Very professional. I got my first car a 2011 Ford Escape. Minor cosmetic issues but the price was amazing ($4,510). Everything was dealt with in a timely manner. The car is in great shape and has been perfect throughout the first two weeks. Decent mileage (173k). I would highly recommend them.

Do NOT buy a car from here. They sold me a car that has a whole lot of issues . Now I'm getting stuck everywhere I go. Can't even cut the car off cause I'm afraid it won't start up again, which is costing me a lot with gas. Signed a contract with the lemon law included in said contract it's literally been a week and 2 days. This man refuses to give me my money back. So now I have to take this to court .Edit cause it s not letting me post another review. It s tax season again and I don t want nobody else to fall victim to this used car lot. They sell bad cars , refuse to fix the problems, give falsified information in the contact so that you think you re safe IF there are any issues, and lastly they are just fraudulent. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! DO NOTTTT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Run far & fast! They are ripping ppl off. I don t know if the recent reviews are from friends & family but more than likely it got to because these reviews are lies. These people are not legitimate caring car salesmen they are frauds. They play friendly til they get you. Then it s just a nightmare from there. Jon is a horrible person don t let the persona fool you. He don t care bout nothing but getting the money once he gets that .. oh baby best believe you ll see his true colors. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! DONT.

I have gotten 3 vehicles from The Car guys Jon is awesome if I have any issues with the vehicals I've gotten from him even one I didn't get from him he's always helped me out very reasonable and professional. I ONLY buy from them.

THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Found them by luck and the luck kept coming! Very honest and upfront. They will get it fixed no matter what it takes. If they can they will and pretty fast! I've been screwed over before so I was very nervous but wow! These guys have your back!

Horrible, brought a car from him and now I have to replace the transmission. It's costing me $5000 for parts and labor. Plus I had to pay $250 for a rental.

The salesman here was a fraud. I met up for a test drive the damn car didn't even start. He claimed it was sitting for a few days and that was the issue. I felt. Played and walked out.
