Have used Priced Right Transmission for 3 separate jobs. They do much more than just transmissions. Mike and Rose are truly awesome and honest people. On two of those jobs they were significantly lower priced than a competing bid. O3 nly fix what is needed not every part nearby to jack up the profit. Trust them to be fair and honest any time I walk through their door.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the repairs on her car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we were impressed how quickly they fixed her A/C. Rosa is a joy to speak with, she made our day. Rudy was a big help also. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Mike as he was out of town on family business. A friend recommended Priced Rite and I guarantee we will bring our cars here for any other repairs in the future

After taking my van in for a transmission check i was told it was fixed, i paid for a repair the following day the same problem occurred. I contacted big Mike and explained to him what had happened and the service. I brought the van back two days later. This time the problem was taken care of or so he said. A few weeks later my transmission went out completely i called and expressed how i felt about his service. After Big Mike cussed me out he offered to reimburse me the labor charge which to this day, 3 months later i still haven't received anything. Whenever i call his shop i was told the check is in the mail. Big Mike is liar!!! I even sent him a certified letter which he has refused to pick up from the postal service. I feel Big Mike and his shop are very dishonest and would never recommend him to anyone to ever touch a vehicle. After he worked on it twice i still had issues and had to take it to a different transmission shop which fixed it correctly. Do yourself a favor, DON'T USE BIG MIKE @ PRICED RITE!!!!!

Breath of fresh air to find a business that is honestly, price affordable and truly friendly. I have been to several auto repair shops comparing pricing. I did find another shop that was a little cheaper however I didn't feel welcomed and it's like I was bothering the person with my million questions but Mrs Rose and her husband Mr. Mike are so personable I did not feel rushed, Mr Mike explained the service that was NEEDED and it just felt good to pay for service with any regrets. I'm New to Lakeland and I've found my go to place for my car services. keep up the amazing job... PRT. I'm grateful and I didn't have to decide if I was going to get my car fixed or buy groceries

I am Honored to leave a Positive review, to this business. Honestly,when I first left my car with them, I was a bit apprehensive. Perhaps even a bit frightened. I Love my car and I am uncomfortable with anyone touching her. I feel like I was Blessed to happen upon Priced Rite transmission repair! Both Mike and Rose, helped to reassure me, that my car would be repaired and calmed my worries. Now my Crown Vic is Perfect Again! It took them 20 minutes to diagnose my problem, and my car was fixed and back on the road the next day. I will be bringing my car back for any issues I may have in the future.

I always enjoy reviews for the better or worst there still great people out there...I'm more than privileged to leave this review I grew up in Jersey/ and Lower east side Manhattan having family in both world was challenging but I'm here Met Mr Mike looked in my pick up didn't find the problem but he's truly an honest guy hands down I will see him again never charge as promise...Keep the honest hard work....Will definitely recommend.Thank you

Big Mike and his team got my transmission rebuilt for the exact price we agreed on and the exact turn around rate that he quoted it would be.He was straight to the point with out any kind of hassle what so ever.I highly recommend

It is difficult to give anyone 5 stars nowadays. They have to earn it. Mike , Rose and the team have definitely earned all 5 stars. They go above and beyond with their work, time, integrity, consideration, and quality. There is no better place to take your vehicle than Priced Rite. Keep up the great work!! I live an hour and a half from them and it s worth the trip to take my cars there.

They listened to me being a woman it is hard to get places to listen they think I don't know but I would recommend price right to any woman they listened, and they fixed my problem. They treated me like a person and took me seriously. Rose and Big Mike are great and very respectful of you want to be treated right and taken seriously go here.

We usually only trust Elite Automotive to touch any of our vehicles, but we had a transmission repair they wouldn t touch so they referred us to Big Mike. I was skeptical at first when we spoke & he explained how he wanted to run a diagnostic because we trust our mechanics implicitly. I read the reviews of this business beforehand, & let me tell anyone considering using this place for service that you are in good hands. Mike and Rose are some of the nicest people I ever met, and we will definitely be using them in the future for any specialized work. They offered to factor in the diagnostics price into the total repair, & store our truck till we were ready to move forward with repairs. It s not their fault the economy is sketchy right now & prices are high everywhere, & it s not fair people should expect them to provide special services for nothing to compensate for the economy. They are a family type business, so if they take longer than expected, try to put yourself in their shoes. I wouldn t sacrifice my family for a few bucks, & I can promise you from the quote given to us they aren t trying to get rich off anyone. More like trying to help the next person stay on the road & avoid dealership prices. Thank you for the honesty & patience regarding our repairs.Service: Transmission

