Great repair shop. My 2014 Ford escape was stalling on me, believed it may be the purge valve and Randy solidified that belief. He managed to get the valve all replaced in 5 hours, unfortunately it was about 450 but that was not unexpected. Randy was very nice to work with. It was a super easy process and was even able to drop it off and pick it up the same day. All together highly recommend and will definitely go bad if I have any further issues. Thanks again!

Randy understood the importance of being honest with a woman coming into an auto repair shop alone knowing nothing about cars. He s a good listener and very informative. He was honest, did the work quickly & efficiently. He held true to his word on what he thought the repairs were going to cost. My car is driving like new.

Randy and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest guys. Randy runs a very efficient shop and is transparent with pricing. Hate to bring my car in but things happen and I m glad I can trust them to do a great job and make sure I m on the road safely. Thank you!

I found this shop after my car left me stranded on the highway.Randy and his team were amazingly transparent, fair priced, and understanding.They went as far as to check to see if the repairs I needed were under warranty through the factory to save ME money even though it meant losing. A sale for themselves.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of an emergency repair or just your routine maintenance.

literally called them with not even a days notice with my truck overheating spoke to Ashley on the phone who then spoke to randy and said if I could get the truck there they would look at it. it turned out I needed a water pump within three hours later after the call from Bob truck was ready. I would definitely recommend for auto work great team and customer service

Randy's will always have my business. Took care of my problem without issue and with some of the best customer service I have ever had. It's clear he and his team love what they do. If I could rate them 6 stars I would have.

I brought my car here thinking I can trust these people because they had good reviews. I dropped my car off they had it for some days. The man called me with a diagnosis he told me the price and I agreed he told me he will work on it right away . Just the other day I got a call that it was fixed and that I can come pick it up but now I have a small whole in my radiator which is crazy because when he called me with a diagnosis he never mentioned a radiator . & before I took my car it was nothing wrong with my radiator now i have a huge leak in my radiator and I m single mom I work and go to school full time i need my car I payed 16,92.96 for a car I can t even drive because it s leaking so bad money was never the issue it s the dishonesty I work so hard to get mistreated like that. He claimed he didn t charge me for the labor because he had it so many days which that wasn t my fault and he did charge me for the labor they fixed what needed to be fixed but also messed up something on my car .

Been looking for a mechanic and my car says you better find a mechanic because I m going to overheat so I seen this place and I asked around called Randy s mechanics and I asked around they said oh there s they re pretty good they re just as good as any other mechanic so I went over there and Randy was wonderful very soft-spoken person Very serious about His mechanic shop been in business for 40 years so I asked him about the overheating and I took the car back the next morning and he found the problem with the overheating which was two Two and there were a few other things wrong, and he fixed those for me, and then I went back the next week on my next Day off and had him do more work and including new tires and alignment, and everything has been great with the car Then I would give them five stars and more Davis is a wonderful owner and manager and the gentleman working in the Office Dan was wonderful as well and then on the young lady that works there. She was sweet as I would definitely recommend them to my friends, which I already have and I gave out a couple of their cards Randy was very honest let me know right up front how much things were going to be and he didn t So all in my experience with them was fantastic and I m definitely would have any work done with them again, thank you so much guys you re wonderful workers and I appreciate a job well done

I was passing by when my brakes were sticking in one of our pickups. Randy kindly took my truck in and offered to get it done as soon as he can, same day. If I could leave a 10 star review I would!!This is the most friendliest and informative auto repair shop I have ever been to!!Spoke by phone to the owner "Randy" directly at first, explained that I needed front end steering work done. He told me come in for a free estimate. First time meeting and using his service, was greeted in person by him. He had his mechanic evaluate and diagnose my truck. 06 f150. I knew that I had a couple other problems that I was trying to avoid to fix ,but was told of those issues as well. Knowing that parts are one thing but labor to fix them is another. I was given a quote to fix it all and needing it done agreed. Unlike other repair shops that just fix stuff then surprise you at the end with an outrageous bill he called me and explained further issues that needed repair and and was generous on the pricing as well. Everything was fixed and done in a timely manner. Nothing was hidden about old parts, laid out showing and explaining how bad the old was. I now am happy with the repairs like driving a new truck again. You come as a stranger and leave like family!! I am all about God fearing and honest people and prefer to spend my hard earned money on the small working man than giving it to corporations chain repair shops I know that I have found my new mechanic for years to come for all my auto repair needs. I will highly recommend Randy's to anyone needingrepair work.. Honesty, integrity and informative very professional service is what you get here!!! Thank you all soooo very much for all of your hard work and great job!! May God bless you and your family and business for many years to come!!!

Randy has been taking care of my work truck for the last few months and I have never met a technician and service center that operates with such honesty and integrity. Randy is always friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and got time to explain what needs to be done to keep my truck running perfectly.I will highly recommend Randy to anyone who has lost faith in auto service technicians.

Truly wanted to take my time to write this review, because I know how valuable this company is to our Largo community.From the moment the owner Randy answered the phone, he was very honest and truly wanted to help. Randy truly values his customers as people and not as an over priced pay day. Randy s knowledge with cars is astronomical, might as well be the car, repair guy equivalent to Elon musk with artificial intelligence.Now for the backstory if you feel like reading more:My husband purchased a Toyota Camry, 2016 brand new, he has always kept up with all of the needed maintenance through the years.Through those years, my husband has gone to the dealership for all of his maintenance. More recently, when he would take the vehicle in for a regular service, the car dealership, service department said there were issues with the AC compressor and it needed to replaced along with a few other items. Two months after, they wanted to charge an arm and a leg for a new evaporator on top of this.I told my husband please let me do some due diligence and call local auto repair shops in Largo. I will be honest Randy s was not the first auto shop that I called, however, after speaking with him, he was definitely my last, and where are car ended up.

I called Randy based on the great reviews. I was not local and needed a vehicle inspection. Randy was amazing. He looked at the car right away gave me an honest opinion and treated me like we have been friends forever. Anyone that is local looking for an honest mechanic, do not hesitate to call. When I called Randy's, service engine light indicated we needed to change the timing belt. Needed the windshield washer fixed. Checked the brakes too. Randy got us in quickly to fit our schedule.Very honest.We have a timing chain not a belt. Savings!Cleaned up the brakes. Savings! Replaced the washer pump and worked with wipers.Totally pleased with our service and the cost.We returned the rental car a day early. Saved!Thanks Randy'sService: Auto maintenance

Randy is my brother in Christ. They do excellent work for a great price. I recently took my car in for an oil change. I was given an estimate of an hour until it was done. 40 minutes later I get a call saying my car was ready. The price they quoted is the price I paid. Their customer service is kind and respectful.

Randy is a very honest man and very professional. He just did my daughter Hyunda valoster . The part he ordered was defective and my daughter has to leave town tomorrow. He took it upon himself to fix that defective part. The best he could didn t charger for it put her car back together and made sure her air worked properly. That is a honest mechanic right there very impressed. He has done work on another car for me and has done outstanding work. Randy s Auto Repair is very clean, Randy is honest and helpful. Took care of the routine service needed for my car - his prices are fair. When the check engine light went back on a few days later, Randy looked at it free of charge and without scheduling an appointment.
