Let's keep it simple! Great staff, especially Benny! Honest employees, fast service. Checked all my tires for the correct pressure, not just the one that needed changing. I felt safe leaving there. You feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. I had a dent on the side of my Audi and they quickly offered recommendations on where I could get it fixed!

These guys got us in just before close on a holiday weekend because we had an emergency and they were absolutely awesome. The service, friendliness, quickness, and their flexibility getting us in just before close The guys at Palm Beach Tire ProS are absolute LEGENDS. Can t recommend this shop enough.My family and I were a couple hours into a 4.5 hour drive with our boat on trailer and made a stop to grab some supplies took the opportunity to check out the trailer and bit to make sure everything was good. We found three huge screws in one of our now flat trailers tires. We called ahead and let them know what happened and they didn t hesitate to say, come on down, we re soon to close but we ll take care of you. They got us squared away in less than thirty just before closing. I don t recommend pushing it so late like we did, of course, but then again it wasn t planned!Definitely bring your car to these guys for your next tire servicing or replacement. This place is a great shop.

Extremely friendly, extremely professional, very affordable, and quality work. The best thing about this is it has been this way for years. I grew up down the road and still go here 30 years later for all my tire needs and more!

Very happy with the service on my vehicle. Mechanic took time to show me the tire problem. Benny was pleasant and since I needed more work than first thought, they gave me a ride home. I would highly recommend this business

The guys were great! Took me right in and quickly repaired my tire that had a screw in it. The waiting room was pleasant enough. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating is because of the price. $45 to plug a tire is a lot of money. I should have asked how much it was.... so that was my fault that this took me by surprise. I said to the guy, isn't that a lot of money to fix a tire? He said yes, but that's what we charge. My daughter just paid $21 at Goodyear. I probably won't go back simply because I can't afford it. It's not like this place is located in a high end of town.

I always know they are looking after me and recommend repairs that will keep me safe on the road. They prioritize what has to be done and what can be postponed. They are always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Ever since my first visit there I noticed how compassionate they are with their customers who are on a first name basis. They continue to return and so will I.

Ben had to special order my requested tire and it was in the next day. Had the tires mounted, balanced & an oil change at a very reasonable price with professional service. Definitely will return in 50 - 60,000 miles!

I was in distress from a flat tire when I pulled in. Jose, was pleasant the minute I walked in the door made me feel very comfortable, and assured me everything was going to be ok and that he would take care of my tire. I highly recommend them. VERY professional and great customer service!!

The service is good, very friendly people, only that when I paid to exchange a tire the service was too expensive, they did not make any repairs, I only managed to remove the previous tire and put one that I had on, they gave me an invoice for $35, 00 plus taxes which are $2.88, and the total I ended up paying was $42.80, there are $5.00 dollars that are not justified in that charge. Personally I would not return to this place.

Great team of people, they used to do work on the company formerly known as the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach. I had to wait a little longer than expected. They communicated why it was delayed. Great service. My whole family goes there even though there are closer places to home. They are the one's we trust.

Very polite and friendly. I went in for an oil change and to repair a tire that had a screw in it. Turns out the screw was removed with no damage, no charge. I absolutely would return. In my time there, I heard all customers cared for and treated just as well as myself. Great place.

I came cause I live very close by and needed to come on short notice right on the day before Christmas Eve, Jose was able to help and assist me with everything I needed, was friendly and was able to get the problem with my car solved and back to me the same day. Very thorough and reassuring and I will be coming again for all my cars needs. Thank you Jose and team, I definitely recommend coming here!

Steven and Ben were absolutely gentleman, they fulfilled my desires.i would definitely recommend anyone to go in on a wednesday but im sure any other day would do justicethank you guyswill definitely keep coming to this placeall love to you allgod bless

I called for a quote to press bushings and ball joints into my lower control arms. I had all of the needed parts. I was told they could complete the work in a few hours. $270 I arrived a hour later around 12:30 and I was told they could no longer honor the quoted time frame. However they could have it completed by noon the next day. My rig now completely torn apart, I had no choice and left all the parts. A few hours later I received a call that they could not complete the job and that they had damaged my LCA. I arrived to find the LCA battered, I was offered no compensation or resolution. It cost me $105 to repair the damage. Cordial interaction, horrible service. I will not be back and I do not recommend that anyone uses their service. This is sad because I am a strong supporter of local businesses.

It might be a bit of a drive from my day to day, but it's well worth it. The care and expertise available at this auto shop is rare and treasured! I have been bringing my car, Aretha Franklin, to this shop for years and they offer great pricing, exceptional customer service, honesty and compassion.

PB Tire Pros are my usual mechanic for the past 7 years. I ve lived in the County 30 years and having been driving 25. In this county when you find a reliable and TRUSTWORTHY mechanic .Today is Friday, I had a brake job done this past Tuesday. I went to go use car today and emergency brake froze and car wouldn t move. I called up the shop and Steve took care of me. He drove the shop s repair truck to my house and fixed the brakes in a jiffy. Now that is customer service and a business that knows how to treat customers. I will not bring my car anywhere else for service. Thank You Steve and Palm Beach Tire Pros.

The guys are amazing. I've just had my tires replaced by Costco and I needed an alignment. They find a time to do it on a busy Friday afternoon. The service is also amazing and the price is right. Do not expect magic, if your car has suspension problems, it will need to be fixed. I definitely recommend this place.

Same day service available to replace all 4 tires and they were able to successfully change my oil on my Jaguar and I find that has been difficult for me to do other than Jaguar itself due to the technology update requirements post-oil change! Very friendly, fair and fast! Highly recommend and will always return

I was headed to Walmart to have 2 tires I purchased installed when I suddenly had my spare tire blow out right in front of PBTire Pros. So I pulled in and asked if they would install the tires. Took about 1hr which was great. I watched the technician work on my car and he was awesome. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is the price. Over $100 to install 2 tires I feel is a little expensive. FYI It was more than double Walmart s price.

I ve been a loyal client of Palm Beach Tire Pros for close to 10 years. My whole family and I keep coming back because their service is top of the line! OMG I got a flat that air could not fix on the way to work. Made it to them at 7 am desperate to make it to work and get the repair. Not only did they promptly order my tire but placed my spare on so I could make it to work until it arrived. They repaired the tire asap when it arrived and had me on my way in time for parent pick up. Great attitude, fast professional service they were great all around. I ll be back

THEY CRUSHED IT! Yes those are 46 tires! Saved my sorry as-. They weren t even scared! Price was definitely on the fly. However I paid and was out the door less than a hour later and brought back the only case of Corona anyone wants. Props to kid and crew. Only regret is I know I ll be back for balancing beads.
