I don t like scare tactics to get me to spend more money on their full synthetic service.Paperwork shows my windshield was cleaned, it was not touched. States my tire pressures were checked, they too was not touched, maybe because I didn t get the full synthetic option??Service: Oil change

I went to Take 5 earlier this week for the first time and it was such a great experience. Jared took great care of me, oil change, changed my wipers, a new air filter and even set the setting on my car to let me know when I needed an oil change! Will definitely be going here from now on to get my oil changed. Highly recommend!

Best service I've ever had. They were awesome. They explained things to me, showed me good and bad. Provided me with water for the 5 minutes I was there. The entire crew made me feel really good going there. They are now my go to place for me and my family. South Florida Ave near Lake Miriam location

This Take 5 Oil Changing place has excellent customer service all the way around. They are very friendly and professional to. I set out to get my oil changed at 2 other places because their website said they opened at 7:00a only to find out they opened at 7:30a or 8:00a. So, if you are wanting your oil changed at 7:00a then go here. Another thing I m very adamant about is having my car serviced and have told various places do whatever you see that needs to be done, which has been recently. Take 5 ask if my cabin filter had been changed and I said no & didn t even have a clue what it was. It s the air filter for inside my car which is behind the glove box. I ve owned my car for almost 7 years and not one person ask me about it. It was filthy to say the least. With them caring for my car and going the extra mile to assist me I would ve giving 10 stars. Staying in my car as they serviced my vehicle was an added bonus plus you are right there seeing all that s being done. You have a chance to get to know your service techs which I think is ideal!! Thank you. I will be back!!

I have been doing my oil change at take 5, for the pass 3 years. Will never do my oil change, in any other place. Very time I visit , they receive me with a smile and very kind. It doesn t matter if I m there for an oil change, a tape off if needed or just air in my tires. They come out and ask what they can help you with, if there is a wait . They will offer you cold water, even if I have my kid in the car they get snacks and a juice pack. They always receive you with a smile, the friendliest place . Will not do my oil change , anywhere else . Thanks guys , you always make my day .

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with my visit today. Great experience. The staff is friendly and provided great service. In and out in no time, and an added plus of getting a coupon for my first visit today. Kudos to everyone at this location.

this take 5 on south florida is my favorite one to go to. the guys there are always so nice and take good care of my car. the only thing that made a little sad about this last visit is they took away their capri-suns and the little gummy snacks, i came in one time to get an oil change and my blood sugar dropped and i had no snacks on me but they give on of their drinks and a pack of gummies and i was able to get home safe. i think the guys deserve a little treat and y all should give them back their snacks, they work very hard. 10/10 service i will be back when i need a top off and hopefully they will have their goodies again.

My daughter was home from school and she needed a quick service before she left. I decided not to spend hours at the dealership so I took her car to take 5 . The guys were courteous and kind. They checked all the fluids, air filters and windshield wipers and made recommendations. I forgot, they even offered me a my daughter a bottle of water! When I m looking for customer service and efficiency I always go to Take 5 and they never disappoint me! Great job!

The wait was really long to pull into the bay even though there was only one car in front of me. As soon as I pulled in, they told me it would be a few more minutes. Both cars in the bays next to me received their oil changes and were out before I was even half way done.

Great service, did not try to sell me things I don't need. They did ask me if I wanted to change my air filter and I chose to because it was disgusting. They also gave me a bottle of water and they had a $25 off coupon on their website that I used. Will definitely come here again.

Let me start off by saying the guys at this location today were professional and courteous in trying to resolve this for us. That being said, this location on a previous visit forgot to attach our skid plate after the oil change and it along with the brackets holding it in place were destroyed. Now I have to replace these parts because someone didn t do their job.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! They could have taken advantage of me , as I came in asking for an oil change and all I needed was to be topped off. They were honest with me and even offered cold water.

Showed up for a complimentary top off pulled in and they told me they would need to charge me 10 dollars to complete the top off. Then they said they couldn t because it was over the mileage. On the sticker it says come in before the date OR mileage. I asked about the date and the employee asked his manager and the manager rudely goes it doesn t matter yelling from the back then he yells if you wanna do an oil change I ll take off $20 dollars. Mind you this is my half way point to an oil change. I questioned them about that and the worker was like yeah you still have about 3,000 miles before your next oil change. I told them I m leaving the manager never showed face and the employee seemed embarrassed because I caught them trying to take advantage. Poor customer service!

Awesome location. Awesome team. Even though there was a slight wait, the team there constantly checked up on everyone and provided constant updates. Service great. Prices great! This will be my location for my future oil changes.

The staff at Take 5 was absolutely wonderful! They were very personable and courteous. They were quick and easy!!! Told me to come back before 3 months or 3,000 miles and they d check and top off my oil for free. Offered to check tire pressure and said if air was needed, come back any time and they d check and fill my tires free of charge as well. S Florida and Fitzgerald Rd. Lakeland . Highly recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Detail Detail Detail...very detailed went above and beyond to fix the issue I received experienced at location in North Lakeland. Matt was awesome answered every question of concern I had. Offered recommendations to better my vehicle performance that they couldn't do policy wise. Even checked up to make sure everything was okay. Showed me parts that were not attended to or even checked at other location. Gave discount on service to compensate the other negligence Will be going back to South lakeland. Thank you!!

Pretty quick overall like they promis but too expensive. $150.oo for mobile 1 in my Tacoma and they don't use a Mobil 1 filter just some filter called ecogaurd. Walmart 60 bucks

It really is a smooth process. The people I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only place I go to get my oil changed.
