Assisted my mother in trading in her old car for a new sub-compact SUV. I must say the service was excellent, from every standpoint. Our salesman Sheron was great and I am very happy with the price we received, not only on the new SUV, but on the vehicle trade and overall purchase.The dealership has followed up to ensure there are no issues, and called again today to schedule window tinting.Great experience all around, and if I wasn't a truck person, I could definitely see myself working again with this dealership in the future.

I just talked to a clown ! first person that claimed himself to be a manager -his name was Jordan- told me that they only charge 999$ dealer fee, which is ok. Than I sent my person to the dealership to check the car. The car was ok, so I called and the second time. This time I talked to another person. He said that his name is Jeff, and claimed that he is the Mr Manager. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He didn t even have a proper dealer knowledge. I also work in the car industry for so many years ! long story short, they wanted to charge 3500$ extra fees without tax and registration. Can you believe this people?!!! Be aware they will try to make another 3000$ or 4000$ from potential customers with financing!! Of course we called back hand. So people please beware from this dealership.

Save yourself the time and energy and do not purchase from Lakeland Regal. I purchased a 2022 Acura RDX last year cash for $70,000. I also purchased a protective coating and car wash package for $997. For an entire year I was in NY and wasn t able to take my vehicle for a wash. Today I called the 2615 Lakeland Hills location where I purchased and they informed me that their car wash machine was down. They then stated that I could go to the 925 US 98 location in Lakeland, so I did. I waited 1.5 hours for my vehicle and when they brought it around only the outside was cleaned. The vehicle was not vacuumed and when I asked about it, the advisor drove it back around. I then called the original location 2615 Lakeland Hills and the receptionist transferred me to the warranty department. The individual who answered spoke over me, did not listen to my concern and kept repeating the same thing over an over like an automated system. If you are in a customer service position you need to be patient, respectful and above all have good listening and communication skills, this individual possessed none of the above. Very arrogant, uneducated and ignorant in fact! This took place today and the call should be listened to because she needs to be retrained or fired. The call occurred around 2:45 pm and lasted until 3:00 pm which she claimed was her off time. Both locations were not on the same page as to what their package included, stay away from this dealership as they upsell you on packages and then don t provide services that they state they do. This individual in the warranty department spoke over me so much when I finally asked her a question she asked me to hold for someone in the billing department. Maybe if she wasn t so busy running her gums she would have saved her breath to actually answer my question. Never again will I go back to this dealership! Enjoy my $997 package because it s useless just like your establishment. Attached are pictures of their twice a month Detail and vacuum . For your information you should advertise twice a month exterior wash and vacuum because a detail entails (activity that keeps the vehicle in its best possible condition, especially cosmetic, as opposed to mechanical. This is achieved by removing both visible and invisible contaminants from the vehicle's interior, and polishing the exterior to its original blemish-free finish).

This place is full of liars. We drove 45 minutes to look at a used car, we show up the radio isn t working the car had multiple accidents that was not reported to Carfax. We Spoke to Victor and he did not help us at all or answer any questions on why none of the accidents or dents or broken radio was mentioned in the listing. He stated obviously this isn t the car for you I was like this is whole reason we drove here and if are lying about this car to get people here then your lying about all your cars This place is a scam!!! Stay away if you don t want to be ripped off!

Every time I try my luck with Regal Honda service center in Lakeland, and every time I'm shown why I should've just taken it to Winter Haven Honda. This is the second time in the past year I've had to take my car into the service department, and both times I've have to fight tooth and nail to get any sort of update or information on my car. I understand they are busy, but I hope they understand this is my only means of transportation for myself and my six month old baby. They sent a text message with a link to a whole list of services that apparently need to get done, with no phone call to explain why and what is happening. If I'm paying 800 dollars for something, I need an explanation! When I call, I get a busy line until it hangs up on me. I can't afford the data rates for their text to notify system, so I'm left with my car sitting there until someone calls me.I am only giving two stars, because the girls who answer the phones are gems who have tried to connect me to my service tech directly more than once. Shouts out to Haley!

