Rocky, Pete, and Hannah are such a delight. Their prices are unbeatable and the customer service is top tier. Been using them for some time now and I can t see myself going any other placePete is Mercedez certified and the owners themselves have owned a variety of cars. They re incredibly knowledgeable. I ll always use them!

They took care of my car for 5 yearS. Then their negligence ended up totaling my Volvo. They won't make it right unless I file suit. I don't want to take this to court. I have a 2013 Volvo C70. I felt comfortable the minute I pulled into their parking lot and saw a Volvo C70 in their lot .....found out out Rocky and Hannah owned it. I knew I was in good hands. Went to them first in 2019 after relocating from New England. I trust TeamMotometrics more than anyplace I went to in New England. It s a family business and they treat you like family. Honest and have integrity, reasonably priced and excellent service. Rocky tells me what I need or don t need even if I think I need it. I highly recommend Team Motometrics and will go nowhere else.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Family owned business, extremely friendly, helpful and fast! I called to schedule an oil change for my mother s new BMW. The lady that answered was very nice and got me in at 8am the next day. I explained we didn t know much about the vehicle since it was just purchased. So, after the service, they took the time to explain a lot about it to me. I will definitely be going back and referring all my family and friends.

The team there are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I've went for a tire change and was in and out very quickly. While I waited, everyone was very accommodating. Eric took the time to answer any questions and explain everything that was done to the car. I don't plan on returning to the dealership again since I have Team Motometrics for any work I need.

They are very rude and overcharged us for our jaguar by 100% for parts Saying that he needed 10 relays $100 a piece and they only cost $8.99 also a starter for $350.00 and the cost is $176.00 and fan assembly for $1,000.00 and it s only $400.00. when we started questioning them about the pricing and all the parts that they said supposedly they needed . he started getting offensive and didn t want to work on the car made us tow it again because he said he didn t have the upper hand to work on the car because we were asking too many questions . I would not spend my money or time with these people . They are thieves and unprofessional . If they had 0 star I would give them that

I came in to get quote on my bmw 330ci,I was assisted by the older gentleman in the back he was the sweetest and very informative,as well as the front office lady.Very reasonable prices,I don't think ANYONE could beat.I can't wait to have enough money saved to get my project car back on the road.I love my Bmw.

New to the state, and picked this place because they are experienced with Volvos. Turns out it s a fantastic shop. Incredible service and fair prices. These are people you can trust, which is so important when you don t know a lot about cars! Grateful to have found my forever mechanic in Florida.

I have a 2002 Mercedes CL500 and it is difficult to find a repair shop that will fix my car reasonably. I brought this car into Team Motometrics and they fixed the air conditioner (REALLY difficult to diagnose this intermittent problem) and a passenger window. The A/C runs better than it ever has and I couldn't be happier. The prices were reasonable and they even washed my car :) Will definitely continue to bring my cars here in the future.

Family oriented business. Hannah and Rocky are so loving and friendly.They are fantastic with their workmanship, very impressive and knowledgeable about all types of cars. My family and I felt safe driving our vehicles that have been serviced by Team Motor Metrics.

Sympa boss and mechanic technician. He knows the European car.Now, I change my rating after buying a car from him. Many problems on the car and he always says nothing. That is the problems of the sensor. I change to another place, and the mechanic chief said he can not repair it many misfires in the car. Only the dealer bmw can repair. No trust anymore.

I am 100% satisfied. Team Motometrics is a rare gem in the auto repair world these days. Completely exceeded my expectations from my initial welcome, consultation, to the completed repair and maintenance work. My 2015 VW is running great again, the AC is ice cold again and she's ready for another 50K miles! I won't be going anywhere else in the future! Incredible family business! Prompt service, hospitality and frequent updates on my 2006 Cayenne. Finding a trustworthy, efficient, and skilled European mechanic has been difficult. I am so delighted to have found Hannah, Eric and Rocky! Thank you guys!

We could not be any more pleased with the professional service provide. Hanna and Rocky were amazing and our 2008 X3 is running like it was brand new. I can t imagine what it would have cost at a dealer but we will never go anywhere but Motometrics again. If we could give them 10 stars we would!!!