Mike was honest and fair. He got my girlfriends Infiniti fixed in a day and it only cost her $470. My son destroyed his transmission and Mike found one with very low mileage AND rebuilt it. If you want quality work done on your car this is the place to go! Mike is one of the rare mechanics that not only does quality work at a very reasonable price but is very honest and stands behind his work.He is also a kind and compassionate man who goes above and beyond to do right by his customers. Words can t explain how happy I am with the services I received from priced rite transmission & general repair here located in Lakeland! My car was so jacked up and now my car is running perfectly like it s brand spanking new car and i definitely am very appreciative and impressed how fast the job got done. This is the place to go to for any repairs. You get 2 in 1 at that location super heart warming staff and perfected repairs so this business have brownie points from me and I ll be back in the future for any further repairs thank you again! My wife and I have had multiple things repairs done to our vehicles and Big Mike and Rose have been amazing. In today's world it is hard to trust car shops and mechanics but they have earned a great name and are very trustworthy. I trust them with everything I have. I'm just very Thankful that we found them. May God bless them and their Business richly.

Called Mike to try to set up an appointment to get my transmission replaced, set up an appointment with him for today. He was so short with me and said "Be here Tuesday". He did not even get my name and number for the appointment. Called him back to tell him this and ask a question since I was about to spend over $2800, he said "don't try to rush me, I can't be pushed" "I'll have your car ready when it's ready". Needless to say we only got to give him our name before he started saying all this. We decided not to take our business to this very non-professional guy. And the great company that referred us to him, we have called them and advised them not to refer him to people because it might come back on them if they were treated the way we were. Mike still doesn't know if or who was supposed to show up today, but I guess he really doesn't care. Having your transmission go out is scary enough, the last thing you need is a grouchy transmission guy trying to play God. This is the only negative review we have ever given. Now we are going with Myron from Lakeland Transmission. He is a gentleman, listens, answers, texts, and we are finally feeling like we are in good hands. Your choice.

Took my 2014 Mustang GT in for a clutch replacement. Mike was very knowledgeable and QUICK! We re talking just an afternoon and I picked the car up the next morning. Great price for the labor that was done. Clutch pedal is tight, hooks well, and he even fixed my droopy exhaust in the rear lol. Called and spoke to Mike about replacing solenoids on my Nissan Pathfinder, he explained everything that they were going to do and the price. I agreed on the price and the work was done. Excellent transmission shop. Mike is a stand up honest man. You can drop your vehicle off tell him to fix whatever it needs and not worry about being taken for. He has been building my transmissions for 10 years now with no issues.

Our company has had work done at this facility and they suck ! Our truck transmission has taken weeks and is still not working properly but yet they took our money and it's still not working properly we will be going to court...DO NOT ! Do business with these people!

Big Mike and Mrs. Rosie are a great small business husband and wife team. They are a good honest Christian family. He rebuilt my transmission and made it point to show me the broken parts of my transmission so I could see the actual work he did. I haven't had a problem with it since and that was over a year qgo.

I first meet Big Mike 5 years ago when i worked for a limousine company. One night my Hummer had a break down, he arrived on site to repair the vehicle while the clients were off partying.Given the difficulties in finding a Reliable, Reputable and Knowledgeable mechanic that didn't over charge or ruin my personal vehicle in the process i look back on that day i meet him as very fortunate for me.Over the years i have brought my 86 C20 Suburban in for vrious maintenance issues, brakes, steering suspension etc. Just recently the original 3 speed TH-400 transmission started to go out. I spoke with Big Mike about the transmission. He listened to me about the complaints and problems with my old transmission and offered a better solution to just rebuilding TH-400. So a custom upgrad to a 4 speed overdrive 700R4 with a shift kit was the plan; and let me tell you im glad i took his advice!Best part is he stayed within budget! Did not nickle and dime me with the little adjustments that had to be made to adjust the transmission to my driving style! And was diligent to make sure the job was seen though to Completion! To me he is nolonger Big Mike, but Dr. Mike!

Car wouldn't reverse, every other mechanic was quoting full transmission swaps. Priced Rite took a look and fixed the simple seal causing problems in only 2 days. Priced Rite is awesome! You can expect a great price, get up front costs unlike some shops, and an accurate time line for completion. They may be a family owned shop but I'd rather have honesty and integrity when it comes to who works on our vehicles. Highly recommend them.

Mike was great at first. He lied to me though he said the truck would be done Thursday.......then Friday...... still no truck. I am confident any future customer's will get the same poor service. BEWARE!!!!!
