I have all good things to say about Regal Kia. I had an AC issue and another Kia location told me twice my AC was fine and it wasn'tMy warranty was almost up. Justin did an excellent job of getting me seen before my warranty ran out and fixing the issue in one day. I also got shuttled to work and backHe was professional and kind!I will definitely use them for future services! Hats off to Justin!!!

I will never ever recommend anyone to ur service. Took vehicle several times for oil change. First time they removed my debris plate off and never put back on. When asked they said they disposed of it. Second time they was supposed to give me an estimate on brake repair. When I got quote, I told them I couldn't afford it at that time. They put my brakes back on but didn't put clip back on it. It caused my brake pedal to go to floor. Wife bought new brakes and we had someone else put them on. That's how we found out that the clips was missing. We could have gotten in an accident if we hadn't got someone else do the brakes. Ur service people really need retraining before they actually cause someone get killed due to they r in a hurry and forget to put things back on properly. The person who did our brakes said that they were not bad, I could have gotten another 30 to 40k. Ur service department royally sucks. They r going to cause someone do die. Please retrain them.

Regal Kia has taken care of me well through the purchase of not one but two vehicles along with the sales professionals and the financing department s work to get me into each one I am overall extremely satisfied with my purchases. I am also very satisfied with the service department! Misty Osborne has always taken great care of me and my vehicles in getting them serviced in a timely manner!!

Always helpful and friendly when getting services done at Regal Kia Lakeland. I didn t like how it took 1 hour to find a nail in my tire but was glad the tire service only took around 30 minutes. I gave 5 stars since they didn t rush the service and it was free because of the warranty.Service: TiresService: Tires

UPDATE: After my review Jorge reached out to me and apologized. He said he would do whatever was needed to make things right. He did just that. Within 2 days of our phone call he had a crew out that went above and beyond and power washed my entire driveway. Thank you Jorge for outstanding customer service.ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW: Not impressed at all. Took my car here for its first oil change about 6 months ago. 2 days after the oil change I noticed a burning smell coming from the engine and had to have the car towed back to the dealership. Turns out the dipstick was never put back all the way and oil had leaked all over the engine and all over my driveway.While waiting for them to diagnose the issue they told me I would get a loaner car after a hour and a half of waiting for the loaner they tell me my car is fixed.. so I waited all that time and never got the loaner.The service manager told me that they had a company that would come out and clean my driveway in the coming days. After 4 phone calls went unanswered it was clear that they lied and had no intention of helping me.

Went in to get my driver window repaired tech told me that there was $169 diagnostic fee which would go towards the repair, I agreed not ever thinking that they would charge $1100 to make the repair so I went ahead and got my oil changed and paid for my good screwing for the diagnosis .ordered my own parts and repaired it myself for 1.5 hrs and $170 later. Regal KIA lost a loyal customer that was on their way back to purchase another new KIA and by the way Jeff S. was hands down the best service manager that has ever worked at Regal KIA service.

UPDATED: While the service manager did leave a response, he did not answer when I called the dealership, nor was there an option to leave a message. The dealership has my contact information and could have easily looked up my number and called me to correct the issue.I called the service department again, as it was obvious they were not going to call me, and set up a new appointment for the recall, this time everything went smoothly. I am giving another star to my review for the successful completion of this saga. Things would have been much different and the rating would have been higher if the original service writer had followed through and called me as promised, when the necessary materials were available to complete the recall service.I have been in twice for a recall, both times I had appointments. The first time, the tech decided it was a great time to go to lunch before checking my car to see if it actually needed the recall part, which takes a minimal amount of time. Two hours go by and I was told that my car did need the recall part and I would be called when it was in.Six weeks later, no phone call, so I called the dealership and what do you know, the part was in. Set up an appointment for two weeks out.Second appointment, I get checked in and about 45 minutes later, the service attendant advised me they don't have the oil required to do the recall and that they would be giving me a call when they did have what they needed.It has now been three weeks and no phone call.Terrible follow up by their service department. But I have gotten texted twice for a review and rating, so here you go. If I could give less then one star, I would.

