These guys are wonderful! You can t find another shop like these guys they are all so understanding and dedicated willing to go above and beyond to help anyone regardless of the circumstances , they do everything they can to get what you need or want done if money is tight RENT-A-WHEEL, if your having a hard time financially but have to get tires or wheels.. RDNT-A-WHEEL PPL!! All I can say is these guys view every single vehicle as their own and do everything possible to improve or fix it they understand and put themselves in your position. My husband and I came to the shop b/c we had a tire/ rim emergency and repair or replacing our tire rim would have been at the least 900 cash on the spot! I was unable to drive safely on my tire what do you do in a situation where you don t have that kinda money to repair what is such an important necessity ?? RENT-A-WHEEL PEOPLE!! They got me together and safely back on the road and looking better than my vehicle did when I bought it! Thank you guys you re amazing!

We purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler that desperately needed new tires and rims. The guy up front helped us with tire and rim recommendations. The installation day was smooth. There was a stock plastic piece that rubbed on the front tires and the techs helped me remove the two parts. The shop work and the quality of the tires and rims exceed my expectations.The vehicle really has been transform with the tires and wheels. We definitely recommend RAW Wheels & Tires.

Roberto is awesome! Helped us out the best way he could with a problem we was having with our current set and assisted us with picking out a nice set for my car, and provided great customer service do so. Loving my new rims and tires. My car drives SO SMOOTH now. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for all the help!

I came in looking for a single rim replacement, as it was damaged beyond repair, which I had mentioned to the associate at the front since I first called in. He offered me a single rim for $300 which I agreed to. I had to come back a few days later to finalize the purchase and after having waited more than 2 hours, I saw the overweight associate named Roberto in the front who answered the phones instruct the mechanic to give me the shoddiest looking tire of the set of 4 they had and laugh about it, which he mentioned were gonna be tossed out anyways. When I asked him about it, he changed up his story and said the 3 left over would be sold to another shop. When I asked why he would give me the worst looking one if I was a paying customer as well, he got extremely rude and offensive calling me names and saying he didn t owe me anything. I said he worked in customer service and asked if this is the expectation his customers should have of being treated and he said he doesn t work in customer service and to shut up using expletives and even started threatening me with physical violence. After demanding my money back and stating the last 4 digits of my card number several times he said he couldn t find it and gave me a receipt that had a completely different last 4 digits. This is the worst treatment I ve had at any establishment in my life. I had my time wasted, was disrespected and he even threatened me with physical violence before I left. I was finally able to resolve my issue at a really nice and reasonably priced tire and wheel place nearby called Express Wheels n tires who helped me out for a similar price in a fraction of the time. Do yourselves a favor and don t waste your time at this terrible establishment. There are many hardworking private shops that are much more deserving of your money and time, especially in this economy. Roberto deserves to be fired and as far away from customers as possible, as I wouldn t expect anyone to speak to any stranger that way, much less a paying customer.

My first time dealing with rims/tires and my overall experience was phenomenal. I am extremely grateful for Harold and Roberto. This gentleman walked me through the process from start to finish. Wow! I had so many questions being that it was my first time and they were always so helpful. They had a lot of knowledge and you could tell they wanted to share it. The work done on the car came out as expected. The installation itself only took about 20 minutes. And staff is very sweet, all gentlemen inside and willing to help in anyway. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Thank you Harold & Roberto

Harold was just awesome. I was freaking out when I couldn't find my Nissan's lug nut key. After 2 tire shop fails, he luckily had one on deck. Took care of a slow leak in one tire and fixed an improper plug in another. He explained everything along the way and was super friendly. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful experience at RAW Wheels.Roberto and Harold took care of me in a timely matter and where very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this as a go to Wheel Shop.Great Job

Only leaving 2 stars because they text. Other than that they re a joke. False advertising and horrible customer service. Left on hold with no warning. Got tires at Walmart the same caliber for half the cost. $343 out the door. Somehow they seem to think a 17 tire is more expensive than a 20 ? Merry Christmas

Very nice guys. Need a new set of rims and tires mounted and balanced. Turned away by several other shops telling me they would scratch the rims but these guys didn't hesitate. Got them done without a nick or scratch and at a great price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing customer service and team of experts and professionals as this location! Got pre-approved online and came in was in an out in no time and treated great, worked with me and helped me find the style that was closest to what I was looking at online and ended up liking the ones I selected way better!

I typically don't write reviews, but my experience at Lakeland RNR compelled me to do so. I need new tires for my lifted Silverado so I called 4 shops around the area . 2 shops were rude and the third said they didn't mount tires on 22x12 wheels. Then I called RNR, from the time he picked up the phone Andre was pleasant and eager to help. After listening to my needs he recommended the Milestar Patagonia MT. Andre ordered the tires and called me back to schedule the install. The price was great and the install was on time as promised. I would highly recommend this shop for all of your tire and wheel needs.

Rob and Harold were very helpful finding me a tire. They were both very professional, friendly and quick with the service. They also made sure all my tires were good and topped off with air. Great customer service would definitely recommend.

I had a problem with the manager named Roberto. The district manager contacted me and we resolved the issue. I am going to do business with them because of the quick response and issue resolved. Sometimes people just need realignment.

Customer service was awesome the only thing I didn't like is a fact that I bought a new vehicle took it in with a temporary registration and they refused to accept it it's still a registration... I was unable to get my rims and tires because I had a temporary registration.. but I definitely will be back once I get it for sure.... Update they went a head and put rims on my car.

Extremely unprofessional and does not follow what they say they will do. They are manipulators looking for a quick finesse. They will text you and mis spell your name, disrespect you and harass you over payments that have nothing to do with you. These folks uses a fake contract and tell you the police will arrest you to try to scare people into paying them money money that they are not even owed anymore ! Watch out this place is a scam.

This is the one-stop pace for accessories and the likes. The men there are kind, generous, and helpful. I received what I needed and more in less than 5 minutes!
