Ali is a very knowledgeable and honest technician. I appreciate how he always take the time to explain the issues and the cost of repairing my vehicle whenever I have to visit his shop, hence I never leave feeling cheated as is often the case when I go to other repair shops. He provides excellent customer care service and has a very friendly staff. Let me start by saying that I have been going to Autovision Mobile for years now. Ali is very knowledgeable of all different types of vehicles. He always give the best options and I've never had any problems with my cars or trucks once he's done. He does excellent mechanic work and is very respectful. Did I mention he gets the work done and doesn't try to cheat the customers. I'm always in and out and I love the fact that he is very reliable and responsive. I would say Ali is a master at his craft my BMW would not start I took it to two shops over the period of 2 months they could not get it started. I tow my car to Ali within a few hours I receive a call my timing was off they send me a reasonable estimate the next day I picked up my car it was running smooth and I also received a complimentary car wash I would recommend any body to Auto vision Mobile Care

I needed a serpentine belt replaced and a new crankshaft sensor I also needed new rear tires. At first it will start cordial but after a while they will start to charge you fees that are astronomical. They are not upfront about cost. You might as well trade in your car after making repairs at this shop. And the customer service is not good , and the " black" lady is just disgusting. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A DIAGNOSTIC FEE. I WAS CHARGED TWICE AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. They are not Jamaicans! They are disgusting.

Ali has been my mechanic for over a year now, and he gives nothing less than AMAZING service. He is quick and extremely reliable. He will make amazing suggestions, and your car will drive as if it came off a new car lot. Him and his amazing team will continue to get my service for many years to come. Thank you Ali, for everything you have done from my Hyundai Accent to my Dodge Charger.

Went in on a Friday last minute walk in. All the techs were busy on cars owner looked up and saw me ask how could he help. Asked him to mount a balance 2 tires he gave me a great price. Ask how long he said we are swamped but it s quick so I ll knock it out now to get you out. He was done in like 20 min. I haven t seen customer service like this in many years. This shop got my business now. Very clean and professional looking place. I wish I would have got his name to put in this review. I will be getting an alignment next week from him for sure!!!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I absolutely loved my experience here! The people were so nice and accommodating to all my concerns. The owner was very courteous and listened and worked to make sure that I was happy with the results. This team went out of their way to make sure my car was functioning properly and back on the road. There customer service and mechanic jobs are very excellent. The workers are very respectful. I am so impressed with Autovision Mobile! I can't lie, I was skeptical at first, but Ali reassured me that he is the real deal! I am so grateful to have learned about this place. And can we talk about the BOMB wash and detail my car got?! It was so unexpected!!! I'm so totally pleased and I am DEFINITELY coming back!!Update: I've been coming to Ali for years and he has steadily been taking care of my 2003 Toyota Corolla as though it were his own. I'm so grateful to know him. He's a man with ethics and works with excellence!Update #2: Still no complaints! It's to the point where I plan my schedule around coming here and I bring stuff to work while they do their thing. They have a lovely waiting area that's comfy and accommodates me to use my laptop. I love it here!

I found this business on Facebook, and they were the only business who responded to me on a Saturday morning, out of all the shops that I had called. I was given an estimate over the phone, and they sent a tow truck to my home within the hour. The whole experience was very pleasant and the gentleman that I spoke to kept me updated the whole time, sent me pics when my car arrived to their shop, and had great customer service. I will definitely be using them again.

Awesome service. Had a leaking tire valve stem on a work truck, came in on a Saturday right before close. They helped me out with no hesitation. And I was told no by 2 other big tire shops down the road.

I've had my car repaired & serviced here for 3years now and I am completely satisfied with the customer service I've received. I've always been well informed about what my car issues were( if I had any), however, the car washing and inside detailing services was what took the cake all the time! Autovision recently serviced my vehicle and did a brake job. I was very pleased with the level of service and expertise. This is the cleanest shop I have ever visted. Which speaks to the care my vehicle received and the clean condition it was returned. Ali the owner is very attentive and very informative, As a woman I felt comfortable that I was given the best advice. I strongly recommend Autovision Mobile Care.

Professional & reliable. I would highly recommend Autovision Mobile to anyone who needs a mechanic. Honest opinion,ethics and great service. As a female I am tired of mechanics treating me as if they can rip me off because I don't understand their technical language. Ali breaks it down and explains everything so that I can understand how to address what is wrong with my vehicle.

You re in and out in no time, so you re able to complete more errands for the day. The mechanic is a great and an approachable person. Tells you straight up what needs fixing and what can wait so you re able to save your money!
