They left my center cap with the screws loose when I got tire rotation and oil change and it fell. of the other side was loose with only one screw left hopefully my tire doesn t fall off I have a video of how they left the screw off of my other tire

Parking lot was a little confusing when I first pulled in. Once I got to the Quick Lane someone came right up to see if I had an appointment or needed to have a service done. I had an appt so he went to get Jay who was my service guy. Jay was very nice and got my information and I was all set. I didn't wait for the oil change. (past other dealership oil changes would say it would take like an hour and I was there 5) I was barely home 30 mins when Jay called to let me know my car was ready. The whole process went easily and smooth.

I went in with an issue that couldn't be fixed at local repair shops. I expected to not have my car back for a week and having to spend a lot of money for my repair. I was able to take their shuttle home. I received a phone call the very next day to get my car. Less than $300 for the repairs. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and everything was very clean. Thank you for this experience.

Website showed parts would be delivered in 5 days. Couple days passed before I even got a notice that they received the order. I called to make sure they had the part in stock and was greeted with a not so pleasant sales associate. He told me it just arrived to them that morning meaning they didn t have in stock. He said it would ship out that afternoon. Per USPS, they only made a label that afternoon and it wasn t picked up until two days later so we re already 4 days deep in this 5 day turnaround their website stated and they used USPS to boot. Once you order, their mailer states 2-5 days to ship and possibly 14 days on special orders. Ordered March 12th, today is March 30th and tracking shows probably two more days before I get it. Nice job Lakeland...

I ordered parts from Lakeland online. The parts were reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Also, they seems to carry parts that are otherwise discontinued or on a national backorder.The link in the email they sent to leave feedback is for the quick lane.

Bought the cluster lens for my 2015 Ford Edge from them. It was less expensive than buying it on eBay and it was the genuine article. New lens makes a huge difference in the appearance of gauge cluster. I would order parts again from them anytime. Thanks!

Great easy and affordable way to obtain ford oem parts. I do the online ordering of parts. They are definitely competitive with there prices and your getting quality oem motorcraft parts and not china made aftermarket parts that are never made to manufacturer spec.

I was in for s recall repair and oil change. Oil change a bit on the high side. Might do some shopping around or find a coupon. Waiting room was clean. Free donuts
