I was not thrilled with the service here. I used this place because the reviews were good (but they were older reviews). The woman in the office just makes things up and has no idea what is going on. They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message they take forever to get back to you. They must not check them very often. Anyway, I needed a windshield replacement after a rock on the highway cracked my windshield. They told me they would remove my stickers off my window and replace them when they put the new windshield on. Well I'm from out-of-state where we are required to have our vehicle inspection stickers on the passenger side bottom of the windshield. Instead they placed the sticker on the drivers side. When I asked the woman at the desk if they were going to come out and put the sticker on the correct side, she said no no one is here and I don't know when theyll be back. I then asked her to call and ask the technician if my vehicle was ready to go and if they would be back to fix my sticker ( the woman told me that the car wasn't ready because they had just finished and it shouldn't be driven yet). She finally called the technician who stated the vehicle was ready to go as he had finished it hours earlier (another example of the woman making things up when she had no idea when they had finished.) She then hung up and told me they weren't going to fix the sticker. She handed me 3 razor blades and basically told me to do it myself. It would have been fine except for the fact that they stuck the sticker way down on the window where it was blocked by the dashboard. No one would be able to get their fingers in there to carfully remove the sticker. I could only get my finger in far enough to catch a corner of the sticker. I then had to pull it up from the corner ripping parts of the inspection sticker off because they are made to shred when you peel them off. There was no way to gently lift it off with the ridiculous razor blades she gave me. Now the sticker is basically destroyed. Hopefully I won't get stopped by police in my state for not having an inspection sticker. As I was getting ready to leave, the woman in the office told me that some other company still had to come and re-configure my sensors on my vehicle as they probably would not work until they did that. I was confused by that. Why didn't they do that as part of the windshield replacement as they were the ones who disconnected the electronics in the windshield? She said the people who do that will call me and do that at my house. What? They should've had the people come there when they finished the windshield. Ridiculous. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE nor will I EVER use them again! Very Unprofessional. Now to see if this new windshield holds up.

This glass shop was so detail oriented that they removed attachment for my GPS that I had given up on removing myself they dismounted the attachment and placed in my center console. They were so neat, clean and efficient I was simply amazed I did not have to clean up after the windshield installation. Is there such a thing as perfect? Well they were as close to perfect as anyone can expect!

Honest people, great service! They installed our passenger window for our car and I must say, they stood up to their name as being a professional auto glass installer! Highly recommend!

Very professional service. Chuck Kinney and his staff are punctual, reliable with their estimate, and just very down to earth people - a pleasure to work with. A stone to the windshield and resulting 10" crack put a damper on my Sunday afternoon. Monday morning Chuck assessed my windshield situation, ordered a replacement, and by Wednesday afternoon had received and installed it on my older model Tacoma. I spent maybe an 90 minutes total for the assessment and later installation. He remained true to his estimate, no add-on or hidden charges. Just what he quoted. If I ever have future need for auto glass service, I know to whom I will entrust.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The team here was very efficient. They could have gotten me in the next day but I had to work. They offered to come to me at no extra charge if I was local ( I was not at that time). They were lower than other glass company's. I was in and out with in an hour when I got there. Clean work, very professional and polite.

These guys are great at what they do! Unfortunately I have used them more than once because I am accident prone Every time they are clean quick and efficient. I m not sure about the other reviewers but the lack of detail is telling. Our minivan had a cracked windshield because I was changing the windshield wipers and let the arm smack the glass. They came to our house within a few days and put in a new one with no problems. My truck got broken into in front of our house in a string of smash and grab burglaries. There was glass everywhere. The guys at professional auto glass replaced the window and put the door back together and got all the glass cleaned up. I would recommend them highly.

These guys here know there stuff they have been working on my cars since 2006 . The owner chuck is a great and friendly guy and not so bad basketball player lol no he's really a work horse on the court . If you have any glass problems come here there awesome.

Absolutely garbage. They gave me a price to replace 1 window for $220 plus tax then I called again (acting like I m a different customer) and they said $270 plus tax. At the end they charged me $292.50 plus tax without even coming to my door and fixing it... I had to take my car there. Never ever going again.

Very disappointed that my insurance company recommended you to be the company to install my windshield. I was given false information about the windshield being factory, that your company was trying to install. Thankfully my gut feeling of I am about to get screwed over kicked in. After calling another company in Lakeland I was able to get the exact windshield installed on my vehicle (from the factory) that your company lied about and said didn't come that way. Interesting, the one you wanted to install was much cheaper than the one that was needed. Shame on you for trying to screw hard working people over just to make an extra buck.

Excellent customer service. Made sure I got the correct windshield and didn't break anything. Got me in and out quickly. Very knowledgable and polite. I would highly recommend PROFESSIONAL AUTO GLASS.--------PSA--------**STAY AWAY FROM SAFELITE AUTO GLASS**In 2 different trips now, they got it me in late, broke my clip, broke my alarm LED's and the second piece of glass had abrasions on it. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Have confidence when you use Professional Auto Glass. They replaced the windshield on my older foreign car, which was a relatively complex job. They knew exactly what had to be done. All the molding and trim was reinstalled properly and without damage.I wouldn't hesitate to call Chuck again for any future glass replacement.

Stay away from from this company! HORRIBLE experience. Glass still leaks after install. Quick to take your $, but will ignore you/make excuses if you try to get fixed. Very rude also. Dont fall for these people. They are nothing but a joke.

Amazing response...called today because my back window was completely shattered by a rock off a truck. Chuck was quick to respond and worked with me to get my window replaced the same day .What started out as a horrible morning, turned into a good day .My weekend has been saved!

Worst company ever!!!! They do not stand behind their work. Car leaked after installing glass. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!They told me that they did not have time to fix.
