Everything you could hope for in a local mechanic. They are very honest, and knowledgeable. We have brought them German, Japanese cars and a lifted Jeep. They can honestly work on anything and having a tire shop as well is really a nice perk.

I drive from Carrollwood in Tampa all the way to Largo to have Steve (owner) care for my Corvette and my wife s Impala. Not just because he s a personal friend, but because I know that if he tells me something is wrong with my car, it really is, and that he doesn t just throw parts at a problem until it goes away. He s a rare commodity these days. A highly competent and honest mechanic, and an all-around good guy.

Steve & Scott are hands down the best in the industry! Normally I cringe when my car needs a repair or an oil change, but I just love bringing my car into Auto Dynamics!!! They go the extra mile every time for me & I know my car is getting the best care. Their prices are amazing & the customer service literally can t be beat! Great Work every time! I've trusted them with all my cars for as long as I can remember. I've introduced them to a lot of my friends and they've always been more than satisfied. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust. There are so many out there that are unscrupulous. But these guys are up front with their costs and will never try to add unnecessary expenses when they don't apply.

I recently had trouble starting my car twice one Monday morning. I was going out of town Wednesday so contacted my mechanics of many years Auto Dynamics. They got me in & confirmed it was my battery. Had my car back by Tuesday and off on my trip Wednesday morning. Thank you folks again for keeping my car on the road.

Awesome place here! I was in a loop all November spending unnecessary money at so many places but the same problem persisted. I came to auto dynamics and they fixed the problem right away. Scott and Steve were very friendly throughout the entire process. So glad my car is back working and riding smoothly. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys again!

Needed to have a plugged a/c drain tube cleared. Steve worked me right in and finished within an hour of my pulling in. He accommodated my car into his busy schedule.

Short and sweet version, FANTASTIC service, pricing was less than expected, quick turn around and solution oriented people, THE ONLY PLACE TO GO FOR HONEST, RELIABLE, FRIENDLY SERVICE in my humble opinion.Long version I am traveling thought I needed wheel alignment since I put new tires on last month and it pulled slight left. God put me onto these guys, spoke with Steve and scheduled the next day. Left the van and asked if he could also look at a/c blower, he called with diagnostics of a/c and fixed, told my tie rods and tensioner were wearing out TOLD not life threatening but should be addressed soon we went ahead to replace.Traveling the states in the van with my dog, they needed an extra day and made it work for us to sleep in the parking lot and to be pulled in first thing. Scott and Steve of Auto Dynamics earned my trust 4yrs ago when they said they had resources that could fabricate an AC line for my 95 240sx when that part had been discontinued. Since then they have performed front end suspension replacement and a leveling kit on my '04 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. Even referred me to a local garage for a performance tune to make the HEMI perform better prior to a 1800 mile road trip. Truck ran solid the entire route. Recently I have had them working on a '04 WJ resurrection and their employee Brian has done top of the line work!!! These guys are the gearheads you want to bring your business to. Don't go to some shade tree shop, get your business handled for a reasonable price and sleep sound knowing the quality of their work is beyond reproach. Just go see for yourself......words do not do their shop justice.

Car battery died and had to get it towed somewhere. After a quick Google search, I found this location with super good reviews. The owner, Steve, spoke to me personally and was very reassuring. He fixed it and had it back to me in 24 hours. I recommend his business 100%.

We were in town from out of state and had a weld break on the tailpipe, which then snapped at the muffler. Scott and Steve arranged to check it out first thing Monday morning and diagnosed it quickly and gave a fair estimate. They accommodated our vacation schedule to get it in at a time that worked well for us. The repair was done quickly and done well. Thanks guys!

We have been going to Auto Dynamics since 2003. They are the most honest and trustworthy auto shop around. They always take the time to perform quality work. Scott and Steve are 2 of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Their prices are competitive and the work is the best around hands down!! I am always confident that when I take my vehicle to Auto Dynamics the job will be done right!

Urgent repair needed on short notice. My wife had a check engine light and fuel issue and needed service quickly as she was just passing through Largo for the weekend. Steve listened to my concerns over the phone and found the time to get our vehicle in to be serviced. He did exactly what I asked and even found another area of concern. Steve showed it to me using photos and text messages. With the help of Auto Dynamics, my wife was able to get our vehicle back home 8 hours away. I really appreciated the personal service I received from this company. I chose this repair facility strictly from google reviews. I made the right choice.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I trust Steve and Scott at Auto Dynamics with all of my vehicles, both foreign and domestic. They provide professional service at reasonable prices. You can tell a lot about a business by just looking at their shop. Auto Dynamics is well organized and clean. The mechanics do top notch work and carefully inspect your vehicle. No one likes to hear there are other things wrong, but it s better than breaking down somewhere. They let you know if it must be done now or can wait a bit. I used to go to the dealership for services and repairs, but always left feeling ripped off and not truly understanding what was done. Steve and Scott take the time to carefully explain what needs to be done and why. They make me feel comfortable and are happy to answer all my questions.I don t usually write reviews, but realized how important it is to have a mechanic you TRUST and thought what a great way to let them know. I can comfortably recommend Auto Dynamics to my friends and family.

