Absolutely the best mechanic in the area! The owner and staff are amazing and very friendly. Helped me with both my cars on separate occasions and provided absolutely amazing customer service and top notch labor. Prices are very reasonable. Can't recommend them enough!

Great service, people, and price!These folks helped get me out of a very sticky situation quick, honest, and easy. I've been driving from Los Angeles in my 2010 Tacoma on a road trip (with another 6-7K miles ahead of me) when my battery died suddenly (and thankfully) next to their shop. After installing a new battery myself, it wouldn't run for far, and I suspected my alternator blew. Once I got it into their shop in the mid-afternoon, they worked hard to try and service it by the end of the day. THANKFULLY they did a full test on it, and instead of sending me back on the road with a partial fix that day, they found a corroded wire that would have left me stranded again if they hadn't caught it, and sent me on my way the next morning.What should have been an easy fix turned puzzling very quickly, and they handled the situation diligently, and with lots of transparency and care. I also had valuables in easy sight/reach that were not touched at all, which is just worth mentioning as another testament to their practices. I'm beyond grateful for their quick and very reasonably priced service, and would recommend them to anyone!

This has been our most trusted shop for 25 years. We have taken our 5 cars and recommended all of our friends. They are straightforward and honest. You only get the services you need at a reasonable cost. The pros there are all experienced and the owners diagnose cars precisely every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I've been seeing Ron for just over a year after reading yelp reviews. Yet again, Yelp has not steered me wrong. Ron has time and time again serviced my Honda Accord and my Subaru Forester honorably and admirably. I recommend all my friends visit him. He is honest and wants your vehicle to last as long as you want it last. Maybe longer. He goes above and beyond and his rates are respectable. I have never had a scheduling a conflict, and I usually go in on Saturday mornings, even calling the day before, he will always fit me in.I ran into some serious trouble with my alternator last March. I replaced it at another shop in Kansas City 6 months previously. Ron assured me it would be covered by warranty, had me call the shop in KC and got Ron in contact with them. All Jap Cars replaced my alternator free of charge. He's loaned me batteries before, replaced spark plugs free of charge, doesn't charge diagnostic fees for a simple coder, my list goes on and on with how impressed I am by him and his employees.I always leave his shop with peace of mind knowing my 13 year old car is going to make it. I also rest assured knowing I haven't been swindled.

I needed my A/C fix at first he quotedlabor to be 900 then after discussing my tight budget he lowered the cost and called me a lier!!!! DISHONEST! Stay firm on your price!!!!!

We were very pleased with the work done at this shop. We had an engine replaced with a re-manufactured engine in an older truck. It is running fine and we feel that the price charged was fair. We did compare prices with others who do this type of work (even in another state) and the prices were comparable. In addition, Ron was more than willing to take the time to answer any questions we had. We would recommend this shop to others.

Ron, Terry, and the whole All Jap Car crew take very good care of my cars at a fair price. They quickly fix all my problems and keep me going. All their repairs last and are dependable. From brakes to engines to all repair areas, Ron and team are the best and really always satisfy me! Thanks!

After a bad experience of being hit by basically hit and run. I had to get body work done nearby. I was referred to this mechanic for the problems that presented after accident. Ron knew his stuff, he is very honest and provides u the best service and price. I have been back ever since with multiple issues and still provides best service and prices. Best mechanic shop I have ever been to!

I absolutely love this place! Ron is the best and most honest mechanic I have ever known. I still bring my car to him even though I moved to Tampa 2 years ago. If you need honest, professional car repair or maintenance, All Jap Cars is the place to go.

Filled out a form of what the issue was and what I wanted done. After inspecting the car, Ron called me and went over the details. He detailed each item and I decided what parts I wanted done and we agreed on what could wait for another day. They did a great job. They cleaned my engine after replacing a head gasket and the thing looks brand new with 100K miles! Very fair, very friendly.

I love this mechanic. It's never good when your dashboard light goes on, but knowing now that I'm taking it to Ron and his totally capable staff, makes it that much better. The service is great and it's not like any other mechanic I've ever been to. They're honestly honest. I have never felt taken advantage of. On the contrary, I've always felt respected and appreciated. BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Honest, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. Such a great shop. The owner is very nice. The other customer in the lobby told me it's the only place he takes his cRa, and I can see why.

Finally a mechanic I can trust. I was having various issues with my car and my family recommended him to me so I took my car to Ron and I haven't had any problems since. I get my oil change here because I know I'm getting the best service. Never going anywhere else. I highly recommend them

I have been bringing both my cars to Ron for 5 years.A year ago my H3 needed a water pump and thermostat. Both were covered under the extended warranty. He wanted me to pay for the thermostat upfront and he will get me the money back in a couple of months. Which I did. He put it through like he said and got an approval for $300. Months have passed and no money. Actually, I pretty much gave up on ever getting the money. Today I brought the truck in for service and he wouldn t take it in, stating he was too busy. He never turned any of my vehicles away. I wonder.

Ron and Charles are fantastic at diagnostic work, they get to the heart of the matter every time, and these auto professionals offer much better pricing than the dealers. Also, honesty when dealing with the public, is always #1 at ALL JAP CARS. My dealer told me $425.00 to repair my a/c system, then Ron show me it was only $16.00 for the new parts, and half hour Labour. When they say honesty, they MEAN IT! Now, I'm a customer for LIFE!

My husband left his car there and is worth than when we drop it off. The car was keep for over a week, it had a full tank of gas when it was drop off and when pickup it only gas 1/4 tank of gas left, they used the car for personal errand. They were advise how this vehicle needed to be treated, that request was totally ignored. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!!!

I have been taking my Civic to All Jap Cars for over 2 years. They are awesome! Ron, Charles and Terry have never tried to sell me something I didn t need and have always explained the problem and made recommendations on how to fix the issue.I recently had to take my car to the dealer for an airbag recall. Walking into the Honda service department I felt like I had a flashing sign on my head knows nothing about cars; will believe whatever you tell me . But I had a plan! No matter what they told me my response would be I need a second opinion and will need to have my mechanic take a look.If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend All Jap Cars.

AllJap cars is the best. Always helpful and super friendly and fair. He isnt in it for the quick buck. They are there to help and have you as a lifetime customer. They knew I was trading in my jeep for a lease (losing me currently as a customer) and still helped me out with a final tune up before trading my car in.
