Great experience by Coach Glass - RV Glass Solutions in Lakeland, FL. My insurance company wanted to send me a mobile unit to replace my windshield in our RV (2017 Winnebago Meridian) which I was skeptical about. Told them where I wanted to take it. Once the claim processed Richard promptly contacted me to schedule it when it was convenient with our travel schedule. They have a gated fenced area that you can park in overnight prior, and after, getting the windshield replaced with 50amp electric. Our windshield had been replaced prior to us owning it and I had questions about the lower molding. Richard and his team not only replaced the windshield, but improved the molding on the bottom. And the windshield comes with a warranty part of which is a lifetime warranty on air or water leakage! Thank you Richard!

On way to an RV rally our windshield was broken by a passing tow truck.Met Richard Rainey at his vendor booth at the rally and after speaking with him we knew he had the shop to replace our windshield. Once he got involved with our claim, and it was approved, Richard got us a quick appointment. We arrived a day earlier and we're provided 50amp service for our comfort.Everyone of his employees were professional and friendly. I highly recommend RV Glass Solutions for all your glass needs!

Windshield replacement on Newmar motorhome. Very happy with the whole experience at Lakeland Florida office. Richard and his fellow tech could not have been better. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They both had excellent communication skills and really knew what they are doing. They really cared about us and our coach and it showed. Best service experience we have had in years.We stayed on site for three nights in their gated lot with 50 amp service provided. Our windshield required one day for the "glue" to cure and then the following morning they could applied the "caulk" around the edge and that also required 24 hours to cure before we could hit the road.Very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend.Cheers

Incredible customer service here. Richard and Cory went above and beyond truly for our motorhome windshield. I honestly can't say enough great things here. We contacted them about a month ago to have our windshield reset in the gasket. They scheduled us on the day we needed as we were passing through. They have 50amp hookup and security gate with dog area. The guys did an amazing job on our windshield, it looks brand new again! Very highly recommended for any and all your RV glass needs.

Just picked up our Entegra from a windshield replacement. Everyone from Kim, Richard and the while crew could not have been nicer. Work is great, facility easy in and out. Pleasant experience from very pleasant people. I hope to never need them again but would not hesitate to call.

We not only had one front Windshield broken but two. Worked with Richard over the phone from Ct. He was so supportive giving us guidance and reassurance all the way. Our second Windshield got broken on our way from Ct. Call Richard again and he said he would get back with us as soon as he had information. With in two days his reassuring voice was telling us he and Corey was ready for our arrival on Nov.8th. We were so relieved. We were greeted upon arrival set up with electric and was made comfortable for our 8AM service to be done the next day. Right on time Richard and Corey took our RV in for service. We returned after lunch to two beautiful new front windshields. Could not be more happy. They again set us up to be comfortable for the night. The next morning we were on our way. What great service I would highly recommend RV GLASS Solutions to anyone in need. A big thanks to Richard and Corey very professional to work with. Thank You!

We are six hours from Lakeland, FL. We came in the day before our appointment to have the front windshield replaced. We stayed on site for two nights. Thanks for the 50 amp hookup. Our windshield is a one piece windshield with rubber seal. The windshield and insulation looks great. No air leak noise on the way home. After getting home we had two days of had rain and no water leaks were found. They are a first class glass company.

Richard and Corey did an excellent job on our windshield replacement. They were very helpful with the whole process. We were also asked to stay overnight so the repair had time to dry. We had a spot with 50amp hook up stay in, no charge added.

Great job by Richard, Corey, and Tober! They replaced our RV windshield with care and with as little inconvenience to us as possible. We are RV fulltimers and we were back in the coach each night - they even let us stay on the lot with 50 amp power. Good job guys!

Professional and Personable. I never will go anywhere else for my coach glass needs. We had a windshield installed at another facility (not part of this company)and the experience was horrid. I could fit my fat hand between coach and the glass.Richard and Corey came out to take a look and give an estimate on how to get me back on the road safely. They calmed me and reassured me that they would fix this and make it right. And they did. They prepared me an estimate and that is what i paid.ABSOLUTELY great experience. I felt like part of a family. Thank you guys !! Can't say it enough!!Want the professionals to take care of you and your coach this is the place!!!!

I drove over from the east coast of Florida to get my RV windshield replaced by RV Glass warehouse which saved me quite a bit of money. The gentleman did a great job and it went exactly as they informed plus they were very friendly and accommodating since I had my cat with me! Thanks guys

Our experience at RVGS was awesome.We highly recommend Richard ,Corey and their Facility to anyone who is in need of a Factory Install glass replacement. They ARE the people that install the glass when the Coach is in assembly. Worth traveling to as they also accommodate overnight stay with 50 amp ,dog area and lounge Restaurants are close by and off 2 major Interstates.

Thankful for RVglass Solutions. Diagnosed and replaced my new leaking windshield.Had our broken windshield replaced by a local STL company, leaked bad and they could not fix. Insurance sent us to RVglass in Lakeland FL. They were able to replace and tested. Thank you Richard for getting us in.

Exceptional customer service from the first call to end of appointment. We arrived a day early and our windshield was installed that afternoon. There is plenty of space to park overnight in the gated area, with 4 - 50amp plugs. Grassy area to walk dogs was convenient. Easy big rig access & a place to park our tow dolly while rv was being worked on. I can t recommend this place enough. Thanks Corey & Richard!!

