Hands down the best visit I ve had at any mechanics!Adam was very nice and helpful with what I needed help in considering I was a walk in. He made sure to understand what I needed done in detail and was great with information.Jamie was the mechanic that worked on my car and did amazing! He did everything within and hour, beyond quick and efficient. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so polite and accommodating. Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to fit me in and take care of my tire issue in a very timely manner. It was also nice to see a lot of other people in the store that seem to be returning customers which goes to show you that they work hard to take care of the customer. Chris, Ryan,and Adam kept me informed about everything that was going on with my car. I would highly recommend this facility!

These guys are amazing! They always go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and make sure I m safe on the road! After taking my car to FOUR DIFFERENT places and being told nothing was wrong with the tire, these guys identified the issue in less than 5 minutes and began working on a fix for me. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Thank you Adam and Chris for taking such excellent care of our Toyota Highlander! You were both very helpful and the entire staff was nothing short of pleasant and professional!We will continue to recommend you to all of our friends and family and anyone that needs new tires.This was the first time you did an oil change as well and you made everything so easy! I can t say enough how great the service is at Tire kingdom. Don went above and beyond to make sure we we re satisfied. It is hard to find a place any more that stands behind the work they do. Well we found one! I would recommend this Tire kingdom to all my family and friends.

Had a nail in my tire. We went to Tires Plus right down the block first, they didn t even acknowledge our presence when we walked in. We immediately left to go to Tire kingdom. We were greeted by Norm (?) and he said it ll be half hour and $26 bucks. We can hear the guys in the back they sound like they re having a great time. Super fun and down to earth crew. Will come here with my tire issues from now on.

I previously stopped in here one day because I couldn't get my battery terminal off to replace and they had the old one off and popped the new one on for me in minutes and sent me on my way (no charge). So when my power steering started to give me trouble, I came back because they made a great first impression! My squealing belts have all been replaced and they couldn't have been nicer here!I'll be back, I'm sure! Bonus points for being open on Sundays!

Absolute worst service I ve ever had a tire shop, which really sucks! I had great experiences at the beginning and even purchased long term alignments with them.I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle from them. Flash forward 9 months, I get a flat tire in my passenger rear tire. I went in, asked them to fix it. They said it would be about an hour, I said okay well I have to get to Tampa so I appreciate them getting to it quickly. An hour later they come to me to let me know I need new front brakes because they are at 50% wear and some other stuff. Again not the reason I m there, I decline all upsell services, I need to get to Tampa. He says okay it ll be another 45 minutes to get the small nail out and plug the tire. I m annoyed at this point because it s a small nail and no reason it should be taking 2 hours. They come back to me, say they can t patch it because it s too large of a hole?? I m so confused and now my drivers side rear has been taken off and I need a new tire there. I went in for a small nail on my passenger rear. I asked them to put on my spare and left. This is 2 hours later and again I have to leave and now they want to tell me I need a new tire?I don t know what they did but I took it to another tire shop, they made a whole so big on my drivers rear that it couldn t be patched. They broke the bead around the tire. When I took it back to Tire Kingdom after finding all this out, they said I don t know what you want us to do? You have to buy a new tire. So now having no choice since they have my wheel I buy a new tire. Well guess what, they never plugged the tire I went in there for! My passenger rear is now flat, I put some air in it, go back up there to have them patch that one. They did that fairly quickly like it should have been done in the first place. Now a week later the same tire is flat again! They don t know how to take a nail out of tire apparently and put in a plug. I paid extra for the road hazard and now can t even use it. More money lost!

Last minute 4:07pm on a Saturday realized my tire was completely flat. Fortunately I was able to inflate the tire to spec and drive to Tire Kingdom. Ryan & Norm (the service consultants) greeted me immediately and advised I would be taken care of with no problem, within the hour of closing. Chris the certified technician addressed my concern quickly and efficiently. I was not expecting this level of customer service, not having an appointment and within an hour before closing. I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service that was provided to me today!!!

Been sitting and waiting for over an hour to get a simple tire repair said only 3 cars ahead of us and it has been 6 cars or more. My step Mom had to go inside after 45 minutes of waiting because she was about to pass out from the heat the owner of the jeep (my Father) couldn't do it himself being older. It truly was bad ordeal. There also was 3 technicians standing around with 2 bays open for 10 minutes

Quick service. I was in and out in less than an hour. My only gripe is that I didn't get a window sticker for when I should come back for the next oil change. Great group of people, friendly and helpful.

Called earlier that day and they said they had been slow all day and to come in whenever (I now know why). I went in for a simple tire patch. Had one nail in my back left tire. Then about 10 minutes into my service, Izzy (I'm assuming the manager) said I needed to see something. Brings me out into the garage and shows me this huge gash in my tire. Never seen this before. Mind you I'd been filling this tire off and on until I could patch it. So I was familiar with it's condition. He said I must have "hit a curb". Which definitely did not happen. The damage was on the interior side of my tire. If you will notice in the photos it's a very fresh cut. It also drags into a portion of the tire that would only be possible if you removed the rim. Also there was zero damage to the interior rim, which this gash would have merited there would be. I was too afraid to drive on it so I was forced to buy a $200 tire. When I confronted Izzy he played dumb. All I can say is Izzy and Cody I don't know how you two sleep at night. But karma will catch up to both of you and you'll have no one but yourselves to blame. I can only imagine all the other people you have done this similar thing to. I will be reaching out to corporate about both of you. Although it probably won't do much. But please if you like your hard earned money and don't like to have it stolen from you avoid this location at all costs. I've included the photos of the damage and one photo of my tire with the rim on just to show that the damage would be impossible to occur without the rims removal or damage to the rim.

Customer service was excellent,I needed struts,tires,and an alignment done on my car. They have my car driving better than ever. Definitely a great and trustworthy shop. Was in and out in a few hours so they're quick too. Thanks

The Team was excellent. They found the issue that I could not seem to pinpoint. The tech even took a ride with me to figure it out. It ended up being the axle. The price was fair. Will take my Jeep back for sure.

I has an appointment first thing this morning for an oil change and tire rotation/ balance. I mentioned that my car shakes when it idles and was told they would check it out for me. An hour later, one of the mechanics took me out to my car, had me sit in the car, showed me there were no codes when tested, and patiently explained everything he checked out. I truly appreciate the care and service I received and not being sold unnecessary parts and services.

Adam was great! Took my vehicle in for an alignment as well as a patch due to a nail in a tire. Both were done in less time than quoted, and he kept me updated throughout the process. A place you can trust!

This place is awesome. I walked in around noon to get my tires rotated and it was less than 10 mins. I registered and my tires were rotated right away! Easy breezy in and out :) I will be coming back.

Norm was great! I had been somewhere else, and their prices were outrageous plus they tried to get me to buy things i didn't need. Norm got me some good deals and saved me alot of money. Will come back here again when the other things need to be replaced for real! Also 2 other guys were pretty good, I was not feeling all that well because of my diabetes and they went out of their way to offer me things so I wouldn't pass out.They went above and beyond.

Bought new tires from here awhile ago and the service was fast and much appreciated. Then had a blowout and needed a new tire. They had to order the same tire I had but had me in and out once the tire came in. Very good place to do business with.

Had picked up a nail on way to Lakeland from NC. Plug didn't take completely so dropped it off and they said 1 hour with no appointment and got it done in 30 minutes! Outstanding!!