When purchasing my car, a use car, there were a couple of things that was promised to have repaired on the car, but I was given the run around and the repairs was never done. The price that I m paying for this vehicle the repairs should not never been a problem. So anybody that buys from the use car lot, they are a group of piers. Was the sale is made good luck with any repairs.

Shawn Carter could not have been a better fit for me to purchase my stunning new vehicle. I arrived when the doors opened and Shawn's face was the first we saw. His warm greeting and calm demeanor made my fianc� and I feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. We sat down at his desk and I told him the vehicle I had my eye on. No more than half an hour later we were getting the ball rolling on me driving out of there in a new vehicle. We were next met by one of the managers, a lively gentleman who made us laugh and feel taken care of every step of the way. Our final interaction, the finance manger, got all of my paperwork taken care of and had us on our way. Everyone that works at Regal Kia had very good, calm energy around them, and all the customers felt totally at ease. Not to mention, the music in the showroom was AWESOME! It didn't feel like a car dealership, and I can't wait to buy my next Kia here. 10/10 stars for Mr. Carter!!

Had a great service appointment today. Brooke was very welcoming and communicated everything to me. This place saved me $195 as another dealer was trying to rip me off I guess, very happy with my Kia and happy with my service at Regal Kia.

Got a great deal on a lease and love my car. But, so many problems that I m still waiting on resolutions for 3 weeks later. The salesman was new and not knowledgeable which resulted in lack of information and was misleading. The salesman I asked to make the sale with was out sick that day but the dealership didn t bother calling me to advise before I made the 45 minute drive when I had an appointment. And with all the issues and runaround, I was told Greg the manager would be calling me. Still waiting Update: After calling everyone, I finally reached someone 5 weeks after buying the car and being assured everything would be addressed ASAP. They redirected me back to the sales manager who claimed he never received a callback note from his employees, my repeated phone calls, and my lengthy email outlining all of the problems. The manager FINALLY took care of all of the issues. Only waiting on a back ordered accessory that came with the car but was not with it.Would not recommend this dealership after my horrendous experience, despite resolutions only after being persistent. Communication contributes to be sparse on the back ordered trunk mat that I ve had to follow up on and still don t have a timeline for.

I wasn't satisfied with the service. Nothing got solved I'm still having the hot smell coming through the vents and it shouldn't be. I need my vehicle to be safe to drive and take my disabled husband around. I don't have another vehicle to fall back on. I had to cancel an appointment that my husband had that day after I sat there past 2 hours. They had the vehicle all that time and wouldn't even vacuum it out. You would think they would have. I'm just upset that nothing got solved after I was there from 12:30-5:00. I feel that I just got the run around

They are by far the better of 2 Kia dealer's service departments that I have dealt with. However, they do not act as your time is valuable beyond your car. Had the car in for 1 issue 3 times over the course of the last month. Problem fixed to my satisfaction. Got a call the day after they had the car 2 days to fix the problem. The part for my recall came in and the car to go back. I have no idea why they didn't inspect the car on the previous 2 attempts to get it fixed even though I informed them both times then. Now a 4th trip is necessary to get this accomplished. Work with your customers please.

First and Foremost I very seldom post a review Positive or Negative. However, the level of service I received from Kelsey Johnson my advisor needs to be publicly praise and rewarded by Regal Kia. She was truly amazing in her communication from follow ups, status updates and anything. Her level of professionalism, empathy and something as simple as the tone of her voice to put my mind at ease with a very difficult situation from a competitor. I truly felt like her service exceed a Mercedes Benz and BMW level of Customer Service. As an executive for a healthcare company. We strive to instill her level of customer service and professionalism into all our employees. To the owners of Regal Automotive Group you are doing your company a huge disservice by not haven t Kelsey training the rest of staff or new employees on proper people soft skills and customer service. Not sure if anyone will read this review and whether Regal takes any initiative to her recognize her amazing customer service. Either way thank you so much Kelsey!

