Tristin and the guys are very friendly and professional we have all our alignments done on our lifted trucks and jeeps there for 2 years and never had a customer complaint about there alignments. Also they are our go to #1 shop we refer our customers to for the work we don t do. Our customers are always very pleased with their work and amazed at what a fair price is. We use Stouts Auto because they are reliable and honest. Thanks Tristin.

I was working in Pinellas County & my car started acting up, I pulled into the closest place which was place called Stouts Auto. I was told its a simple repair & they got me back in the road quickly. Stouts Auto has earned my trust & only place I'm taking my car. Thank you

Useless,wasted one hour of my time to even go there?asked for them to check out engine vibration thinking its a motor mount and rattle noise from exhaust? Got no answer on vibration and told I need a new Cat converter? Around $1500.00 dollars? Well You can google and get an answer on engine vibration ? A BAD MOTOR MOUNT $50.00 dollarsAND RATTLE NOISE IS FROM LOOSE HEAT SHEILD?$50.00 dollars?Good thing im mechanical inclined and take my advice! Get a second opinion if you go to stouts on belcher road??

I can understand why some people get mad beyond the normal. My 85 year old friend took his Jeep here last week Oct 23 to have an engine put it. They charged over 4000.00 for a used engine that was only 750.00 because we already purchased the engine but were told they would not accept the engine we purchased so we got a refund but they bought the same engine from the same place. On top of that they charged him for a new starter that was just replaced 2 weeks earlier for 600.00 and the Jeep still doesn t start because its a linkage adjustment on transmission that is keeping the starter from engaging in park not a bad starter. They are either thieves or just not educated properlyService: Transmission

I m SO HAPPY we found this place! All the staff has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Jody has been amazing since day one. He s been very patient not only with us but with other customers he s taken care of on the phone or in person while we ve been waiting in the lobby. My husband and I don t know much about cars or mechanical issues, and this is the first place where they don t make us feel ignorant or stupid for not knowing what they re talking about. They have been extremely cordial and patient every single time. They replaced tons of parts on my husbands car and they even showed him the parts they removed and how a new one should lool like. I learned so much from my experience with them! Fast and accurate service. They re prices are very reasonable and they go over the itemized bill before they do anything. What they review with us has been what we paid for. No surprises. We will recommend them to anyone with our eyes closed!

I have shed tears today for Jodie and his family. I first met him about 15 years ago at their first location on 19, I felt him to be one of the warmest and wonderful people I had ever met. Such a horrid tragedy and loss of such a warm and loving person. May he rest in peace. I had a complicated set of problems with my car, and the guys at Stout's quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. They stayed late to get the vehicle to me since it is my only car. I feel the pricing was reasonable. They are very busy, so if you can, get an appointment and they'll take good care of you. They earned my business..very satisfied with the experience.

I highly recommend this place; Jodie is an honest guy who cares about servicing people before money and I will be going here until I leave Largo. As a student working only part-time I came in with budget concerns and the guys here worked with me to make it affordable and were honest about what I really needed done. The A/C works better now than when I first bought it!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair

I have never actually used to stouts but being an auto-body industry an exuberant prices with the current administration I understand how people can get frustrated my condolences you are good people. It's a shame. Rest in peace my friend

Was in a few years ago for all 4 brakes. Only drove the car 20k miles. Im being told my rear brakes were most likely never changed as they are toast. Terrible customer service and fraudulent shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Jodie. I have been taking all my vehicles to him for 18 years. He always made me feel like a good friend . Praying for the Family. I will sorely miss him. Godspeed

I brought my car to the shop on US 19(like a wk ago) & a really nice guy(I think his name was John?) Helped me out so much. For once I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or lied too. THANK YOU SIR!! He did tell me if I had anymore problems w/my car to plz bring to him again but he'd be at another place bc that shop was closing/moving. Thank you(buzz cut hair guy) I will forsure come bk to you, if needed in future. A ton of thanx again.

I came in today with a battery issue and startup issue that happened suddenly. Stouts was brought up upon a recommendation by a friend. Jodie and his team were so friendly and helpful and I was in and out very quickly! Thankfully it was an easy fix! I will definitely be back again! Thank you!!!

I love Jodi and his team of mechanics. Quick, efficient, and affordable. Jodi has amazing customer service and treats every customer as a family member. I wouldn t dare get my car serviced anywhere else. Very honest team here.

Simply the best. Some of the best experiences I ve had with auto services. The best and most straight forward staff. Worked with me in a pinch and really went above and beyond on multiple occasions! Genuine people, great work, no price/part gouging. What more can you ask for? If you live near this shop, consider yourself very lucky. Management is phenomenal and treat you and your needs amazingly. Thank you guys so much for your outstanding work and services.

My review was from 5yrs ago but because I had to edit something it's showing as a new review.I've been using Stouts years before they even opened the second store in Largo. Jodi is very honest and to the point he's very reliable I will not take my car anywhere else. Not like the rest of the garages / shop he does not take advantage of women!

Did not complete the requested service. They apologized and said they would complete it but would take 1 to 1.5 more hours to get it back on the lift to complete. I gave them 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Sorry I don't have more time to waste.

They do a great job with alignments. Last time I was there they gave me two things with my car that need to be fixed totaling approximately $2000. One of the items was control arms because it had flexibility to it. I spoke to the owner and he says he ll do his best to make it right so I go back there and I had them show me in great detail why the lower control arms need to be replaced and they showed me where it was flexible and I educated them that that s how it s designed. I went back three different other times to try to speak directly with the owner and he was never there . Also when I left the last time the car wasn t driving straight after I had the alignment so I immediately went to my mechanic and when they grab the tire it basically was loose. It was discovered that one of the bolts on the control arm was loose. I left my mechanics place I have an hour before I arrived at this location and I personally saw that the tire was firm and secure. So in my humble opinion the only fault could ve been at Stouts. I know they do great alignments so I made an appointment today for tomorrow which was successful. Less than five minutes later they told me they don t want to do the alignment on my car. I told him that they were gonna get a one star review and they don t give a damn.I m now going to go to the Better Business Bureau and let them know that they need to focus at the task at hand and not try to have vehicles unsafe to drive away from their place.Service: Wheel alignment

I cannot say enough good things about this place. VERY FAIR pricing. They care and it shows. I put a lot of miles on my car and I trust these guys over my dealership any day. Honest guys. I am a female that knows a lot about cars. They haven't ever tried to pull anything on me. They let me know what can wait to be fixed. Best mechanics around. Definitely recommend.

I called Stout s about a screw in my tire, and he told me the best time to come in. I was in and out! He was super nice, and the price was cheap to have a tire fixed! They didn t just plug it either they patched it! I ll be back here again!

I was needing to get timing belt, water pump, tensioner, & accessory belt replaced. I called the dealer and they wanted an enormous amount of money. Well, had vehicle scheduled for service and at the last moment the money I thought I was going to have for the service to be done wasn't going to happen. So I called around a few places including Midas whom I'm not very fond of and got nothing but high prices or attitude when I wouldn't fall victim to their money scamming. So the third place I tried was Stouts and they were very personable and were able to work with my budget and gave me an excellent price quote. So I took my car there and everything went very well. Car came back to me the same with no visual damage, scratches, or anything bad which I've had bad experiences with at other shops. They did an excellent job and their prices are great. I highly recommend them so far. At this point they have my business into the future.
