I enjoyed my visit to Regal GMC. We get peace of mind that our vehicles are well maintained and throughly investigated.The repairs are always well done and we get good discounts.Regal has been the stop for me for the last 7yrs.Keep up the good work.

Customer service Chrissy is excellent. The Regal/GMC facility quality of the work is non trustworthy. I m not happy. Every time I take my terrain truck in for something simple, after I leave something else is wrong. My air was blowing cold when I took my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and after I leave my air is not blowing cold any more. This is not the first time. Your Chevrolet facility quality mechanically sucks!! My truck has not being the same since they tried to fix it. I will be writing a letter to the top main GMC facility.Service: Oil change

I took my car in for regular service. Tires were rotated and everything that needed to be checked and taken care of in a very professional manner. Everyone was courteous and polite. Service was fast and the wait time was minimal. I would never take my car elsewhere to have anyone service my car. They are super people and do super work.

Customers were not helped in order of arrival, excuses given that did not make any sense for why 2 or 3 other vehicles that arrived after me were checked in before me. Appointment was at 10, dropped off over 30 minutes prior, 4 hours later at 2pm no call about status, I used the text chain and asked for status, no reply in 30 minutes, I called the number given and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for Austin, no answer. This is not the first time I have experienced this and when I speak with someone they promise to take care of my next oil change and to try them again. I am done with Regal oil changed and will not be back. I will also be leaving a Google review.Service: Oil change

Won't fix a recall item unless they get enough to order bulk. All they wanted to do is push a fluid changes costing 1000 dollars. I was there because of 2 recalls. Only got one fixed. Will never use this dealership again

Done with using Regal for service. I schd our 2021 Tahoe (55k miles) for an oil change online. When my wife showed up, they said there was no appt, but would promptly get her taken care of. My wife asked for an oil change. They had her sign a piece of paper (while juggling a toddler on her side). After an 1.5 hrs waiting, they came back with an estimate for $987. There was a screw in the tire, could easily be plugged, tire doesn t need to be replaced.The remaining $600 was for an oil change ($100), fuel injection cleaning ($180), rear differential flush ($190) and rotate tires ($60).They claimed to my wife that this is all GM recommended. Which is a flat out lie. None of this (fuel injection cleaning and rear differential flush) is recommended in the GM owners manual or on GMs website at 55k miles. When I spoke to the service advisor (Rob) he then claimed that the fuel injection services (biggest scam) was already completed.The best the manager could do was offer a $30 discount. For a service that s a complete scam. The advisors are clearly taking advantage of a female, a mother, occupied and distracted by a toddler. Had I not been 1200 miles away for a work event, I would made a visit and paid only for the oil change.This is the second time this has happen. We will not use Regal for any preventative service going forward. They will only touch our Tahoe if there s warranty work needing to be completed.People, pay attention. You don t need all these extra services. Grab a bottle of Lucas injector cleaner at the parts store for $10 and drop it in your tank. Save $160 on that injection cleaning . Find a reputable mechanic to handle your preventative maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation), save another $50+. Watch out for your wives and your elderly. Cause they are being targeted for scam services. You should not be spending $1000-1250 a year for services.

No communications and refused to answer phone. Then they charged me for an oil change but when I got home notice that oil counter was still reading 20 percent. Oil change sticker was still the same sticker. They had my vehicle Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday to change my oil and look at a simple brake assist error.

Tried to tell the service writer about air conditioning but we were charged for the service but nothing was found wrong so after two hours on the road the air conditioner did the same thing under load no cold air at idle cold air. Still not working.I fixed it. I had a conversation with the service Manager,and all is well.

After two trips to Regal GMC, my car still isn t repaired. I called to make a third appointment, spoke with my advisor Chrissy, she would go check with someone to see what to do next , she never returned my call. Done with Regal. Continual resetting the computer doesn t fix the problem.

Not happy with the service department. The ball was dropped big time when my service representative went on vacation. I had to call in everytime to follow up on my vehicle and the only time I got any information was when I would call back after several hours have passed and no phone calls. Even then they still didn't know exactly what was going on with my truck. So after a few days go by, I decide to pay a visit and just take my truck home. I didn't care of I had to tow it out and bring it to another dealer. After waiting for an hour, my truck was magically ready to go. I'm very upset and I'm sure this servey will just be deleted and nothing further will happen just like the service I recieved. My truck has been there three times for a check engine light. If it happens again, I assure you I will go out of my way too never take my vehicle there again. I also have new scratches on my tailgate and the side of the bed that was not there when I dropped the truck off. But there was no way in hell I would leave it there for them to "fix" it or make it right. I'll live with the damage.

First trip for diagnostics went well, when I came back for the repair completely different. Was there 20 min before anyone even acknowledged my existence. At least 5 times service writers to help people that arrived after I did and I had an appointment. It gets even better, they call after the work was complete that it wasn't covered by the warranty because the inept tech thought the control box for my side steps was a tuner, after reminding them fla law requires a written estimate when work will exceed the original quote by $300 which when you've been told it's warranty work and you get handed a bill for $600 for work you didn't authorize as self pay. Unless you have to go here use any other dealerService: General repairs & maintenance

Justice was amazing he was patient and knowledgeable. I really felt taken care of. I feel that the financer was diligent in finding me the best deal. This dealership had a very down to earth vibe and allowed me to take my time with my purchase.

Bought certified vehicle, after 4 days, power steering warning light came on. Took back to dealer. Took 4 weeks to repair. They tinted windows for free and let us use a loaner the entire time. I was very happy with the service Regal gave me. They took my car right on time. I met this young man name Levi. He was awesome. Very helpful and professional. I have a recall on my vehicle but wasn't able to get it done cause I had to go to work but I have an appointment this week to take care of issue. GMC Tampa was a horrible experience for us in the past. So I decided to try GMC - Lakeland. A night to day difference. Not only was Alondra in Service professional, she was very attentive. She let us know what the issue was, the price and all via text and was very responsive at all times. This was a smooth process and you can tell everyone was on point and friendly. GMC in Brandon put new tires on my suv and gave it back to me with a terrible vibration. Long story short I took it to Brandon GMC 4 times and they could not figure out the vibration and basically told me they couldn t fix it. Took my SUV to Regal and they said the balance was so off it wasn t even funny. Now my tires ride smooth thanks to Regal!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Vehicle was at dealership for 3 weeks due to part being backordered. Received no updates from anyone. I continuously had to call to find out what was going on. No updates on the part delivery, service, nothing. Not even contacted when the part arrived or when my vehicle was being serviced.
