Chris and his team are phenomenal! From Natalia at the front desk to the auto crew out back, they made us feel welcomed and loved. We had a broken water pump they were able to fix at a reasonable rate and fast! Thanks guys

So far so good having major repair work being done so as of right now I am happy with the service, they picked my car up and so far they have kept there word. Honesty is very important to me when dealing with businesses and they have been. Will see when I have to pick up the car. UPDATE: Picked up my car and the price way just what I was told before bring my car to them. I would tell all my friends and anyone who needs service to go there.

What a HORRIBLE experience i had. I had a brake issue with my chevy car, had a friend recommend willies automotive, ended up taking my car friday 02/02/24 which ended up being the worst day ever. From the beginning when i went to the store, it looked super unprofessional, no one had answer for any of the questions i was asking. they kept my car from 9:45am and supposedly worked on it till 9pm and got no where with fixing. which then they proceeded that he did everything he did and does not know what is the problem and that i need to get it towed to a dealership for them to do a diagnostic. Well since they are not opened on the weekend i had to wait till monday morning to get it towed, and when i had the dealership start working on my car, they told me that whatever willie automotive did made the problem worse WORSE than when i had taken it in. they did not correctly nor fully bleed my brakes out, they left a mess on my car of the brake fluid and willie automotive still wanted to charge me $250 for them putting in a new master cylinder that i purchased myself which they said they were gonna insert the old one so i could get a refund for the new one since willie automotive thought it was defective. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE, ESPECIALLY WITH A CHEVY, NOT TO GO HERE. they will ruin your car more.

I highly recommend Willie automotive and towing service I had took both my trucks one to do the air and did a really great job and I took another one to get a motor in it they did a really great job and I recommend them to anyone who needs work on there vehicle

Not my first time here. But they got it wrong this time. Even when I took it back. Not happy with them now. No thanks on your suggestion for the repair. As I said on the phone, I ll do it myself. I know how to fabricate and make things work. I ve been doing it for over 40 years in many different situations. You don t turn out a product that is not correct. When it rained inside my truck I knew we had a problem. Your fix was incorrect. I will not be back again. Twice for the same problem is enough.

I took my vehicle here because I had a slow leak in my coolant they charged me 80.00 to do a cooling system leak inspection. When done I was informed I had a blown head gasket and needed a replacement which is 2800 or a new motor 5500. Then the woman working at the shop stated if I wanted to sell the car she would buy it, she even put her husband on the phone with me who offered to give me 1500.00 cash for the car today. I left the business drive only 4 miles to auto zone where the employee noticed my car had a puddle of coolant underneath it, he also checked the oil and said there wasn t signs of a blown gasket. I ve been driving the car for two months 60 miles a day for work and not ever had a drop of coolant underneath where I park at work or home. I contacted Dave the person I was dealing with at the shop and he stated they did nothing to cause the problem and wouldn t allow me to bring the car back for him to fix what they had done. I truly believe that they tried to get over on me to benefit their own needs. Do not use this company.

I went to Willie's based on the online reviews I read previously. I was delighted by the service and communication that was given to me while working on my vehicle. We had some brake issues and later found out we had a wheel bearing issue also. Willie's made sure we were updated on the repairs and was notified when there was something additional needed via text message and an opportunity to accept or reject the recommendation to repair additional issues found during the inspection. They made me feel comfortable with the communication and the updates and I would recommend this repair shop should anyone need work done on their car.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brake service & repair

They may be great at towing but rude at the gas station. At Sam's on 10/3 @12:25. The driver rudly skipped the line and cut infront of all the cars. Then slides in when a car moved, so he can get gas. We all have to wait. That rudness made me mad. You won't ever tow for me.