The sales staff was wonderfully helpful and encouraging. The only negative of our entire week was that the mechanics didn't keep tabs on my husband during his 3 hour wait for installation of mud flaps. He had no idea how long it would take!

I made an appointment to change the oil on my Kia Soul and was offered to have a recall fixed that same day. On the day of the appointment they did not have the part to answer for the recall and was told I need to come back within a week. It has been one month and I still have not been called for the recall. Fell through the cracks I guess. Why would they schedule an appointment for a recall if they do not have the part in stock? Makes no sense.

I am very irritated with this dealer. they took away my Dent protection when I bought the car. they did not rotate the tires during the first service. During the second service the guy told me i don't have a service agreement and of course I do because I just bought the car last June. I've called and asked the manager of the dealership to call me and I have not heard back from him or her. They also did not reset the service mileage. The invoice says they don't vacuum to save time. Screw that, vacuum my car. Service service service.

My guys at Lakeland Kia have been treating me right from day one. It may not work that way for everyone, but I Receive the treatment I give to others, but they need to do a little better with the car wash. Regal Kia has the best customer service in the auto dealership category that I have dealt with in my opinion. It was easy to make an appointment at a convenient time within the same week I called. Upon arrival, I was assigned an adviser who gave me their cell number to text while I waited if I needed anything or had questions. Misty did tell me the wait will be longer than usual due to extreme high volume of cars coming in that had unexpected needs. She offered me complimentary car service if I needed to go anywhere in the meantime. While waiting, I noticed advisers going through the waiting area updating people on their cars. There was complimentary coffee, cold water bottles, snacks and even fresh popcorn. They also had secured internet free of charge. They have vending machines and even a child's play area. The employees were all very nice, polite, courteous, and helpful. This time around, the wait was much longer than expected. I was told an hour and a half but it tool four hours. But the time went quickly because I was prepared and brought my tablet. This was unusually long wait but they did let me know ahead of time what was going on. It was worth it because not only did they do the recall on my vehicle, they did a full diagnostic, topped off air in my tires, and even threw in a car wash, all complimentary. Being around friendly and helpful customer service is what made the experience pleasant. They are consistent in this area and it is appreciated. I love Regal Kia! I would recommend updating their waiting area with better seating and table arrangements. It isn't bad but can use an update.

My assigned service representative provided poor customer service: she was unresponsive concerning my car part and did not send me an updated invoice to approve. Because of this, I was blindsided when she presented the final bill. I am so disappointed with Kia Regal!

Absolutely terrible. Was quoted a price for a ticking noise that was coming from the top of my engine, I was told I needed to replace my cylinder head so with that being said I told them put my engine back together I'll take care of it at home. Upon assessing the vehicle first thing I check is the spark plugs and long behold the spark plug was the issue all along. Previous spark plugs that was placed in the vehicle were the incorrect spark plugs. I would think this would be the first thing certified techs would check put I guess not. Thanks kia! I save 4,000

Shane was who helped me and my boyfriend and he did a great job !! He was very helpful!! Great customer service and nice person. Definitely recommend. Also a few minor things wrong with the car we got and he got me in the same week to get that taken care of !!

Oil change was completed, my main concern was on car noise and rattle and this was not taken in consideration and I have an extended warranty . They advised to change rotors and brakes instead? Lately I ve had really bad experiences reaching someone to speak to, calling to schedule appointments or even follow up. They never answer and continue transferring around. Now I will continue to hear the rattle and my warranty expires soon.

Absolutely first class service from Justin de Jesus in Sales and Pedro the Finance Manager, also from Greg the Sales Manager.I have previously been in Car Sales myself for over 15 years and I was treated in exactly the same way as I always tried to treat my customers.Literally the best service I have received in buying a car for myself. Completely wasted my time. I called in to have them look at an warranty issue, I was told to bring my car in to have them look at it. After getting there they tell me I have to file a claim with Kia first, after calling Kia they start the claim and tell me someone will come to me to inspect the issue. The service center did not even seem to care that they wasted my time.