Megan was 100% wonderful , nice and professional.!However, I asked to speak with someone about turning my car in" in the future" and what I needed to know or do when that time came. Issa B. Didn't really talk to me went out took pictures of the car with me put me in the car and drove it over to the used car dealership and went in and told them that I wanted to turn my car in today and they ACTUALLY TURNED MY CAR IN!... at that point I became a little bit or a lot upset and said that is exactly not what I said I needed to do. I needed to talk to someone about future turn in. So they had to go in and redo that so that my car was not turned in I am not happy with the people that you have walking around at Regal in Lakeland pushing their way around instead of giving the customer service that they want. They are very pushy and I will never deal with Honda again!!!! Thank you Megan for your wonderful service!!!Deborah L. Knowles

Not a bad dealer, but make sure to double check your paperwork.We have purchased 2 new Honda s here through the Costco program.The new facility is certainly a step up from the old.Water, juice and popcorn are provided free of charge for those waiting.

I must say, Regal Automotive is truly phenomenal and professional. I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.OT and it was the quickest car purchase I've ever experienced. Most of my deal was worked out through email and when I arrived at the dealership, the car was already pulled out. After test driving this beautiful ride, all that was left was to complete the paperwork; I was in and out in an hour. Shout out to Shane and everyone else at the dealership!

Terrible service and we were assured that our down payment and deposit was to be taken out the same week HOWEVER 3 months later our bank account gets hit for $500.00!3 MONTHS LATER!Then we had their so called warranties and there was a broken DRIVERS side sun visor that FALLS INTO LINE OF SIGHT!they said it would be over $200.00 to replace it!!!!!!!The visor is a $50.00 part!!!!!!!!We have a service warranty and told something that simple is not covered!Again $200.00 for a $50.00 part!We would have been happier somewhere else.DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH REGAL YOU WILL EVENTUALLY REGRET IT.

I am a finance manager at a dealership in Illinois. My mother lives in Florida and wanted a specific vehicle that I did not have on my lot. I found the vehicle for her at this dealership so she went to purchase the vehicle. I spoke to the finance manager when she did her paperwork and let him know that she wanted a 5 year extended warranty. I specifically told him she wants the extended warranty to last another 5 years and not start from the original in service date. The finance manager assured me that the warranty he will sell her will be 5 additional years from the time she purchases the vehicle. Now, she goes to use her warranty and it was only extended 1 year and not 5. For the price that she paid for her warranty I could have just sold her a warranty from my dealership. I told the finance manager that to begin with but he assured me he would take care of her and she would get the correct warranty. I am not one to leave reviews but the fact that they took advantage of my mother does not sit right with me. If this review is still up that means the dealership did not help out in any way knowing they took advantage of her.

We bought a 2021 Honda Accord at Regal. Clayton was very kind, helpful and found the best deal for us. His manager James is also a great helpful man. Sammy the finance manager explains everything in details and does not pressure you to buy anything. We bought a service warranty from him anyway. I highly recommend this dealer..

A nice easy experience. This is a 3rd Honda and there will be more but only from Michael Greenhow. By far he has made trading in a car and buying a new one a pleasant experience. We referred our friends and family and they were also very happy with their purchase and experience. Thanks Regal Honda.

Don't go here if you don't want to be judged, and have a ring a round. Our credit score wasn't perfect, they said if we had 1k down we could get the car we wanted (which was a cheap lil 6k van). We were also told if we had a cosigner with at least a 630-650 we could pick any car on the lot. We come with a 700+ cosigner and 1k down. Now all of a sudden we can only get one of the most expensive cars on the lot (an 18k suv) and are told we had no other option and now 1k down wouldn't change anything. I've never had a used car dealership, or any dealership in general, judge so harshly, go back on their word so much, and drag us along as much as this place. Do not recommend at all unless you're willing to be led astray, lied too, and taken advantage of.

