Antonio demonstrated above and beyond customer service! Antonio went out of his way to make sure that my tires were installed with quality and excellent along with road hazard protection. I highly recommend this Walmart Auto Care Center. THANK YOU, Antonio!

Came at 10am and left at 2pm. Got 2 tires and oil change. Guy told me wait was 4-5 hrs on arrival. They got tires done within 1hr and then watched my car sit outside the bays and get skipped multiple times for couple hrs. Could have been a lot quicker.

Lost tires, then had wrong tires, did not refund correct amount, had a scheduled appointment, no tires, went back for second appointment, still wrong tires. Wanted to sell me more expensive tires, more than triple the price of original tires, and said I had to purchase 3 instead of the two I wanted. Lesson learned, never again.

First time at Walmart that to change the oil and filter one must make an appointment.. in the others who have gone they have attended me at the moment without any problem even if I have to wait, I call being there to make an appointment and they tell me that they are not taking walk in.. today but honestly it was seen that they didn t even want to work, the attitude said everything.. some were doing nothing.. I can t explain myself but well I only share my experience here..

Had an appointment to get a leaking tire looked at (1pm)Pulled up 3 min. Early. Mike strolled up and addressed me promptly. Told him of my appointment he has me pull right up to the bay. He got on the ground had me slowly back up. He did not see anything, so he wet my valve stem and still did not see a problem. He gave me a ticket. 30 min later I got a message saying they just started my truck. 15. Min. After that I kid came to me. Wanted to show me my tire. Leak at the rim. Kid said it might rip the bead if he tried to take it off the rim. Asked me if I just wanted to buy a new tire. In my 58 years on this planet, I've never heard of anyone ever ripping a bead taking a tire off. So I decided to risk it and told him go ahead. Guess what. I'm not the first one that I've heard of!Idiots they have working there!!!(Mike was great) (Michael on the inside was good to) explained the texting procedure.1:35 min tire leak repair - with an appointment!!!! Ridiculous.

I have mixed feelings about this auto center. Made a tire appointment for 2 front tires(they only had 3 in stock) and the experience was fantastic. Got to the appointment on time and it was done in just over an hour. Fast forward a week, we re about to drive out of state on vacation two day later and my back tire is low. Not a big deal, I ll put a plug in it. Took the tire off and found a bubble in the sidewall. Luckily got an appointment the morning we wanted to leave. Next day my appointment gets canceled at 5pm due to tires not being in stock. No chance to buy different tires or anything. Now I have to find a different tire shop to do it asap so we can go on our trip.

The 1 st time going to this location and went back 1 month later because I had no oil in my car as if they just looked at my car no oil change done went back and the supervisor put oil in my car .

After being turned away by three other Walmarts in the area, the guys at this tire center were able to do a tire rotation and oil change on our huge 4 door, long bed, diesel F350. They were super helpful and committed to helping us out. Some employees are dedicated to helping customers even if it takes creative solutions and the guys here are definitely that kind of employee. I'm thankful for the great service we got here and would definitely recommend.

Went there for an oil change and was turned down because I didn't have an appointment even though they weren't helping anyone. The bays were empty. They told me to call to make an appointment because no availability for that day. I called 10 times and no one answered in a span of an hour. Maybe hire someone to answer phones if you want appointments to be made.

If I could rank a zero I would. It states online the Auto Care center closes at 7:00 p.m. I sent my husband who has had a massive heart attack and quadruple bypass surgery to get a tire patched and these incompetent employees tell him that they can't do it because it is too close to closing time and it's a staple and the holes are too close together to be patched. My husband came home to find that it was a nail bent over and he had to fix it on his own. I tried to contact to discuss this issue and no one answered in the Auto Care center and the main store's phone hangs up on you! We will never be back to this location!

It can be a process checking in and cashing out. The employees at this location a super friendly and quite knowledgeable. A bonus is they will vacuum your floor mats. I recommend making an appointment.

