One word AWESOME. Kyle and Stacey were incredibly friendly, professional and, most of all, helpful. Of all the car buying experiences I have had in my life, and there have been a lot, this was the easiest, most seamless experience ever. They don t sell garbage and they stand by what they sell by including an actual warranty. I WILL be returning for another car soon. Thanks Kyle and Stacey!

I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Kyle. Got a great deal on a sweet ride. I even brought her into the dealership to double check the things I don t know about. Everything was in great shape. Sent my uncle here the same week. Easy financing and doesn t eat up half your day. Definitely recommended

If your looking for the honest review:I never liked car shopping, you never know what you're gonna get with used car lots. Most people think they don't work with you on pricing, and that they only wanna make money. Me and my wife are both in sales, and we did not get the sales vibe from Kyle. He genuinely wanted to help us find something that we were looking for. We were dealing with a car loan from the bank, so it was not simple from the get-go. As busy as we are with 4 kids and running a business, Kyle stayed in constant contact with me answering any questions I had and also sending me a lot of options to choose from. I've dealt with HUNDREDS of used car lots in the past, redemption auto sales was hands down the best experience buying a used car I've ever had. Highly recommend. I got a Buick, basically brand new and looks nice inside and out. 2017 with 70k miles, 15k out the door. It was a steal! I've even got bells and whistles, built in warranty, and they did all my registration with the DMV. I didn't even have to go to the DMV! Use these guys first, they are better than whoever you're talking to now! Thanks.

Great Customer Service. It started with a personal introduction video. Kyle really made sure we were taken care of and he made sure we left happy. Got us the payment plan we wanted. He really went that extra mile for us. Stacey also has continued to make sure after months later we are enjoying our vehicle . It really says a lot about Redemption Auto that they don t just sell you a vehicle and the transaction ends. They make it personal you re not just a transaction to them. They really care about their customers. Thank you . So in love with my Cadillac Escalade. A great quality vehicle. Kyle was very professional, patient, and kind. We felt like he was a friend as soon as we met, rather than a salesperson just trying to make a sale. We went to several other dealerships that same day and none of them gave us the same feeling of honesty and trust that Kyle provided at Redemption Auto Sales. I have avoided car dealerships, new or used, my entire life. Salesmen, more like sharks, looking at whoever walks on their lot as $$$. On site mechanics taking weeks, even months, to get your car back to you. None of that is here at Redemption Auto. Kyle, Stacy, and Francesco were nothing but pleasant, helpful, and most important of all: REAL people start to finish. They didn't sell us a vehicle, they talked to us about what we needed, then about what might fit our needs and budget. We bought a vehicle from them because we wanted to, plain and simple. The CarFax Certification and the free 1 year warranty solidified everything with peace of mind, a priceless and almost unattainable feeling in modern times. It all started when I saw the name, and they have redeemed the meaning of a car dealership to me and my family. Thank you Kyle for having the courage to follow your dream and help so many people. I called these guys about two jeep Wranglers they had for sale. They were helpful and polite, answered multiple questions. First person I spoke to was a guy named Francesca, he was more helpful than. I could have asked for, he even sent me a video review of the vehicles. I drove 2 hours plus each way to see the Jeeps, when i got there I was met by Kyle, the owner and Stacey, one of the managers, Stacey was more than helpful, no pressure,, we drove each jeep twice for some distance, the vehicles were exactly as they told me they were on the phone, well worth the trip. I did an extensive inspection of the Jeeps, no problems, no concerns. Again Stacey and Kyle were polite, absolutely no pressure sales tactics, Steph even gave me an out the door price detail on both vehicles before I left, even though I never expected it. Plus each vehicle came with a one year limited warranty. Due to the Jeeps being primarily for my wife s use, she decided that they were not exactly what she was looking for. I messaged Stacey the next day and declined the purchase, she was again polite and understanding. More than I have gotten before from some larger dealers over the weeks. I would have no hesitation purchasing a vehicle from these guys, I truly believe they are up front and honest. I will definitely keep an eye on their inventory for future vehicles. I went with my son to Redemption Auto Sales so he could purchase his first car. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and they worked with us to help us get the best deal. Even though it was a little bit of a drive for us to get there, it was SO worth the drive to receive quality help and zero gimmicks! The car is awesome also! VERY happy with the purchase and the experience!

Best experience ever buying a truck! I live in Miami 5 hours away and I was able to purchase a truck from Redemption Auto Sales, the whole process was smooth. My credit is not the best and Kyle and Stacey did their best to get me approved, not just approved but to get a great deal. I love my truck, small dealership but huge costumer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. My son was looking to buy his very 1st car, and we went to a couple of places before going to Redemption Auto. The other places were just not making the experience the best for him. Some sales people were just fast talkers. I was getting frustrated. On a Sat I saw a video on Facebook with Kyle from Redemption Auto and wanted to try one more time and wow I am so glad I did. Kyle absolutely made Brian's 1st car buying experience smooth. Kyle was in constant communication, he was professional and most of all he explained everything where we could understand. His team is amazing also. I am so happy I went here for his car. My son got the terms he wanted and a reliable car that is safe. I highly recommend Redemption Auto to EVERYONE!!!

