Let me tell you about this place. My family and I are new here and have had bad experiences when trying to get our "Bumblebee," aka Chevy Blazer, serviced. The first time we came here was because we got a nail in the tire. The second time we had the same problem. So this is the third time we ran over another nail. I know at this point I'm convinced someone looks for me before throwing nails. Anyways, James came out friendly as ever offered his opinion, and we ended up leaving the place purchasing 4 new tires for a good price, I might add. James was courteous,helpful, and patient and had good customer service. He even went out of his way to meet us at the shop after hours. The reason Tire Choice has our family business is because of James. We will see yall again soon. Give them a try because good customer service is so hard to find.

I drove a friend up there tonight to pick up her truck to get 4 tires replaced, an oil change and an alignment. The technician James not only stayed later than he was required too, he saved my friend money and was completely accommodating the entire time. I actually live off of Glendale and will seriously consider this place for my next tire replacement based strictly off of his professionalism

This place has saved me twice now when I was in a tight spot and in need of help. The first time was back in July 2023 when my back passenger-side brake started smoking.Being a young woman in early adulthood trying to navigate car trouble without easy access to my dad for help is stressful, to say the least. Having to navigate them in a somewhat crisis is even worse. I called and thankfully they had time to see me right away and told me to bring my car and they would take a look. Come to find out, rotors, calipers, brake pads, and lines were fried on both sides, and some parts were due to poor installation previously. I was worried at first because it seemed like a lot, but they not only explained how the bad installation caused the issue but showed me because they wanted to ensure I understood and wasn't in the dark about anything. Additionally, my car is a 2011, which I bought used in 2017. It's been to the shop various times for brake checks, small installations, etc. This was the first shop to EVER tell me that my car did NOT have an emergency brake installed.... I have been driving it for 7 years and no one ever told me that. They even showed me and explained where it should be but was not. I would've continued on without ever having known if they hadn't told me that, I was so grateful. They got my car all fixed up and sent me on my way.Flash forward to this past weekend, I discovered Sunday that somewhere on my way back from Tampa on Saturday, I ran over a nail and I came outside to a completely deflated tire. After multiple hours of AAA coordinating, I had AAA tow my car to the shop. My spare had dry rot and AAA was concerned about putting it on. I called and told Tire Choice my car was gonna be brought there to hopefully get it patched, they knew who I was and my car cause I was there previously. I got there, they took a look and patched it up within barely an hour and sent me on my way with no charge.All this to say, getting work done on my car is stressful without my dad here to help because it's NOT my thing. But they made everything in the process stress-free and I so appreciated their transparency in the service of my car, ensuring they explained it thoroughly so I was not left in the dark about anything. I'm so grateful to have found this shop to keep as my regular servicing center going forward and I highly recommend them to anyone!

James went above and beyond to help me with my truck. I made an appointment for an oil change, mentioned I was traveling far out, and without hesitation he made sure my truck would be ready and safe. I did have some problems with the truck- I know the extra tuning was worth it. My truck drives like a dream. Thank you, James. You stayed late and saved me a lot of trouble.

Friendly, helpful and honest! Speedy service today and to my surprise it was a simple fix.The manager James Magliore is cheerful and friendly which somehow made this auto repair a pleasure.Ernesto swiftly determined the problem of the nail in my tire causing the racket and James was happy to tell me of this easy solution. They didn t make much on my service today so let me make it up with this review.I will definitely recommend Tire Choice!Carol Kology

Stopped in today to have my brakes changed, new rotors put on, and my ABS sensor checked. I spoke with James a couple times getting this set up and he was very funny, charismatic, and a great personality. He made the experience a lot better than I anticipated. Will definitely be returning for new tires in the spring!

Very slow and overpriced and I felt scammed due to finding loose spare tire cable under the vehicle also had two new tires replaced on the front of the vehicle and the next morning the right front tire was flat, after airing up the tire and performing a leak check I found the valve core was not tightened and this caused it to go flat overnight and causing me to be late for work. I would not recommend using their services.

Thank you so much!!!! They were able to help out and get brakes and rotor changed in my GF's car today. The service was amazing she said and felt like it took no time at all to get everything fixed up. I'm so happy I was able to find this shop and get their help for her. if I could leave more than 5 stars I would. If you live in the area would highly recommend anyone and everyone to them!!

I found a screw in my tire when I was pumping gas, I went in and they were able to patch my tire quickly. Fast, friendly, and wonderful service.

Today I went to this place in the morning to change my brakes and other things, a girl who attended us was very kind, they performed the service super well. but in the afternoon I go with another car to have my A/C fixed. I've been waiting 20 minutes, and at that time another car arrives with the same problem as mine, they had already put my car to check, but behind my car They put the car of this man who had just arrived and began to repair it, I have been waiting 20 minutes and I arrived first, I call the girl and tell her, to which she calls this man who you see in the photo and the guy arrives and says what happens: and I tell him I arrived 1st and I see that they are fixing this man's car and the guy tells me: you just arrived and I say NO, I have been waiting for a while, like the guy in the photo he became aggressive and rude I asked him for my car keys to which he says, ok, don't come here anymore, that is, garbage of a person, did I spend almost 900 dollars in the morning to receive this type of treatment? If the business only ran with this ogre, they would be broke. So I advise you to look for another place, since here the prices are extremely expensive and the attention of this garbage is terrible...

Best and friendliest tire shop. I had a screw in my tire that I was told by another shop couldn t be fixed . I called and asked about having my tire fixed John gave me a time to come in. I got there at time given was treated with true professionalism and very friendly. I was in and out with my tire being fixed in about 15 minutes. I will definitely be going here for all my car needs.

