Took my vehicle for a timing belt/water pump replacement and oil change/tire rotation. $1800 later, I picked up my vehicle and noticed the tires had not been rotated. My rear passenger tire had 5 lbs. lower pressure triggering the TPMS. The tire had not been moved. The dashboard was not reset. So i checked the oil filter. It is the old dirty filter. It had not been replaced either. It makes me deeply concerned that the other repairs have not been completed and my car is unsafe to drive.

This place is a joke I bring my company car in for a oil change at 8am 10 am I'm still here no coffee no TVI ask the guy at the counter bout the coffee an his reply was I never made coffee an he's been the one here for the last of times wen he finally made the coffee there were no cups to drink out ofwon't be back

Not the same since the manager Tony left. They did a poor job. One small request was check tire pressures but all 4 tires had vastly different pressures when I picked it up. My other issue was also not taken care of. Although I've been going there for years, and also took my parents cars there as well, we won't be back.

I called Brandon needing a new valve stem because mine was cracked and he was a nice gentleman he told me to just bring it in they would take care of me at no charge. They were very kind and helpful in keeping my car on the road so I can make it to work for the week. They are always respectful and try their hardest to get you back on the road as fast and safe as possible. The facility is always clean and cool. Thank you for helping me keep my wheels turning and I would definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for a good safe place to have their tire work done. Your guys are Awesome! My family appreciates you!

My car was in for an oil change and break job.The service was performed as expected, but when I got the car back, there were grease smears on the door exterior, on the steering wheel, on the dashboard, and on the windshield mounted dash-cam.Why would anyone there mess with my dash-cam?When I called and spoke to the manager (at least I think it was the manager), instead of expressing concern over the incident, I was told that there was no way that the technician would do that, and that they used steering wheel covers to prevent getting grease on the steering wheels.He basically called me a liar.He did offer to have the grease cleaned up, if would bring the car back in, but at that point, it was already cleaned up.I wasn't looking for anything other than to have the manager talk to the technicians about appropriate professional behavior in the customers' cars.If they're messing with the dash-cam, then are they also rummaging through the glovebox?You get the idea.Whether or not he actually spoke to the tech, he should express concern to the customer, and log the event in order to watch for a pattern that might indicate a misbehaving employee.Instead, what he said was effectively "I don't care."

SWINDLERS/AMATEURS -- STAY AWAYNo idea how these morons have 4+ stars. Must be fake reviews.I wish there was a place for negative ratings. I took my truck here for a check up and there were some minor things I decided to let them repair. BUT when these swindlers gave me a quote of $1000+ to replace 4 shock absorbers, I decided to do some research and needless to say everyone I asked frowned when I told them that. From the guys at Autozone to the guys at work to the actual mechanics that I had replace them....seems Tire Choice is a running joke. A known handicap in the industry.But that's not all: When getting my shocks replaced today, I found out that these amateurs at Tire Choice over torqued ALL the lugs on ALL four wheels to the point that they couldn't be removed without some specific (read extra time/money) tools. Hopefully, I don't get a flat tire before I can afford to get the lugs cut off.

Excellent service and care! Ricardo, the store manager, very helpful in finding a deal and working around the budget. Jose, a mechanic, efficient in showcasing tires and explaining the benefits.

My experience at this shop was about as bad as it could ve been. I came in needing only my brake pads replaced. And as normal the mechanic mentioned a few other things that could use replacement/work. I asked if they could print out those estimates. And the African American gentleman in the front started to review them with me. He gives me a quote for the pads and rotors for $600+ and then takes $90 off like he s doing me a favor. When I told him I only needed the brake pads and that it was an emergency. He told me that wouldn t be possible that they have to be changed at the same time. It s because of interactions like these that people hate going to a mechanic. This classic bait and switch technique and the fact he was trying to convince me both rotors and pads had to be replaced when I ve had brake pads replaced without the rotors several times. The African American gentleman mentioned it was about safety but he effectively made me drive off the lot with no brake pads instead after having wasted over an hour of my time. Like that was somehow a safer option. I went across the street to Pep Boys and they did the very same job Tire Choice refused, proving this was nothing more than a money grab. Save yourself the headache and waste of time and go somewhere else. Wouldn t recommend this place to my enemies.

I bought 4 new tires for my daughter last year. I had a low tire on my car stopped in they found 2 nails and fixed it for $0. My favorite tire store.