Great experience with a windshield replacement. Richard and Corey know what they are doing. I had a very complicated windshield install on our 2007 American Heritage and they did it and you can't tell it from the day it was new. 1st class experience !Highly recommended !

We had a small chip on our 2023 Jayco Alante 29S windshield.Safelite tried to repair it and ended up putting a 18 crack in it, and with their disclaimer, they said they were not responsible. Progressive insurance directed us to RV Glass Solutions. Cory and his crew at RV Glass Solutions were wonderful. They did a great job replacing our cracked windshield. It looks great and everything was left very clean. I left our RV there overnight. They offered to hitch it up to the electric outlet and told us we could spend the night in our RV. We live close enough that we were able to go home. What can I say except I would highly recommend this company and I applaud their job well done. Our new windshield also came with a great warranty. So very happy.

We had the unfortunate "rock to windshield" experience. The hard part was finding a repair facility, but once we found RV Glass Solutions, they took over and made everything easy for us. Our experience at RVGS was simply awesome. We highly recommend Richard, Corey and their Facility to anyone who is in need of glass replacement. From the first phone contact, Richard handled every step, from helping me contact our insurance company for the correct information, to setting the appointment to match our travel schedule. We do hope we never have a window issue again, but if we do, we know exactly who to call. Thanks guys! Super service!

This business deserves a 10 star review and my highest commendation for quality workmanship, professionalism and kindness. Richard and Corey went above and beyond during our windshield replacement and subsequent stay at RV Glass Solutions by Coach Glass. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel like family, including Laney, our four legged family member! Our windshield was broken at the center bottom and has a non-gasket glue in windshield that had to cure for 48 hours before driving. It was very nice to be able to camp out in one of their four power only spots and security fenced lot until we were ready to go.We were heading to Florida from Virginia for the holidays so it worked out wonderfully to have the windshield replaced. That said, if we ever need to have glass replaced in our coach again for any reason, we will be making the trip to Lakeland to have the work done by Richard and Corey.They provided Absolutely Excellent workmanship - better than factory job!!

We recently replaced our Tiffin Open Road RV windshield. From the first contact Richard was incredibly helpful. We traveled from out of state for their service. They had 50 amp service to make our stay comfortable. The morning of our appointment Richard and Corey came out to meet us. They treated us like family! When they said they are pet friendly they weren t kidding. LOL They sent us on our way feeling like their service was hands down top notch. This is the place to go if you need a windshield for your RV!

Amazing ,professional, knowledgeable,pride in workmanship, could teach others about Customer Service. Friendly, explained and went out of their way. We hired RV Glass Solutions by Glass Coach because we initially were impressed by Richard when we talked to him at the Tampa RV Show. We are from Canada and our windshield in our diesel pusher broke. My husband is a Red Seal Mechanic, who works on Classic Cars at home in Canada. He was not impressed with anyone else we talked to. Richard and Corey came to our site at our campground and realized we had more of any issue than original thought and instead of going ahead, changing out the windshield and leaving us thinking all was okay until we are miles away, Richard told us we needed to come into the shop as they are attached to the warehouse and needed additional parts. We arrived the afternoon before our appointment the next day at 8am and plugged our rig into 50amp service and signed into their free internet provided in their gated area. Richard referred us to 3 restaurants, 2 of which we tried over our couple of days there and they were amazing. Johnson s BBQ and Fred s Market. If you go, do not eat before going and you will not need to eat later. We continued to run into issues which had nothing to do with RV Glass Solutions by Glass Coach. Richard constantly explained and showed us where they were and the how s and why s things were being done and explained why you NEVER drive right after a windshield is out in. How waiting overnight at their facility would guarantee a better windshield job. An amazing, professional job. Much more affordable than home. My only complaint? I swear I gained 5lbs at Fred s Market and Johnson s BBQ, where the Richard sent us and the service and food was great. Thank you Richard.

My old Fleetwood discovery had almost every window fogged up Richard and Cory from RV class worked with me to come up with agreed-upon schedule to bring the RV down to Lakeland to get the windows replaced. They did an excellent job. I can now see out of all my windows, which was critical for me, since I am going to the Poconos in October to see the fall colors. Richard, Cory you guys did a great job. I truly appreciate it and I recommend RV glass. The trip is well worth it.

Had a windshield installed on my 2005 American Coach 45' bus, Richard and i believe Corey did a professional job from start to finish. Explained everything along the way. Stayed the night with the free 50 amp plug in to let the adhesive set properly. Drove out with no more wind noise and even hit a bad downpour near Tampa, no leaks!! I researched this location and read a lot of reviews. Will recommend and use again.

We were in need of a windshield while traveling through Florida. Working with RV Glass Solutions made our repair as seamless as possible. We were scheduled for our repair quickly and therefore didn t experience much of an interruption in our travel plans. We were able to spend the night in their parking lot the night before and after our repair, complete with 50 AMP power. Richard and Corey had our windshield installed quickly. They are definitely experts. Definitely a 5 star experience.

We were told Richard Rainey was the best option for our Newmar New Aire windshield replacement. That was excellent advice & 100% correct. Richard & Corey had it totally together. They are top notch skilled professionals and we are extremely happy with the quality of the installation. From scheduling to completion of the work their communication with us was responsive and informative. We were parked in their gated lot on shore power through the whole process and couldn t have been more comfortable or confident in the outcome. And to top it all off, they are courteous and fun guys to be around. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If we could give them 10 stars we would.