I got an oil change, it was done quick & the techs were very courteous & efficient. But I wanted my fluids checked & topped off but they said they don't do that that's why I only gave 3 stars.

Solid service very impressed with the thoroughness of the details in regards to lug nut torque specs and air pressure left on tires.No issues bringing my own tires to have installed either.Solid operations here many other shops would fall short in comparison

Worst service I ve ever had. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm I actually got there an hour early and they was able to take my car back. The tech stated I will receive a text message when my vehicle was done. After waiting an hour and 30 mins (yet haven t received a text) I asked was my vehicle done the cashier tells me yes but they was not able to do any service due to my drain plug needing To be replaced. First they knew I did not drop my vehicle off and I was waiting for my vehicle in The waiting area for them not to call or make me aware that no service was able to be done. This whole time waiting for nothing with my 10 month old. A waste of my time and Poor communication skills.I would never go there again.Service: Oil change

Trusted them to check all they said they would and had checked and corrected but sadly they failed to check the all important TIRES and RADIATOR WATER level! Thus compromising our family safety on the road. I wrote, chatted and reported this issue but never heard back from them. My trust in them is gone. I would never recommend them if you want to save your life or car.

After waiting 30 minutes on the phone I was told they were all booked up for the day for oil changes. This conversation could have happened prior to my 30 minutes waiting on the phone. And when I said something to the gentleman on the phone his only response was "well it gets busy around here". With service like that that won't be a problem for very long.Services: Tires, Auto brake repair, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Had a 2:30 appt on a Friday, the gentlemen were great! From verifying our info, to telling jokes and making sure we were taken care of, our experience was great also appreciate the gentleman at checkout as his patience with my 5 kiddos was phenomenal!!

I just had a full set of tires that I purchased online put onto my charger. Little pricey but Joe one of the employees there walked me completely through the warranty process. It made for a very delightful experience while I was there from the time I pulled into the lot from the time I left. If anything at the very least I would come back just because of this gentleman. Good people are hard to find in this world and it would be really upsetting if Walmart let him go. -MTService: Auto tire replacement

My battery died and when the AAA response vehicle came he told me to replace it would be $200. I called Walmart and was told it would be $149 with a 7yr warranty and 3yrs full replacement. They took me immediately and I was done and on my way in 40 mins Great service and friendly people.

Won t take your vehicle without an appointment for an oil change but never answer the phone for an appointment. The techs in the service area literally laugh at the questions when you ask why nobody answers the phone.

The older Hispanic gentleman at the auto center was awesome today. My husband had two flats and we were driving on spare tires. He squeezed us in and had us out in under 30 minutes which we really appreciated on a busy Saturday

Yesterday I got a flat tire as I was leaving work and got towed to Walmart around 6:00. Even though they had a pretty big line and knew they wouldn t even get to my car until about 8 when they close they still took me. I didn t get out of there until almost 8:30 and had to get a new tire bc it couldn t be repaired but everyone was so nice and helpful and the tech who worked on my car went out of his way to make sure I could afford it since this all went down the day before payday. It was a long wait but definitely worth it and everyone who was there working last night deserves some credit because they were fantastic!

I love coming here to get my tires done.This is the 2nd time I ve come here and they re so friendly and personable. The first time I had a flat so I put on the spare, I went the same day to this place and they put me a new tire on asap. The 2nd time I bought 4 tires and missed my appointment due to personal and even though they where booked they squeezed me right in.Service: Tires

Our location is sorry staffed. I didn't know you need to make an appointment. They scheduled me for my oil change for the same day. I came back at my appointed time and within 30 minutes they were finished. I miss the free vacuum cleaning. But everything else was great.

Today was terrible..I know they are usually very busy and being in the service industry I am very understanding of that. I was willing to wait for an oil change because I had plenty of time however I sat outside by the "Please wait here for attendant" sign for a solid 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged by any of the staff that were working there today. I certainly hope that the other cars behind me got better service. If they were too busy for an oil change at least come let me know..dont just leave me sitting there in the Florida sun. Won't return!!