We have been taking our cars to Auto Dynamics for the past 15 years. Steve and Scott always give informative reasons for why repairs are needed. Better yet, they sometimes tell us why something is NOT needed. They are extremely trustworthy and their work has always been of the highest quality. Best of all, they are honest. We would highly recommend them to service or repair any make or model car you have. We could not be more satisfied.

I recently drove in to Auto Dynamics to have a nail pulled from my tire, but wound up having to replace the whole thing. Steve and Scott were able to help me get a replacement tire quickly and I was back on the road. Before I left, they told me that the tire that was provided by the dealer was an older model and that I could come back to Auto Dynamics when it fit my schedule and they'd replace the tire with newer stock. I found Scott, Steve and the rest of the team to be honorable and trustworthy. I'll definitely be bringing my car here again for any service needs.

Scott and his mechanic took excellent care of us. In just at an hour from when we got there until we were paying and back on the road they replaced a belt. He took our Explorer right back and started working on it as soon as we got there. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The place was very clean both atmosphere and environment, it smelled like cleaner instead of grease inside. Thank you Auto Dynamics of Largo!

Where do I being with Auto Dynamics. Honest and trustworthy is a great beginning. I have been dealing with Auto Dynamics since 1998. I heard about AD through a friend of mine and I have been coming here ever since and can't think of entrusting anyone else under the hood of my car. Not only do they do quality work, they are very good about fore warning me about letting me know of future issues or things to be aware of. Who does that anymore, NOBODY! Every quote I get when dropping off the car it's usually within $20 to $30 lower or higher. I can't imagine taking my cars to anyone else that I trust fully. One day driving down the road my serpentine belt came loose due to a bad idler bearing failure. I was able to limp into AD and they were able to fix my car and get me back on the road within 45 minutes. I highly recommend AD to my friends and family. Not once have any of them complained about there service with Auto Dynamics.

I had moved into the area in the early 80's and inquired with the local law enforcement where they take their personal cars for service. They recommended Steve's place so that began our association. I in turned passed this onto my parents and their friends. Steve, Scott and the rest of the crew have serviced all our vehicles since then. My career has taken me all over the country and I can honestly say that they have been the best auto service company that I have ever used with my vehicles. The shop and office are always clean, the crew is always polite and professional and they take care of business which is the Best Part. If you have a question, they answer it honestly and professionally every time. They really do know their business. A must go if you need auto service!

Ordered my tires online and Auto Dynamics was suggested as an authorized installer. They were very welcoming, nice, professional and helped me put all my pieces together (had my spare tire and parts to change all over trunk). Price very fair and could not be happier. I am impressed with the level of expert customer service I received at Auto Dynamics. It's clear Steve and his staff are truly committed to providing professional, knowledgeable service, including outstanding communication from start to finish.Auto Dynamics correctly diagnosed, estimated and completed repairs that could not even be correctly diagnosed at three other repair garages including the dealership over an 8 month period. Steve even provide me pictures of my rather extensive repair. My hats off to Steve, Scott and Technicians. Auto Dynamics is a professional full service garage that treats each other and customers with respect. I found my new garage.No affiliation, just extremely pleased.

Auto Dynamics are THE BEST auto repair shop around. After having them service my various cars for over 30 years I can confidently state that they are honest, reasonably priced (not the highest, not the lowest) and know how to maintain and repair any vehicle on the road. You cannot go wrong trusting Steve, Scott and company with your vehicle.

The team at Auto Dynamics are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend they are honest an top of the line customer service. Price s are reasonable. I meanly worked with Steven an Scott they both helped me out so much. Being a woman not knowing nothing about cars they put put me right under there wing an walked me through everything. We are new in town and were experiencing some issues with are dash display not working properly and a few other issues popped up too and we brought our truck here on the recommendation from a local person. These guys were great! They kept us in the loop and checked in with Jason frequently regarding status of repair. It was an expensive job but pricing was fair based on our situation with module replacement as well as transmission problems. Would definitely recommend and will be back when needed Thank you!!

I called being new to the area. I saw the rave reviews so I figured I'd see if they could help me out. I was in a bind. My driver side window stopped working and was stuck open. Steve was so helpful getting my car in right away and keeping me updated on the status of the part needed. It wasn't supposed to come in until Monday (this happened Friday morning) so I left my car with him over the weekend or so I thought. Steve made my day by calling me around 3pm on Friday to tell me my car was done. The part came in unexpectedly local and he made sure the job got done right away so I could have my car back before the weekend and pick up my fiance from the hospital. Outstanding customer service. Very fair prices. Steve even showed me the broken part and explained what happened. The funny thing is I'm used to that kinda service. Back in Philly my mechanic for 35 years always did that too. I should have expected that being that Steve is from my home town. I highly recommend Auto Dynamics. I'll be back for sure for all my mechanical needs. Thanks again Steve.

Based on the reviews, I called Auto Dynamics and spoke with Steve about possibly getting a tire repaired. He was able to take the car in, confirm the repair and I was back on the road within an hour at a fair price. By being treated professionally and fairly, I would not hesitate going back to Auto Dynamics when I need any auto service. Thank you Steve!
