Had a dent on the inside rim that caused the tire to lose air.I thought I was gonna have to replace the whole rim. Would have costed me hundreds of dollars. Doctor Rim saved the day!! They saved my rim and a charged me a very decent price. And plus it was last minute and still had a line of other customers but was able to fit me in. Thank you Rim Doctor

Very professional. They came recommended from another rim shop in Lakeland. They took me as a walk in and were able to get my rim back the same day (for my particular situation). I would 100% recommend again and will make the hour drive again if I have a rim need in the future.

Can t brag about this business enough. Dropped car off at 10 and was ready by 2. All four rims had curb rash all the way around with minor chips. Check the photos for yourself. I ve included before and after for reference.

I texted the guys over at the rim doctor for an estimate. They replied within minutes and were able to schedule me in the next day during my lunch break. They fixed the curb rash on my rim and it s looks like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of rim repair.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a rim repaired, Marc saved the day with his quick quality service. I was able to avoid purchasing a new rim all together for a very fair price. I will be back again, if that day ever comes around.

Mark did a great job repairing my cracked wheel rim, and even came in on a Saturday specially for it. Very professional, reasonably priced and a great guy. Thoroughly recommend!

I am so glad I found Rim Doctor. They save me some money. My rim was bended bad. They were able to fix it without me buying a new one. They are very convenient and pricing is good. They are very nice people and excellent customer service. I recommend them 100%.

Does such a great job. I hit a pothole in my BMW and for a new rim I was looking at 800 plus and a 3 day wait for delivery. I came to Rim doctor and they fixed it at a fraction of the cost and it took less then 45 minutes . If you have any rim damage I would advise you to come straight to them.

My rim had fallen off while driving and got bent when the car came down on it. It was bent for a good while until I found these guys. I was partially recommended to this place and I was not disappointed. I made an appointment to make it easier and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The two gentleman working were nice and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely go back if I ever need it.Service: Tires

I came in with a bent rim that desperately needed repaired. Marc was the one who took car of me. He is so kind, understanding and helpful. (not many people left in the world like him!) The price was right! The tire shop recommended me to them! They really picked the best place for me to go! If I ever decide to curb check again I know where I ll be going. I contacted them by phone and spoke to Mark. I was looking to have some original steel wheels rechromed for our 1983 Jeep CJ7. Marked explained that the rechroming process is very expensive and offered a powder coating solution. Well I picked the wheels up yesterday and I am very happy with them. It took less than a week turnaround time.

Great service!!! My rims were bent and Marc was able to fix it for me. I m very grateful, it was very fast and cheaper than getting a new rims. And he is not racist at all.

Extremely good work, very professional and knowledgeable. I had a bent rim on the inside that was caused by a pothole. I was shown where the damage was and was even shown after it was fixed, I can say my ride is way more smoother now.

I must say I was very skeptical at first but John (the owner) came over and explained to me the process they do and the choices I have. He was very patient and clear on what I should expect. I decided to try the cosmetic fix and I'm glad I did. It came out beautiful like nothing ever happened. The whole thing took less then an hour and Sally from the front desk was very polite with me. I would highly recommend them if you have any rim issues. I attached a before and after.

I had a great & quick experience with Marc. He was able to get me a 7am appt the same week I called. I told him that the inside of my rim was bent & he advised it might take about an hour to repair (as an estimate of time), so that way I was prepared. He started working on my rim as soon as I pulled up (I was 10mins late) & was able to get me out in about 30mins, so I wasn t outrageously late to work. He allowed me to exam the rim myself after he did the work too & advised I get the tire balanced if there is any vibration, so I appreciated that. Overall it was a great experience & he saved my about $500 dollars, so I m grateful his business exist!

Had a little bit of curb rash on one of my rims. Rim Doctor responded to my text very quickly, and it was super easy to get an appointment booked. My rim looks brand new, and you would never know they were ever messed up. Would definitely recommend!

I called and spoke to John on the phone, he was super helpful and friendly. When I arrived, he changed my tire for me so I could get home on my spare while he fixed my rim. Great service and price!

As a college student away from home I can say Rim Doctor is great. Just got my second rim repaired here and both times I was treated exceptionally and they were able to get my rims fixed quickly. Excellent service

It was Mother s Day weekend and I was deep into my road trip from Las Vegas to Miami; and I was on my 4th overnight stop near Lakeland, Florida with a second slow air leakage from the same right rear wheel. Which was repaired a few days before in San Antonio (a hair line crack on the wheel). It was on a Friday night at my friends home, I filled the leaky wheel up to 40psi and found it at 15psi the next morning. So I searched and found this Dr Rim in Lakeland, 8 miles away. Called but no answer; so I drove there and found this gentleman who was about to leave his shop. Even though the shop was closed for the weekend, the Dr decided to save my day and trip because he knew that I will not go far with the rate of air loss I had experienced coupled with the previous repair in San Antonio. So he worked his magic with an electric saw to cut out the crack, a welder to restitched the cut with fine aluminum weavings, and a grinder to smooth everything out. I was on my way within an hour. Most importantly, there were no price gouging here, even though it was off business hours, and there were no other rim repair services open on the weekend. The Dr was very fair even though he went out of his way and readjusted his weekend plan with his family for this unscheduled repair. I am truly thankful.By the way, drove all the way back to Las Vegas without any air loss in the repaired wheel. THANK YOU DR RIM of Lakeland, FL!

Rim Doctor is the place to go if you have a problem with your wheels. I had a split in my rim and was losing air from one of my tires. Marc fixed it and had me on my way in about an hour. Now I won't be stranded with a flat tire. It's not a fancy place but the work is done right.

Called Marc on a Monday and told me to bring the rims in the next day. Was there at 635am and so was he. Had a pleasant talk with him and told me he'd have my rims repaired by the following Monday. Wednesday, the day after dropping off my rims I get a text from him telling me the rims were done (KG1 FORGED). He did a great job on the 3 rims I brought him and couldn't tell where the curb rash had been. That wasn't even the best part...I was going to pay cash but only had a credit card, Marc let me load my rims on my truck and run to publix to get his cash. He'd met me 24 hours earlier, didn't know me from jump street and trusted me enough to leave and come back. Stand up guy in my eyes and did a great job on the rims. I hope I never have to get my rims fixed again, but if I do...I know a guy.

Pleasant experience with the owner. He came in on his day off to fix my rim so I could have back in time for Monday and was easy to work with. I didn t feel haggled and I loved his transparency. If I ever have issues with a rim again I ll definitely use him again.

These guys are the real deal. They stripped my wheels down to bare metal and got them powdercoated. Theyre flawless, and their turnaround time is great. Great to have someone like this in town.
