If I could rate this shop a 1000 I absolutely would. Best freakin customer service I ve ever experienced with an audio shop or customs shop. And the quality of work is ABSOLUTELY UNMATCHED. I drove 45 minutes just to have them do a custom box and install! I will not be using another shop for anything ever again 12/10. I can t say enough good stuff about them!

I saw a custom sub box for on TikTok and reached out to Swan City via email. They got back to right away. We discussed different options and pricing and they were able to send me the subwoofer box to New Jersey. The communication was great and it was an easy transaction. I'm very happy with the overall results. If you are looking for custom work for your ride you should really consider Swan City Customs

Trevor did a GREAT job on my 78 Trans Am. He does quality work and stands behind it. I d recommend him with no worries.

Really nice shop the ower is a super nice guy. They installed my under the car LEDs and did a fantastic job. I waited at the shop and watched Netflix the whole time was a good experience 100% recommended

Swan city customs I had The most horrible experience with these people in my life!!!! dealing with customizing and building a center consul and doing other work in my car they messed everything up and then some. and yes before dealing with them we shopped around they were cheaper place we did work with them before and everything was fine and then when it came down to this time we had the most horrible experience ever we thought that they were going to honor the warranty they did not. so beware these people are very unprofessional so before you choose them to work on anything in your vehicle do you research and Better yet just shop around somewhere else because their not it!!! Doing Faulty Work 100% to save yourself a headache go somewhere else please be aware they re not legit.

The owner and his sister were great. They were able to fit me in on short notice and installed an aftermarket radio I provided them. Turn around time was less than an hour and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Easy communication whether it be on the phone or via social media pages. Quick responses. Accurate estimates and QUALITY work! Had a pioneer radio and two power bass door speakers installed. Every thing sounds great! Will be returning here for future work on my vehicle

Swan city customs did an amazing job on my truck from start to finish...had my hornblaster train horn installed and was professional and very helpful from the beginning to end...being a business owner myself hat's off to these guys for hustling to get it done...very happy and will be using them in the near future as well.

Had a set of speakers installed in my truck. I will be going back for more custom work. 10/10 would recommend.