the glowing 5 star review for two years ago is now being updated for service after the sale. so this review goes from 5 stars to one! for the past two years every time we have taken one of our two vehicles in for service that we paid around $5000.00 for extra coverage on each vehicle.I told the sales guys the coverage i want is the one that everything is covered " i want you to change my headlight and i don't want to pay for anything coverage " complete and total, in addition to the manufactures warranty. well nothing is covered. so the three guys below lied to us . and i'm not one to call someone a liar lightly. what we basically got for our $10,000.00 in extended coverage is about 4 years of oil changes and tire rotations that are suppose to be full synthetic because i have a receipt for $1047.00 to upgrade oil changes to full synthetic , but on my oil change receipt it just says oil so who knows . because dealing with regal you learn the hard way , to read the print and not take anyone's word for anything . because then they don't remember saying that. but i guess its always hard to remember what lies you told. So with all this coverage my wife takes her Yukon in for oil change and all other "covered" services due. no-one called us when it was done like they said, she tryed messaging Rob several times with no reply then she called three time no one would answered then call main number receptionist could not even get him on the phone but said would keep trying and we said no we are coming up now. she goes to pick it up and they want $490.00 because they flushed the transmission, changed the brake fluid. and once again these are not covered except by the lying sales people at the pre owned lot. It's all a bunch of bull and we were told today these guys don't work there anymore. but I'm sure the culture is there. This is why i don't usually leave reviews because they always make you look like a dam fool to have to come back and update on how you were stupid to trust a company !!! So don't be stupid like me Save your self!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . It's ok the believe in God , Jes�s and Santa but don't believe REGAL especially those commercials It's all about the money not the customer after the sale . Now this is about salesmen and there masters not the mechanics, all work has been 100% that has been done covered or not! I updated this post i don't want anyone else to step on that landmine and feel foolish and taken. Buyer Beware ! Truth. if you don't believe me check out the other reviews that talk about service plans at regal wish i had! and when you want to talk to someone in charge at the service desk at the moment of the problem they are never Available or not there . but they will show up to close the deal when your buying !! so if you want your vehicle you have to pay. then your just screwed because you'll never heard back from them or see that money again. feel like ole Sal should run for office when I see those commercials. you know politicians always talking about how great everything is but we all now the truth.OLD REVIEW NEXT _____I don't usually leave reviews for people for doing there job. but when people go above and beyond what they have to do i like to share those experiences with others who appreciate the rarity of of dealing with good people who appreciate your buisness . Micheal Hughes , Pedro Jenner , Micheal Bozwell over in certified used cars in N Lakeland are those people . bought a yukon for my wife and two days later I went back a bought a silverado for myself in large part for they way they treated us on the first vehicle . both vehicles where the best buying experience i have ever had. felt like i knew these guys all my life and was treated so. so if you hate the idea of having to deal with car salesmen don't . these guys might sell cars for a living but there mission is to give you a great experience . If its within there power they will meet your needs as they did for us and many other im sure. so don't take what you can get . go see these guys and get what you deserve !

Shyalamov was wonderful. Our driver that took us to lunch and picked us up was wonderful as well. This dealership is such a breath of fresh air compared to the one I purchased from. Wish I had knew about them sooner!

Tried to get my Buick Encore serviced under a "Special Coverage" warranty. There was a known problem with the valve cover causing an emissions issue. We were told they could not do it because something else was broken that was not part of the special coverage, even though the only way to fix that problem was to replace the valve cover!!! They basically found a loophole to not have to fix our car, and we ended up doing it ourselves because we couldn't be without a vehicle. We even got GM corporate involved, and the dealership was going to possibly offer "cost assistance" to help us out. Nope, they denied that too because "the customer has already performed most of the repair work" which was a bold faced LIE!!! At the time we took them our vehicle we had only replaced one other completely unrelated part. They will NEVER get another dime from me, and I will definitely not be buying any vehicles from them.

CHAD SUDDRETH sales rep were professional absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle in my price range. He are heaven sent. If you need a vehicle I would 10/10 recommend coming to REGAL AUTO and ask for him promise he will do you right! did an AMAZING job.I HIGHLY-recommend for everyone to come to REGAL AUTO and get a car. They were AWESOME. 5star for them Keep up the good work guys. You ve made another happy customer!

Asked for the code to get my Acura backup camera working again. Was told that I would have to remove the entire dash to find the code on the back of the radio!?!?! Guy didn't know he was lying to the wrong girl. I said, " Thanks." And walked out.Went nextdoor to the repair shop with Regal Acura. Dude came out and fixed it in 10 minutes. That guy is awesome! Salesman is a total liar!! I'm not telling you anything new. But the guy at the repair shop was amazing!! But this only asked to rate Regal so I had to go with one star for the salesman's lies.