Kyle and his team were very professional and great to work with. I brought my son with me to check out a vehicle and they were very pleasant with him. Kyle work with me throughout the whole process. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them due to reason for myself. But I will be checking back with Kyle and their inventory when i decide to start looking again.Great team and staff!

Even though we were not able to make a deal, completely due to my financial restrictions, Kyle and Francesco were both very kind, and honest, they listened to my needs, took them into consideration, gave me HONEST opinions as to what could be done and did NOT try to push me into something that I could not afford. If you want an HONEST car dealership who will treat you with respect and has integrity, GO here.... also met Andy and was just as nice and friendly. I WILL go here when I am ready to make my purchase, so much better than one of the "big" dealerships who just want you to buy, even if you cannot really afford it. Thank you guys for being an honest, trustworthy auto dealer, not many of those left these days!

We were looking for a good first car for our daughter and after searching for a while we found Kyle and Redemption and cannot say enough about how pleased we are! Kyle made the buying process very smooth and would highly recommend them.Buying a car can be so intimidating and stressful most times but Kyle was awesome and made the experience smooth and was a pleasure to deal with!We surprised our daughter on New Years with her new car and she loves it! I have been to many dealerships, weather it be new or used and Redemption Auto provide me the best experience ever! They were very polite and professional and made me feel like I had known them my whole life! Their vehicles and prices are by far the most honest and fair of any others out there. My wife and I made are way from Brandon to Largo to test drive a vehicle that I may of need for work. Kyle's knowledge of his inventory was impressive. I found out that I won't that vehicle. If I need a pre-owned car in the future will absolutely get a hold of Kyle. This rest of the staff was accommodating offering water and being very respectful. The office was busy for a mid afternoon weekday. They are doing something right.

Redemption Auto Sales is by far the best used car dealership we have ever dealt with.They are kind, polite, honest and trustworthy and made us feel like old friends! We had checked with a couple other car dealerships in the area and because we were seniors on Social security they told us they couldn't help us since we were looking to get a loan. A lady I work with had recommended we check out Redemption since some people in her community recommended them. We had a 2008 GMC Acadia that we loved thats engine went out-when i checked Redemptions site they had a 2017.Acadia.I.called at 4:00 and Francesco answered. He was so pleasant and helpful. I asked if we could set up a appointment the next day to see the Acadia. He set us up to come in at 3 that Thursday. We met Kyle and Stacey and they had the car ready when we got there to go for a test drive. It was just what we were looking for. Low miles and a great price.And all their cars come with a Carfax Report and a 12 month, 12,000 warranty!!! Kyle and Stacey were able to get us a monthly payment and a down payment that worked with our budget.A little after 5 Stacey had all the paperwork done and she told us she handles everything with the BMV and would call us when she had that ready! She was so helpful, organized and kind!! We were driving away in our new car well before 6! If you are ever in need of a used car Redemption is the place to go! No pressure or typical used car dealership attitudes-Just a wonderful team of professional, kind friends that love to help put you in a car that works for you!Thanks so much Kyle, Stacey and Francesco! You truly were a blessing to us!

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Kyle and the team at Redemption Auto from the initial interaction. The engagement was prompt, extremely friendly, professional & not salesy. Coming from a career sales guy this is significant. When I met Kyle in person, I was delighted to learn of the genesis of the company and the backstory behind the company s name and logo. Frankly, they was exactly as I hoped they would be. My only disappointment was that the vehicle I came to consider did not end up being right for me. I sincerely wish I could ve bought a car from Kyle & I hope that he & the team at Redemption are as successful as they ought to be, given the strong values evident in how they choose to operate. I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima that did fantastic for me while I had it, I never had an issue and I was able to bring it back and trade it in for a truck from Kyle that I absolutely love ! Decided to do some car shopping for my daughter s senior year . I m a busy small business owner I called around for a week plus on multiple leads on vehicles . I was given the run around multiple times couldn t get an accurate cash price for anything. When I called redemption I explained to Kyle I asked for a out the door CASH price and he gave me a fair number in 30 seconds! We went down there the next day and were greeted by Stacey immediately and treated like old friends .No b.s car dealer vibes I discussed the numbers I was given over the phone she confirmed the same number Stacey got us set up we took the car for a drive it was exactly as described she loved the car, we paid and walked out the door with a new vehicle and on the road in about an hour it was the car buying experience I ve dreamed of honestly . We re about a week in and couldn t be happier with our purchase .

Bar none Best experience I've ever had buying a car ran into issues with my flight getting canceled. They worked with me. They were able to pick me up at a whole entire different airport that was originally not discussed. Pick me up brought me to the lot . we're beyond professional. Even set me on my way with a care package of snacks and liquids. Car was an immaculate condition everything it was supposed to be no surprises upon arriving. Kyle and Stacy We're beyond helpful gave all pictures of extra details had all paperwork already done as I got there. I had to signathere's and then got to return 1100 miles Home actually adore the car.

As a family run business it certainly feels like family. Very polite and professional. They have a lot of really good cars in stock and will work with you to get the best deal for both you and their business. Overall a very pleasant experience
