turning down money just because they don't want to do an extra 15 minutes or something to count the drawer that's sad. Whatever happened to customer service?

On Mon., Jan. 22, 24, I had a WONDERFUL experience with the Service Man, TRAVIS MERCHANT! He went out of his way to have a vitalPart delivered to Foreign Tech., where my car was already open (but Foreign Tech didn t have the part!)!It is store: 1299 Nw 40th Ave Ste BLauderhill, FL 33313Store #3809God Bless them!!

Went to a store in Davie, to have a key cut, they sent me to the store on Sunrise and 441. 1299 US4 41 I arrived there, the first man told me oh yes the machine is right there. I walked in asked the gentleman behind the counter and was told "Oh no we don't cut keys they took our machine." I said unbeliveable and walked out. I don't know if it is stupidity ageisim or racisim. I am just disgusted with customer service

They are very few professionals, I arrived with a damaged gas pump that came from Miami Gardens, and they treated me the worst, the supervisors made fun of me, it took forever, I will never buy from autoZone again.

Only 2 cashier's working, 5 customer's waiting at certain point and a lot of employees just talking between them, I complain about customers not respecting the line, employee just walk away. My customer service lady, was great, female, she had to count the money in two different register machines because they gave her the wrong info which was going to be assigned to her.