Would give zero stars, if possible.Booked an appointment online. Showed up early. Needed car's brakes looked at that morning and scheduled my day around getting it done. Refused service because I had an Audi and no one was qualified to look at it. Maybe gather that info in your online appointment scheduler or at least follow up with a phone call if you need more detail. No other person was in the shop so there certainly must be time to do better. A total waste of my time. I do not live near the shop. "Sorry about your luck" type of deal. I might have to eat this one, but I'm going to let the world know (or at least whoever reads this).

John and his team were AMAZING. Though my tire was irreparable, they were able to get my size in within the day and get me out the door in a relatively short period of time. Unlike a lot of tire shops I ve been to, John and his crew had integrity and treated me (as a woman) with respect. I ll recommend them to ALL my friends and family in Lakeland.

1st time customer! We found our shop for our auto services. Treated us like family, took the time to listen and understand what we needed. Prices, service, and being just good people. I had my services done today and my husband is having his tomorrow. If your looking for an auto shop that will treat you fairly then go see John and the team at TIRE CHOICE AUTO!!

After looking for service for on of our vehicles, and getting tired of run arounds and stuff we didnt want or needed by other 'tire' places, I took a shot at a place I'd heard of... Tire Choice on 98N in Lakeland. Not only did they have the tires for my Nissan Xterra i wanted in my price range, they had them in stock! They got me in the next morning, did a full inspection while it was up on lift, i also got an oil change service at a fair price and my fluids all topped of as well. John Carter, the store manager, will take care of you like family and he and his service staff will care for your vehicles as if they were their own. Found our auto service center... the way they use to be. Thank you John!

I highly recommend anyone needing great customer service and quality car maintenance to Tire Choice. Mr. John Carter and his team were able to get my car in to service it at the last minute. Not only were they quick, but they also took out the time to walk me over to the maintenance area and take a look at the parts on my car needing repairs. It's very rare to find this level of great customer service in today's society. I'll definitely be coming back to them in the near future for car maintenance!

Always come here for all tire services and they always take care of me. Recently came in near closing time just looking to set an appointment for the next morning, they serviced me on the spot. So grateful and I won t be going anywhere else!

Fantastic customer service!! It doesn t get any better than John and his amazing team. They really went above and beyond to help my elderly father out in pinch. They were kind, compassionate and speedy with his tire repair so he could pick up my mom after her surgery. This was a very stressful situation for my father but the team took excellent care of him. I truly appreciate the top notch service and work.

Brandon was Short handed when I arrived. I called in advance to have two tires replaced. He called me when the tires came in. He performed wheel balance tire change and service in a timely matter considering he had other cars he was working on. I love the honesty this garage has and being upfront about cost on repairs. It's hard to find a good garage that you can rely on. Again kudos to Brandon for the great service I would recommend you anytime.

Customer service is rare now a days, and a tire shop is where I would least expected but John (store manager) and TJ (tech) provided me outstanding customer service. John provided me with an honest opinion and help me out with new tires. TJ had me out in less than 30 minutes. Quality work at a great price.Visit #2 8/4/23 - John once again with the same quality of customer service. In and out quickly for 2 new tires. This is my go to place now.

Thoroughly impressed! Excellent customer service from Brandon at the front desk. This was the fastest tire repair that I've ever had. Called ahead and was in & out in about 30 minutes.. Wow! Thanks guys, well done! God bless you! :)

Today I went to go and replace all 4 tires on our Toyota. We had ordered a set of budget friendly tires that weren t going to break the bank, but when I got there they were short one. The tech at the counter very easily could have upsold some more expensive tires, but instead discounted a higher quality tire to the price we agreed to. Excellent and quick service. I hate having to take my car to get service, but at Tire Choice, you re in good hands!

Service was fast and everyone was especially kind. I had an alignment done and it was reasonably priced and they did a fantastic job. I will be driving from Brandon to have other service done here because the drive is worth the incredible service!

Just had the greatest experience at this Tire Choice on 98 North in Lakeland. Tire repair on my BMW was very quick (took around 30 minutes) and the staff was very friendly. The waiting area was very clean. In addition to the TV, they had new magazines for men and women to look through while waiting. In my years in Lakeland, this is the first time a car repair shop touch my BMW and did not charge me an arm and a leg for it. I ll definitely be using this shop for all of my tire work in the future.

Tire choice is the best ,they fixed my tire in a record of time had me back on the road with in 10 min . If you ever need your tires fixed i highly recommend.

Friendly staff and great service! They were able to get me in and out for an oil change the day after Christmas when everyone else had a 2 hour wait (even the drive through places) I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!
