They keep all my vehicles running they don't have your part they'll bring it in the same day I would recommend them got a lot of vehicles and get all my parts throughout the years with them

I typically prefer Advance Auto Parts to others but since moving from near the Walsingham location I ve been using this location. I can t recall the last time they had what I need in stock. Admittedly I drive a 20 year old Jeep but outside Oil, filters, washer fluid etc I just go to Amazon. If everything I need has to come from another location and won t be there for two day I can have it delivered to my doorstep tomorrow almost anything.You don t get greeted or even spoken to until they re giving you the total unless you stand at the counter long enough to not be ignored. Then you have to explain what you need because they don t understand you don t need rotors, you need drums, they don t know what drums are. If you ask where something is in the store, they point and say I think on one of those two isles if we have that .If they could just do a kiosk I think it would be better just like shopping on line? At least then I wouldn t be frustrated watching them scroll past what I m looking for three times because they don t know what things are.From here on out I ll just hit the online shopping options and only stop here when I need fluids.

Bruce was super nice and helped me test & replace my battery!! As a girl, car stuff freaks me out and he handled it so perfectly and even explained some of his thoughts/knowledge! He was quick and helped me start my day off better than it was. overall 10/10 thanks Bruce!!

The best experience I have ever had at an auto parts/repair store. Lexi is a rockstar and went over and above her scope of work to help me to my car. I would recommend this company for whatever your needs are. I needed a battery, and I feel like I was in an out and a half an hour. This is the company you need and ask for Lexi. She is delightful.

Today was a good day at the Advanced Auto store. Lexi, was very helpful in helping me pick out wiper blades for my car. Lexi did not make feel like a was a bother and I really appreciated her help! Also Christin,was very helpful and knowledgeable about auto parts and helped me to the super coolant for my car as I thought I had a bad water pump! Lexi and Christin, are caring and great people! and I hope they stay around! Thank you both!!

I love how they try and screw walk in customers. Mobile1 for $46.99 and online is $29.99. Got better customer service at Autozone

Austin was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions over the phone and again when I arrived. We found the right battery, and he installed it for free. I was very happy to have called this store and dealt with Austin. Left with my car back in working condition and went on about my day.

This place is unprofessional ,terrible knowledge on vehicles , store does not open on time waited 40 minutes for store to open after 9am when it was suppose to open

Every single time I've come here, it's been a stressful time for me (because who realistically prepares for car trouble), and the staff has been excellent in helping me get what I need to get back on the road and on with my life. But more recently, I was helped by a JRL, and let me tell you, he was fantastic. He did research for specific parts for my vehicle, he researched which locations had the parts I needed, he double-checked that they were ACTUALLY there and not just send me there blindly, he ordered parts to his location and ensured their timely arrival, etc. Like, this was an employee who didn't just 'work' there, this was someone who genuinely sought to provide customer service, and I'm exceptionally grateful for his help. Definitely recommend this location among the many options they have in the area.

Went into Advance to get a oil change for my Nissan Titan and the young lady that assisted me was very professional, intelligent and patient even though in the beginning I wasn't sure exactly what combo oil plus filter I wanted. The line to pay for stuff was non existent and there was plenty of A-1 parking. So if you live or just passing the Advance Auto Parts by 66th and ulmerton then stop in for great friendly service and parts for all those DIY auto repairs. Thanks reading God bless and have a good day. Also Happy Mother's Day to all the hard working, caring, loving mothers that even though super busy find the time to let us know they love us.

Make sure you check prices. Customer service is great but their prices are usually a little bit higher than everybody else's

came here today in the morning to pick up a part and look for AC dye, the guy that works there that speaks Spanish told me that I was annoying him by the questions I was asking about the product. Really bad customer service.

I shop for car parts a lot but at this place you have Dillion. This man is very knowledgeable. If you have any questions, he will explain it to you without making you feel like you don't know anything. He truly wants to make sure you get the right part for the job you are doing. One the best Advance Auto Parts I have ever been too

My battery was dead when I tried to leave for work this morning. I called Advance Auto and spoke with Brie, who told me that they could install a new battery that I purchase. When I made it to the store, Brie greeted me and helped me pick a battery, and she also installed it for me!! The process was very quick and she was so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here!

I was disappointed about an experience I had at another location. I had to come bc of a warranty issue so took my chances at this location. Ms. Toni went above and beyond to take care of me and helped fix the problem. It takes me 20 mins to get to this location but I will continue to make that drive as long as Ms. Toni is there. This week I had a situation where my battery died and the store was about to close. I couldn t get my battery out in time so bought the battery and had to come back for the warranty. Michael had the situation all confused. Ms. Tony was able to find the purchase in the online system and called customer service for me to verify the purchase Bc it wasn t coming up properly on her end (from what I gathered). I also needed some parts for my stump grinder. The fuel filter and oil filter I needed didn t come up in the system but she was able to cross reference them some how and get me the correct parts I needed when I thought I was going to have to order and wouldn t get them in till next week. The parts were a different brand but I came home and they all fit and worked perfectly. She always treat me with respect and compassion. She also had a really good relationship with her team members. They were all working together today and you don t see that type of teamwork to often. I will continue my business with Advance Auto Bc of Ms. Toni. I own a tree service and have multiple vehicles so I m sure my business is appreciated. Thank you again for everything Ms. Toni! See you soon!

We had to stop in just before closing for an emergency tail light change and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. They helped without any groaning or eye rolling about our lack of knowledge or the late hour of our arrival. We were treated well with kind words and advice, they even loaned us the tools for the job! We will definitely be visiting this store again for all of our Auto parts!

Super friendly staff ready to help with anything you need. My only complaint is that I wanted to buy 5 gallon motor oil. Online it was 34.99 but walking into the store it was 28.99. Not sale prices!

All of the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, they will help in any way they can. I was stranded and had to get my car up and running! The woman behind the counter was amazing! She and I had a great conversation and she was a big help. Great place to go as a consumer.

Don t go here the Hispanics here talk bad about you and if you understand them and speak Spanish they run behind the manager that doesn t do anything but calls the cops on you keep in mind I made no threats and was calm and cordial this happened to my mom and when I went in to understand the situation they called the cops so I say to anyone who is thinking about getting a part here just go down the road it s not worth dealing with this sad and disrespectful establishment

I disappointed on my most recent trip here when neither of the two employees I saw were wearing masks at all, and both employees gave me information about one of their products that I knew to be false. I would rather they tell me they're unsure about a particular product than to confidently lie to me about it. I think I'll be going to other stores first.

The store worker assured me that the refund was processed but they normally don't provide a refund receipt since it was online order, another store worker was next to him and he was telling me the same thing, they said that I just need to wait 5 business days to get my money back to my account and that I don't need a refund receipt. After 7 days I still haven't received my money, so I called customer service and explained the situation. She checked the order number and told me that the refund was never processed. So, she had to call to this store and talk to the store manager, after that she told me that they just processed the refund and I can stop by the store and get my refund receipt. Terrible store!!!