I was on a tight budget but had to replace my 2012 Toyota Camry's transmission and engine. Willie Automotive did it at a fraction of the cost. They took my car in right away, on a Friday! They performed the whole brake job in a couple of hours! My wife picked me up and we did a couple of errands and then I went back and my car was ready to go! They are excellent! Any place else I probably wouldnt have had my car back before Monday. brought my 2016 elantra in to repair a. c.I was diagnosed to have system evacuated refilled with r134a. quoted price for that service was 300.00 an paid the 300.00. After about an hour later they approached me an told me i needed a ac compressor. Cost of part an install would be 800.00. Didn't have the 800.00 to apply for the compressor so i left an didn't get it done. 2 weeks later brought it to one of there competitors who pulled code from vehicle p0532 which is ac pressure switch. had it installed an refilled with r134a an replaced o rings for less then 160.00. An AC has been running everyday since repair. With 8500 miles put on since repair. Its always good to get 2nd opinion. By the way the diagnosed came from owner an another mechanic.

We bought our business vehicles in to be checked and maintained to keep them on the road with trust. An excellent job was done from start to finish. They are very detailed and professional and are not pushy on the repairs.They let you know what they feel is critical vs. it doesn't need immediate attention. I did not have an appointment but they were able to service my car. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained all aspects of my issue...including pictures. There were no hidden charges. They quoted me a price and it did not change. Excellent customer service! My car repair is not completed (defective part from dealership) but I would still continue to use them. Honest and reasonable. I was very satisfied with my service and would highly recommend them! Thanks Vincent...you were a life saver!

Won't ever go back to Willies auto. Guy tried to rip me off, tried to charge me almost $50 more for something never quoted on. Flat told him i never agreed to paying for that. All I asked him for was to put in some oil change (my oil) because I am disabled in a wheelchair.Very sad when a business tries to take advantage of the handicapped.Did not pay him that $50Service: General repairs & maintenance

My wife takes treatment at the Moffitt center in Tampa on the way home we broke down, Willie's Automotive took our car in and fixed it the same day allowing my wife to make her next treatment. The owner and staff was very nice and understanding they done excellent work. We would recommend any one who needs Automotive care to come here they are the nicest people.Service: Auto water leak repair

Very high quality of work performed on my Mercedes SLK300. Had entire front end suspension rebuilt. Struts, OEM springs. Lower control arms, rear tires and full alignment.

Took my VW Passat there for a coolant leak. Turned out I had a head gasket leak. Oil in my coolant. After replacing radiator, water pump, all coolant hoses, timing belt tensioner, plus a few other repairs, the car runs like a charm. I was very satisfied with the service here. Dave charged me a LOT of money lol, but the service and work was top notch. I will highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Auto water leak repair

I came across this business as I was broken down, desperately searching for the first available tow. K Willie arrived promptly to the rescue and was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind that I decided to have my car towed to his shop. I am glad that I did. Willie and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and to repair my car in a timely manner. The cost of the repair and part was great compared to competitors, and their kindness and patience (I was a bit indecisive), was second to none. I highly recommend this business and I feel very fortunate that I found a shop that that I can trust for future repairs.

They replaced my starter. They did a thorough Investigation to.o make sure that everything associated with the starter was going to be repaired and in good shape Also. My Mother went to Willie's Automotive, they did not fix her car properly and over charged her. Then when she called them to try and get some money back., they told her they could not refund her! Not only do they over charge, but did not have good customer service either! My family and I will not be returning ! They will not get another cent from us! We have a much better Mechanic now and affordable! Thanks for nothing!

Service is great and the diagnostics on point. About the diagnostics... they do charge above average ($150+) and the repairs are not cheap just because the usually buy OEM parts not aftermarket. They will tell you everything your car got and tell it how it it is.

I heard a noise when I drove my car. I took it to Willie's to see what they could do. Dave listened then got Leo one of their mechanics to look at it. He test drove my car pulled it in the garage. He found the problem, a loose clip holding the drake pad. He fixed it at no cost. I highly recommend you drop by and visit Willes and ask for Leo if you have any issues with your vehicle. Overall great experience. Prompt service and very reasonable pricing. My vehicle was ready on time when promised and issues were resolved. They also provided a detailed email of recommended future services on the vehicle, ordered in priority and graded for severity. Recommend to family and friends.
