I'm here now. Still waiting on my vehicle. I was told it would take an hour to change 4 tires. Seems reasonable. I've had it done in less at busier establishments. I've been here two and a half hours and the only have the front two on. Several times I brought up that this service was not NEARLY as efficient as it could be OR what I was told it would be in duration. The manager who was sitting right there while I talked to staff seemed not to notice or not to care. Until I spoke to him directly at which point he was only dismissive of my complaint, in a manner personally disrespectful. Never come her and never let anyone you know give them any time or money because they have the absolute wrong idea about customer service. This is a place where the customer is always wrong.

That's my store to buy tires for my car. Good quality. The service is good. The only problem you have is that they tell you we'll deliver right away. They'll wait or they'll leave it. If they say they'll wait, they're lying to you. They'll make you wait. for more than 3 hours when they tell you the same time, we've already done it several times, it's better than what they said, the wait is 2 hours or more and people don't get angry, just that, the rest is good service the store is us 98 north

Dave and Jason were so helpful with getting me back on the road. They genuinely cared about me. They are now my go to place for anything I need. Some headlight work and then brakes.

I was a new customer the place I usually go wasn t able to get me in until Wednesday. They were able to get me in the very same day! They were super nice, very honest about what needed done, with fast service! I will be taking my car here from now on!

If I could do zero stars I would. Went there to get a new tire pressure sensor. Jason told me they could have it done in under an hour. So I waited. 2 hours later he tells me they are unable to replace it because they are afraid of scratching the wheel with their tire machine. I have factory wheels so I don t understand the problem. Jason did not do his job and walk outside to look at the car from the beginning. Total waste of my time.

The associates at the store are very kind and professional. They were honest and took care of my needs. I had to have a couple hoses for my coolant system ordered but they finished what they could and worked hard at getting it finished.

Tire Plus Team in Lakeland is AMAZING! Jason is absolutely knowledgeable and helpful. Guys have helped us tremendously and fixed our car fast. It s a very honest and very hardworking Team. Thank you very, very much!!!

We came in for an $18 replacement part. They told us we needed an oil leak check and we had to bring it back. Now they want us to spend $2500 to replace things that don't need to be fixed. I complained to corporate and later received an aggressive phone call from the store manager. When I tried to add to my previous complaint, the customer service woman gave me an attitude. I asked for her supervisor and she ended up hanging up on me.

Had to give it a star otherwise I wouldn t give them any. Been getting work done for years. This is not the same place. Corporate really needs to look at this location and hire some better employees.

I started at Firestone on US 98N in Lakeland for a wheel realignment. The techs could not get it right and gave me a bogus excuse not realizing I was an ASE master tech myself. I left there and went straight to Tires Plus where James went over and beyond to make it right when he discovered Firestone had not tightened my right toe adjustment bolts. They were flopping loose. That could have killed me and others. Because James was able to get my alignment within reasonable specs, I purchased 4 tires. After installation, James realigned my wheels to perfect them. As a fellow professional, I was so impressed with James that I tipped him $40. He deserved more.

My sister went to them to replace her tire, then to come out and find out after their technician replaced the main tire. It was put back on the car but the spare tire was not on the car. I called the store. Over eight times trying to find a way to resolve the missing spare tire each time they tell me it s nothing that they can do but they were the last one to work on this vehicle. Please do not bring your car to this one. I do recommend going to a tires plus in Winterhaven. Just be worn if you go here you might miss a part on your car spare tires are not cheap as I told the rep from the store if a customer gives you their car, they give you their car and confidence knowing that everything is going to be back on the car like it was.Service: Tires

I called on a Friday afternoon after going to two other places and not being seen. I was heading out of town the next day on vacation so I was desperate to find out why my car was in limp mode. The guys were busy but said bring it on in. Before my ride could get there to pick me up, they already had the machine on it and told me what was wrong. My car had to go back to the dealership. And even though they couldn t fix my car for me they were super nice. A girl always expects for a shop to take advantage of them and tell them they need services they don t really need. But not here! They were honest and nice and really helped me understand what the issue was. I recommend Tires Plus on the N.side for your car needs. You can trust them!

Went in this morning my tire was loosing air, the tech didnt even check the tire. He said if it looses air then theres something in it. Sent me down the road. Immediately started loosing air. Pulled into pep boys. Nail in side wall. You lost out on the sale of a new tire.

I came in for 1 tire and oil change and light that needed to be replaced and he wanted to sell me everything else he wanted me to get 3 tires and alignment if not he can t service me and other things as well .. my father is a mechanic and I know he was just trying to take advantage of me I told them no went down the street and got exactly what I asked without an issue .. oil change and 1 wheel and my car is running great thanks to the people down the road.. I will NEVER come here again.. the man was also rude I didn t like his attitude he needs to learn how to communicate with people .. NEVER again they going try to sell you things you don t need ..

I'm big on acknowledgment when I walk into a location. Even if someone is in process of helping another customer a quick "Hello, I'll be with you in a moment " goes a LONG way with me. There was 1 gentleman in front of me so I stood in line for about 5/10 mins waiting on the guy at the counter to finish up or atleast say one word to me. He said NOTHING. Not even hello he never acknowledged me at all even when i turned around to leave. All I thought I needed was a tire cap and for them to check the tire pressure alert on my car. I ended up down the street at DISCOUNT TIRES and they were AWESOME!!!(6975 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33809)Although DJ was also helping someone when I walked in, he acknowledged me immediately and it wasn't long before he finished with the other customer, gave me the tire cap i needed, then had me drive up for a free tire inspection just to be sure everything was good with the tires. I ended up buying 4 new tires I got them for a great price and I'm happy. So I guess I'm leaving this review to tell the guy at the front desk thank you for ignoring me.

Walked in today (1/21/24) to get a nail in my tire looked at. I had to bang on the shop door to get someone s attention, someone mumbled just a second from the back. He came out with his head low looking at the ground, looking around, looked at his computer for a few minutes, then walked to the back. Ridiculous. Walked right out and went to tire kingdom. Work on your customer service

They lied about how long it would take to get tires on my husbands car. Told him an hour, he came back an hour later and they hadn t even started on it. They lie because they can get away with it and it s so rude to people who have lives and are trying to plan around something like this.

We had a shredded tire blow out on I-4 on Sept 30. AAA towed us to Tires Plus. They were packed but put a new tire on and got us back on the road within an hour. Very nice people too!Service: TiresService: Tires

The manager was terribly rude, condescending, and unwilling to help. He didn't strike me as someone who enjoys life, his job, or people. Very unbecoming for a business. Jay and Dustin were incredibly helpful and understanding of the frustration of being there for over 2 hours for a tire repair. They deserve a raise.When I called, I was advised to make an appointment. I did. For 4pm. I didn't leave until almost 6:30pm. Understaffed, the manager treated staff and customers poorly, and overall would not go back or recommend to anyone. Ever.

Had to reschedule an appointment due to having to wait hours after appointment time to be serviced. Now sitting in the lobby on my 2nd appointment over a half hour after appointment time and truck hasn t moved I m the only one inside and 2-3 guys standing at the counter and 1 eating lunch.

I had a bad experience with another shop and came here for a second opinion and a solution. Tires Plus was professional and went beyond my expectations.