Couldn't of asked for a better buying experience. First time buyer and thankfully came Here. Doug helped me right away. Made sure I was looking at cars in my price range and would work for my everyday needs. Treated me, My boyfriend, and my 3 year old son like Family.! Got my used 2017 camery and couldn't be happier. When I'm ready for another vechile will come back and see Doug for sure.!

We had our car washed and cleaned as part of our warranty package. We didn't have to make an appointment but we can make an appointment if needed. We didn't have to wait very long and we were on our way. The staff are friendly and helpful, greeting us quickly upon our arrival and when our car was ready. Water and coffee is readily available during our brief wait. Another good experience.

Regal Automotive is a top notch facility. First they have qualified service technicians who use quality parts and supplies. Customer service is friendly and you feel as though everyone cares for you. The facility has a comfortable waiting area that is super clean. We've been customers for many years.

After an accident 3 days before Christmas, I lost my beloved Scion. While 12 yrs old, it only had 26,345 miles on it! With the small amount the insurance gave me, I started car shopping on-line and found this vehicle at Regal by the stadium in Lakeland. After doing as much research as possible, it checked all my boxes. We went to the lot, looked at everything, asked all the right questions & test drove this red, 2004 Toyota Tacoma. After much negotiation, I paid cash & drove the truck home feeling pretty good. If I had done the review then, they would have gotten more stars, but I waited & 1.5 weeks later, the "Check Engine" light came on. I addressed this situation, the light went off & I thought I was done! Wrong, a week later the light was on again!! This time its much more in depth & I cannot afford the repairs. All my fears about a used car have been realized. I am an elderly woman on a fixed income and cannot afford this!! I am heartbroken, did not even get a month of driving this vehicle without problems!!!

If it's possible I would give them 0 stars. Was very clear on my budget and the first car they bring out was great and then the numbers were way above the budget. Then the second car looks like &$#@. I was humiliated. Then when I got up to leave, the manager Kyle catches me and tells me that he make the first car work. But, ONLY TODAY. CAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY THAT CAR WILL BE SOLD. Well, it wasn't. And I went to Lakeland Dodge, where I was treated like royalty. Got everything I wanted at a better price. Nothing but bait and switch. Talk to the manager and all they say is congratulations on your purchase (at the other dealership). Regal are crooks.

Took my wife's 2500 diesel for an air bag recall. The staff was friendly and informative about what was about to happen to her ride and about how long it would take. Lots of personnel scurrying about cleaning passing papers and answering phone calls. The waiting room was large with magazines to read as well as a television to watch. They were pretty much on the button about the time with them actually finishing slightly sooner than anticipated.

I was very interested in buying and showed up prepared. Everything was going fine until it was time to talk financing. I was given a breakdown of what my estimated monthly payments would be and the numbers seemed a little high so I asked what APR they could offer me. This seemed to be a problem. The sales guy leaves to talk to the finance guy several times and says he doesn t have access to that info and that the computer inputs all the data. I keep asking what APR they can offer and the sales guy wants me to sign a stack of paperwork that we can rip up later so that I can be told what rate will be. Close to an hour after this back and forth and waiting the finance guy comes in and gives me a range. It s high so I thank them very much for their time and say that I need to think about it because I d like to see what my credit union can offer. I get to my car and am just sitting down when a man that I hadn t seen before comes strutting over and physically blocks me from closing the door asking me what s the problem here. I told him that I d like to leave and he says well I guess you don t want the rate I was going to offer you with all the attitude of a surly teenager and slams my door. It was the most unprofessional experience that I ve had in my life and to say that I was made to feel uncomfortable for wanting to weigh my options is an understatement. This was more intimidation than sales tactic but maybe I m naive for expecting to be treated with respect at a car dealership.*Update: I d love to see the security footage of someone following me to my car and hear the audio to go along with it.

I had the most amazing car buying experience ever. We purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot a yesterday. Thank you to Jordan in the Used car department. He is kind, friendly, efficient, and I never felt pressured!! He was so helpful before AND after the sale. He is still working on a few things I requested. So awesome. Who does that?? We purchased a new car from Regal in 2015 and were very happy with the vehicle but the experience of the sale was so so. I have totally been won over and can't imagine going anywhere else for my vehicles! Ask for Jordan, you won't be disappointed!!