I pulled out of Publix in my husband's car because my own vehicle was at the house with a bolt slammed into the flattened front tire. His tire pressure light comes on...a nail is stuck in his rear tire. My day was officially degrading to a very negative mental space complete with images of the imagined confrontation with the neighbor currently doing work on their fence. I see Tire Choice and crookedly park in a space. The guy at the counter pieces together my issue and tells me to hand him the keys. I worry about my melting ice cream in the trunk, but I didn't have to because these guys smacked a plug in that tire and had me rolling in no time. No charge! They will receive our business in the future. I feel like I need to take them donuts or something too. They deserve it.

I just had an AMAZING experience! There was a large screw in my tire and I was worried I would have to spend a couple hundred dollars to replace it being so close to the edge... John greeted me as I walked in and had his team starting working on it immediately. Within 25 minutes, my tire was patched and I was on my way! This is the second time I have gone to this location for issues with my tires and both experiences have been great. Definitely recommend!

This shop has always been quick and courteous. Nobody likes the prices it costs anywhere, but they have always been fair. And getting it done quickly accounts for any little difference in price. I have had to just drop in for the repair and was always taken in and repair done quickly...

Beware of these dishonest tire merchants, and consider yourself warned. I sent my wife here on 5/25 after she was stranded with a flat tire late in the day when I was out of town. AAA roadside assistance got her spare on, and warned her of a well-known scam to push new tires on unsuspecting customers rather than repair flats by the big tire stores. She had few options open until 7pm so she ended up at Tire Choice. Sure enough, like clockwork, they tell her it cannot be repaired. I tell her not to buy the $400+ tire they were offering since hers was a brand new Pirelli all-season tire with the visible puncture nail nowhere near the sidewall! We take it to the local tire store that we trust the next morning, and $26 later, the tire is professionally repaired and back on the vehicle. They inconvenienced my wife, and tried to take advantage of her. I urge anyone reading this to punish this dishonesty by not giving them your business. If you run con schemes on hard-working citizens as part of your aggressive sales, you don't deserve to stay in business. Shame on you, Tire Choice!!! See the tire you called "unrepairable" in the attached picture - shame!!

I left a good review after being asked to. I was super happy to get my car finally fixed. After about a couple of months my car started acting up again with the same problems. Needless to say my last stop here he wanted to charge me $1100 for replacement brake service and a coolant flush. He didn't even put the top back on my coolant reservoir which was dangerously low (again). Nor did they bolt my front fender back on. I will never do business with them again. If you need honest and reliable service, this isn't the place.

For the second time this shop has save my family so much time and stress. We discovered a roofing nail in tire last night at 6pm knowing the next day was going to be early and require transportation we ran to Tires Choice to see if there was any chance they were still open and could help.We pulled in and with smiles and determination to help they had us pull up to a bay and patched our tire within minutes to close (we all know thats a difficult hot day in Florida and they re ready for home). Not only did they help us when they could have said they didn t have time, BUT THEY DID IT FOR FREE!!!May God bless this company, the men that work there and their families. Thank you.

A lot of tire shops in the area are all rated horrible and this shop is rated exactly as it should be! I went in for a screw in my tire and it took all of 30 minutes for them to get it fixed. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, super friendly making conversation with me while I waited. I one hundred percent definitely recommend this shop!

My husband has been taking our cars to this Tires Choice for a few years for all of our oil changes and any other car issues we have had. On July 14th my husband dropped my car off due to the check engine light coming on again after just having a new alternator put in by them. Which they stated was the reason for the check engine light being on. My husband works at Munchel s Fine Jewelry which is a few buildings down from Tires Choice. He told them to let him know when the car was finished and he would come and get it. He did just that. He did not look the car over unfortunately before he left, which after these events I would highly recommend looking over your car when you take it to a car shop especially this one. When he left work he went to the gas station and noticed a dent on the back of the car and a spot of white paint. He took the car right back to Tires Choice right then and explained to them the damage was not there prior to him dropping it off that morning. The employee stated they did not have cameras and that he could see if the body shop down the road could try to buff out the paint but that was all he could do. My husband explained that he would like to speak to a manager and that the damage needed to be fixed since the car was in there possession when it happened. After getting the run around for about a week he was finally able to speak to a manager and he finally agreed to submit a claim. Meanwhile during that week my husband checked the cameras at his work just to make sure it was not hit at his store after he picked it up. There was no damage done to the car at his work. Someone from Tires Choice s insurance company reached out to my husband and came out and took pictures of the car. He then heard back from Tires Choice a few days later stating there was nothing they could do since they do not have cameras and that they did not think any of there employees did the damage to the car. Do not take your cars to Tires Choice or at least this one. Horrible costumer service especially after being a returning costumer. We will not be returning again.

We're always comfortable taking our cars to this shop for tires, brakes, routine maintenance and minor service. The techs have always done the work correctly and neatly. The estimates have always been correct and the prices fair. I hope the current staff remains for a long time.2022-12-24 Update: Still our preferred shop, still great service. They never try to oversell nor recommend service before it is needed. Today, as usual, they did a little extra without adding any extra to the cost. Also, I listen to how they treat other customers while they are waiting - always courteous and helpful.2024-03-09 Update: Continues to be the only place we take our vehicles. John Cummins has set the bar high for quality, service, and integrity, which is being maintained by James Magliore. We've been pleased with the work done by Mr. Wooten for several years and now we trust Mr. Castro as well.

Brought my truck in to have a slow leak fixed on my front tire. They got to work on it quickly and when I stepped up to pay I was told no charge. Customer service was great to go along with the job well done.

Update: 2024 Just went again for a tire repair and John the manager was so nice and helpful. I appreciate nice quick service!I needed fast service and Bruce the manager fit me in. He and the technician were very respectful and did what I asked without any upselling pressure.
