M&J is the only place I will bring my car moving forward. My car would not turn on, and I took it to another mechanic. They could not figure out what was wrong after days of diagnostics. I took the car to M&J out of another recommendation from a friend, and they got me in, and had my car working like a champ the next day.They are great, and they care. I appreciate the hard work guys. Thank you for taking the time to get it figured out amd fixed right.

Justin at M&J Automotive is the absolute best! 10/10 cannot recommend him. He got me the best deal on four brand new tires for my SUV. His customer service skills and communication go above and beyond. This was the best top-notch costumer service I have EVER received and it came from an automative shop. I am shocked and can t recommend these guys enough.

Had our 2006 Toyota Camry towed to M & J Auto and they did a great job diagnosing the problem & repairing our car. Justin was great about keeping in touch to update us on the car's status. Car was repaired promptly. Highly recommend.

Second time dealing with Justin and his crew. Nothing but accolades for them. We are from Canada and bought an older car last year. I wanted it checked out and after doing research went to m&j automotive. Said it needed some brake work which they did in a prompt manner and priced fairly. This year my engine was overheating so of course went back to them. When I called I was hoping to have it looked at before Christmas but they took the car in the day I called, advised I needed a new radiator which they completed the same day and once again fairly priced. Had I taken it elsewhere there was always the chance of being ripped off with either the pricing or the diagnosis saying that there was something wrong with the engine etc and ending up with an absorbent bill. Not these guys. If you need something done to your car I highly recommend m&j auto. Thanks Justin!

Great job replacing the batteries on my Bentley. Interstate battery distributor said their corporate policy is not to touch those luxury cars and referred me to M&J. Justin the owner and Alex the mechanic changed them in no time. Highly recommend them.

Amazing service they were super nice on the phone, allowed me to come in immediately and fixed my issues with no problems. Super fairly priced for the work they did and couldn t be happier. Will most definitely come back with any other mechanical issues

We were on vacation and needed an emergency mechanic shop to do work on our BMW. M&J Automative was amazing! They got us in right away and worked on our car so fast. They got the job done right so that we could get back right away to enjoying our vacation! Huge thanks to Justin for taking care of us! We appreciate everyone there for their hard work! They even had us bring back our Vehicle to check it out before we drove back home 9 hours!Great service!

Being that I m a single woman, I m always a bit skeptical dealing with people working in the automobile industry. From the moment I spoke to Justin, the owner of M &J, I knew that my experience with his shop was going to be a memorable one. He is extremely warm, friendly, compassionate, and engaging. His prices are beyond fair, unlike any other auto repair shop I have ever encountered. I have a Mercedes E class and break the bank every time I bring my car to the dealership. I would recommend Justin and A & M to any and everyone and will keep his auto shop s number permanently in my contacts as he will be my go-to car guy. I don't understand why most of the reviews for this place are so good. My car was there for a week with excuses (that his mechanic couldn't find the problem, that a better mechanic who specialized in car electricity had to see it, that this other one only works part-time in the afternoon,... blablabla). When they finally checked it (after 5 days), he calls me and tells me that they don't know what's wrong, but the battery and alternator are not working. They led me to believe that what my car needed was to change the alternator and battery, they charged me $1450 for this and the car still wouldn't start. Justin kept saying that they are very fair and that made me so suspicious that I took the car at that very moment with a tow truck. I took it to another place, the problem was electrical. Some fuses had blown. At this other place they charged me $100 and got it fixed in one day. I left it in this other place at eight in the morning and at 4:00 p.m. I had it repaired at home. If you are interested in a good workshop, it is American and Foreign Automotive Repair, at 54 ave with 58 st.

Called M & J auto repair because my car would not crank and my aunt had previously used them to repair her car. The customer service here is like no other I have experienced. Justin alone is something to rave about I called this man at least 8 times conversing back and forth with him and not one time was her rude, short tempered or rushing me off the phone He is the most patient man I know. Any questions I had were answered. I like that they take their time with the customers car and finishes your car completely before moving on to the next car. I will def be back for any car issues I have.

I did leave a good review 6 days ago, but I have to change that. Justin was very nice and seemed honest at the time. However I was told that my car had a seized engine, Apparently, the mechanic did not look at it very good. I found out from the dealer that it was only a starter that I needed. It would have been a waste of thousands of dollars and I would be in search of a different car if I took their advise.

I had a last minute problem w my vehicle, AAA suggested M&J and they did not disappoint! Communication was great, and they kept their word on timing and price. Always scary dealing w mechanics, it's usually very expensive, they're hard to trust and I know very little about i mechanic work myself. From our first phone conversation I felt I could trust Justin w M&J and they took good care of me! I'll be using them again.Service: Electrical repair

I brought a car from m&j the engine light was on they told me it was an oxygen sensor but turned out to be the transmission I went back to see if they would do anything they said they couldn't help if I knew the transmission was no good I would not have brought it but they lied now I have to pay another $1000.00 to have it fixed and all I got from them is that it is sold as is

Car broke down the other day and these guys were top notch. Justin explained everything to me from start to finish, kept in communication, and was absolutely fair with the prices for the service. I would highly recommend M&J Automotive for repairs They are AAA approved and are honest. I saved a lot of money by not going to the dealership. Excellent and honest service. They were unable to fully diagnose my issue but we re very professional and honest. Instead of charging me for 6-8 hours of tear down with no guarantee of finding the issue, they recommend I take it to the dealer who would be better equipped for such an odd issue. Amazing experience. Family business and they treat you as family. From ordering parts, explaining the process and fixing. I have no complaints about my service. Justin was extremely helpful and wasn t trying to get One over on me With pricing and parts Because I m a female like some places try to do. He made sure all my service needs were taken care of and actually remembered me/who I was everything I called with a question/concern. Not very many companies know how to be personable like that. *M&J also accepts AAA discounts Thank you all for your help with my car

These guys are top-notch for services listed! I had a blowout in the middle of the night and left a note on my dash with my towed car in their lot; prompt service the next day with beautiful competitive pricing! I had to utilize their services almost ten months later for a bent rim also brought after hours and bent back on a weekend, they remembered me when I called ahead and gave my car s information (having never met me in person)! When I came to pick it up, they gave me a great price on the fix with info on where to get replacement wheels that won t break the bank.
