My First Visit to ATL Motors: A Stellar ExperienceFrom the moment I stepped into ATL Motors for an alignment, I was met with exceptional service. Anthony, a true professional, was instrumental in ensuring my visit was seamless.His expertise was evident as he meticulously walked me through the necessary repairs for my vehicle, providing a clear breakdown of costs for parts and labor. Due to the other repairs that needed to be done to the suspension the alignment was not able to be done correctly and they informed me of that. What stood out was their transparency and fairness in pricing, which is a testament to their honesty and integrity. They could have charged me for bad alignment but didn't.The level of care and attention to detail provided by Anthony was so impressive that I didn t hesitate to recommend ATL Motors to a friend in need of reliable car service. Best auto shop I've ever been too. Everyone super nice and did not try to hassle me. I tried to get the part I needed fixed somewhere else and they tried to charge me 2k!! I went here and was charged only $500 and was also told I didn't need the additional work done the other shop said I needed. Been a few months and everything still great!

This was my first time taking car to ATL total car care, they are very honest & reliable and the customer service was A1 on point , Thanks to TJ . And the pricing is very fair and reasonable. I had my wheel bearing replaced on the front end of my car. I dropped my car off sounding like a lawn mower very loud and picked my car up it was quite as a mouse and running like brand new . I give them a 10 out 10 I definitely recommend

I highly recommend ATL Total Car Care for any work needed on your car!!!! They are honest, and will find a cost efficient way to solve any problems your car may be facing. The chevy dealership told me I needed a catalytic converter replacement which would have been extremely costly. But total car care solved the root of the problem by replacing my oxygen air sensor. ATL Total Car Care is a trust worthy company that will not scam you out of your money, take it from me. Anthony is the man, & is very professional. Will be telling everyone I know to come here for great honest reasonable priced work. I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my car here.

Best shop I have ever been to. Being a girl I was scared I was going to be taken advantage of, but instead I was treated with the upmost respect and was given a better deal than other places offered. I had my questions asked and everyone was nice and caring.

This review is about staff professionalism, customer service and meeting TJ. The professionalism exhibited by the staff was commendable - well informed, courteous, and attentive when listening to my concerns. Customer service was exceptional. I felt valued having walked into the shop. The owner (TJ) took the time to explain the tire repair in a succinct manner and kept me informed on the progress. The passion for his business and customer service was obvious! I had no clue about pricing. However, it was reasonable. In general, an EXPERIENCE in the truest sense. At first, I spoke directly with Anthony ( ATL Service Manage) and thereafter the owner TJ. I have to start off with the fact that their service is second to none and their sincererity is a breath of fresh air. In otherwords, they're empathetic and completely understanding that we're not made of money. But we do need to drive a safe vehicle. In my situtation I went in to have a full front and rear brake replacement service done. When I returned to pick up my car, The owner had told me that I only needed rear brake pads and rotors. Now you tell me, what mechanic prioritizes their customer relationship over making more money when and wherever they can.I was blowned away with their honesty! That's one of the reasons I'd strongly recommend ATL Complete Auto Care.Sincerely,Hector Padron

Very good and professional service. Clean waiting area. Gives feedback on entire vehicle with no pressure to purchase the additional recommendations. Topped off all fluid levels. They repaired my tire last week, and surprise I saw another screw in my back tire, went there and they told me that it wasn't big enough to pierce my tire! Didnt have to tell me but they were honest and I didn't have to sit around forever for my repairs! They are the best and super nice.

I don t trust a lot of car mechanic places but I trust them. They explain issues to me, get things done in a timely manner and make me feel comfortable bringing my car issues to them.

Worst service ever. I got 2 new tires from this place last year, and they didn't balance and mount it properly, which caused my right tire to worn out pretty fast. I called them about replacing the tire and they wanted to charge me full price.I am never goin back here again....

Very helpful advice! The employee made sure I was set with what I needed to do to take care of my car issue and sent me on my way. I didn t even get a service from here and I felt so inclined to leave a review anyway! He was very professional and friendly and helpful. The location for customers to wait and bathroom was very welcoming and clean as well!