Great experience and the customer service is spot on! Eric and Rocky shoot ya straight and make sure that you feel comfortable having your vehicle in their shop. Will not have my Volks serviced anywhere else.

Very slimy people stay far far away from this place by all means necessary, these people will take you for everything you have if you let them. I took my 335i here because It needed a Vanos solonoid And they tried to tell me that I needed a new battery before they could even find the problem even though I already knew what was wrong and the battery had just been replaced, not only that but they tried to charge me $700 for this battery. DO NOT COME HERE and I am positive that I have the right shop don t try to pull that

Owner said I needed a head gasket replaced in my 2004 Jaguar X-Type and he wasn't interested in doing the job. I took it elsewhere and they diagnosed a bad radiator and replaced it and it has worked well for a couple months now. Two stars because the owner was friendly but I think he got this one wrong. When I initially asked how he diagnosed the head gasket he got a little defensive. I just wanted to know what steps he took to diagnose. Maybe he was having a bad day or week but I probably won't go back.

Short overview:Excellent service, Rocky is an amazing and extremely knowledgable mechanic. They gave me very reasonable prices and they have fast and quality service. Would definitely recommend to others.My experience:I met Rocky and Hanna while I was taking a road trip with a couple friends of mine down to Miami from New Jersey last week (March 2015). We were leaving Clearwater and driving south when my coolant light came on. My Volkswagen Jetta started overheating and we had to find a mechanic fast. That's where we ended up at Team Motometrics, just because they were pretty close to our current location and boy am I glad we found ourselves there. Rocky was amazing and extremely knowledgable with cars. He was quickly able to pinpoint what was wrong with Jenny (my car) and I found out I had to replace the water pump and thermostat. Now my friends and I are a bunch of college kids and were sleeping on the beaches and living out of my car so knowing this was a pretty big job this was bad news for us. Rocky was very understanding of our situation and even though I could see he had other projects sitting right there in his garage he took on my car and told me he would have it done by the end of the day!! Hanna then gave us a ride to the beach and after a day down the shore she picked us up and took us back to the garage. Rocky had Jenny up and running and showed me all the work he did. I was extremely pleased with his work, they gave me a very reasonable price for the job and Jenny has been running better than ever since then. They made us feel like were part of the family and I felt like I was a priority to them. I was surprised with how quickly they were able to get my parts and have all the work done for us. I would definitely recommend Team Motometrics to anyone who needs work on their european car and and if I'm ever in the area and need work on my car again I won't hesitate to go straight back to them.

Had a complete brake job on an older BMW. First rate service performed in a timely fashion. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Would highly recommend Team Motometrics.

I was visiting Florida and had an error code on my vehicle. Getting a call back to find out status of my car was difficult. After spending more than $500 in repairs, and returning to my home State, I started getting the same error codes. The BMW dealer here said the BMW part, if an original BMW part, would have a 2 year guarantee. My first call to Motometrics went unreturned followed by me calling a couple of more times before speaking to someone that told me the part was indeed an BMW part. However, they said it would be difficult coming up with the receipt to prove the part was BMW, and that they would look and I should call back. After three more calls with no answer, and only voicemail, I am forced to buy a new part. The money spent there is a complete loss.

Thank you, Rocky and Anna and the rest of the team for reviving Lady Jay, our white XJ8. When she died suddenly, we didn't think she could be resuscitated. Now with a new engine and all the fixings, it runs great! When I picked it up today, it was even detailed - thanks, Anna! When we moved to Florida, I didn't think we could find someone who we trusted with her but we are so glad we found Motometrics. Thanks, again! Alison Buhler

They walk you through what they did to your car and they tell you if they see anything that concerns them. Honestly, the best mechanic service that I have had. I will refer anyone and everyone who owns a BMW.

Did a great job on the car, the lights kept going out and after self diagnostics we still couldn't figure out what was wrong. We decided to drop it off here and checked out the animals down the street. 30minutes later it was all fixed!
