Best group of professionals that I've worked with at any dealership - On my most recent visit, Michael was very attentive to my needs and was very thorough in his communication including options regarding some issues I was having with my '02 Impreza WRX. It's nice when Service Advisors and Techs review "options" and not just say this is what you need and "it is what it is." I drive an hour away when I have other Subaru dealerships closer to me simply for the quality and customer service. After a day of a lit up dashboard with most of the special features disabled and having replaced the gas cap (1st suggestion from other outback owners) JACOB SMITH came to our rescue @ 6pm as we were 700 miles from home and on the way back. He was able to take the computer readings from Autozone, inspect our old and new gas caps, suggest using old one, reset computer which indicated No other hazards! We were able to leave the next morning for home!