Best place to fix your car. Great customer service.the way they treat me , I call them family. No waiting on the line . Good price. The first I go there ,I got my alignment done.they did a pretty good job. Thank you guys. ATL is my new home.

My last service experience was not good and so I was very hesitant about going to someone new with my car. I was so pleasantly surprised. The techs were very knowledgeable and clearly explained the issues with my car. What was causing what, what was urgent and what was not. I truly appreciated that level of communication and the price walking out was way below several estimates I had gotten calling around.The customer service also was excellent, clean office and facilities, refreshments while you wait, and they even looked out for my dog.My car felt great leaving there, I felt good leaving there no joke. Any issue with my vehicle I will be calling them first.

I had great service getting both my tires done and brakes fixed as well! Everyone was friendly and the service was quick! Jasmine was a great receptionist as well. She kept me updated on the process while I was waiting. I had a flat and needed to replace the tire, no other car repair place was able to help me the same day and I came to Atl and they provided the best price and quickest service and it didn t take all day to get done. ATL Total Car Care was a breath of fresh air. Staff is polite and give great service with a smile. Jazmine who is the customer service rep greeting me and every other customer with a smile. She was efficient and friendly. The owner TJ was also very friendly. They are knowledgeable and fast. I will absolutely go back to service my car. 10/10!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Work: Mounted & Balanced (4) tires and an alignment.Balancing could be better. Wheels are 18x8 aftermarket alloy. ATL doesn't have the skill in house to balance these correctly. Not upset about this, because this is a common issue when trying to get custom wheels balanced correctly. The real issue is that the lugs were severely over tightened. Ended up having to pull off one of the wheels because they forgot to put on the hub centric ring as instructed. Had to get a breaker bar to loosen the lugs. Once it was realized that one wheel was over tightened the other (3) had to be checked. As expected on all four wheels the lugs were over tightened. Had to loosen each wheel with the breaker bar then correctly tighten them with the torque wrench. Suggestion to owner get a torque wrench and tighten lugs properly. As you know over tightening lugs can cause the stem to break.Will need to return to ATL to have the alignment adjusted. Once again the alignment on these newer cars where the steering wheel doesn't lock is a bit more difficult to keep the steering wheel properly centered when doing the alignment. Will provide a tip/trick to aid in the process when I return.Overall the price of the work was great and the staff was friendly just need to tighten up a few things on the execution.

I was on my way home after no where had availability for a week. I walked in and was greeted by Tj (the owner). Off the bay he was very calm and comforting. I was frazzled because my car was having many problems and he talked me through it, and helped me find the best way to go about it. He also talked to my dad (and uncle) over the phone because unfortunately I know little to nothing about cars! He was great and the staff was great. 10/10 recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Location off of Commercial BLVD exercise negligence. When I came in for service tire was experiencing issues of slit shakiness stated that I had new tires on the front two. Tires were inspected and stated that I needed brake rotor replaced and a tire rotation got a tire rotation. Leaving the shop my the shakiness was even worst then when I initially came in. My steering wheel was no veering to left and the right. The following day I went and got a second opinion it was immediately found my tires had two gashes on one of them my both back tires needed to replaced and aligned. ATL Total Care switched my front tires to my back and it was clearly seened that one of them had visible gashes and it should have been suggested for me to get two new back tires and an alignment . Got the issue resolved. Went back to ATL Total Care to get a refund issued for the tire rotation they made it known to me that due to the fact that they couldn t see for themselves the gashes on tire since I went ahead and got the issues resolved elsewhere . That they had nothing to compare to based on what I was told. So after some back and forth requesting a refund it was clear that they were not going to issue me one. They took no accountability for dropping the ball and not properly inspecting my tire . Which was a safety hazard and thankful didn t resolve to anything happening to me. Do not recommend this establishment they re not thorough and could have cost me my life due to their negligence.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I found them on Groupon for oil change. Great service. Fast and reliable. I also needed tire change and they Debt with my tire insurance. The only thing I need to do is come and change tires.
