Cole was very helpful, transparent and kind. He, Geico and Enterprise made the entire process very easy and efficient. The damaged area on my vehicle looked brand new when i picked it up. Absolutely would take my vehicles here again, 10/10.

New Age Auto was a complete disappointment. I was expecting better quality of product and service but didn t get it. They used the cheapest parts available in the market to replace parts. My insurance company gave them a big check for all the work and it s not even worth 1/4 of it. They took forever to start and complete work. Then they never followed up with calls. Rather I had to be the one calling again and again the company. And at times no one was available to take calls.Never again will I use this company again.The grade is an F!!!

My daughter got in a fender bender. Through support of insurance and helpful staff and crew at new age, her car looks brand new and you can t tell that she was ever in an accident. I can not express enough how amazing this shop is. Unfortunately during our vacation and happened to get into a car accident. We were directed to this location per car insurance to get our vehicle fixed from the other drivers insurance. Cole was great upon arrival. We had a rental car waiting for us which was awesome while our car was being fixed. Upon pick up with our car we couldn't have been more pleased. Everything looked amazing but we also noticed our car was washed, and vacuumed inside!!!! We just got back from Georgia and we had our dogs in the back which was full of dog hair when we dropped our car off. I couldn't believe they took the extra time to clean our car for us. Not only that but our headlights were polished. They were originally so faded so bad. It's one less thing now we have to do before we go back to work. Absolutely the best customer service at this location!!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!!

I took my 1998 Lincoln Mark 8 to get a small touch up in Jan 16th 2023.It required painting of front bumper, grill and fix two front door moldings.Totalled $1512.80 looked good but they left over spray on door mirrors and front windows. I'm 83 years old and took care of that. But then door moldings started to peel soon after, they said they would make good on the mold issue.Really turned into being put off, not happy that my immaculate classic is now already not looking as good as it did in less than a year ago after the small touch up and on our low Social security income not happy.Wish they would of followed up on what we agreed when repair failed into less than 5 months of getting it done.

I came here with a 1999 Honda Accord, victim of a fender bender to my trunk and bumper. Through the other guy's Geico insurance, I was able to drop off my car at New Age, pick up a car from Enterprise, and receive it back totally repaired like nothing was ever there. I got my car back with it's back looking newer than it probably looked in 1999! The smell of the paint did somehow linger a bit inside my car, but otherwise, great customer service and quality in repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

2009 suburban. I had it 2 months before my husband was hit. Cole and his team not only fixed it to where you couldn t tell, but with my car not being in perfect shape it was better than before. Update 10/2021: Picked up my car after the work was done. It was even better than I imagined, and they completely detailed my vehicle. They do excellent work, have superior customer service with great communication and are honest and friendly. The ease of returning the rental car here was seamless as well. I highly recommend New Age and will use them again if needed in the future.Original review: Dropped my car off today for an estimate through an insurance claim, the guys are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and polite. After having a panic attack at finding scratches on the rear bumper of my brand new car after coming out of the store and no note or anything to be found-I called a friend and he recommended for me to come to New Age to get it looked at since it would most likely be under my deductible. So today I drove over and walked in. First of all, I was greeted promptly and after explaining what happened, we walked to the car and looked at it. Another gentleman was brought over and in like four minutes he had buffed out the scratches. I couldn't believe my eyes. After tears, hugging, and multiple thanks I was on my way. So thanks again for giving me faith in humanity and for making this an awesome day.Service: Painting

I dealt with Mr. Cole Combs for service and I had a very pleasant experience. He was very kind and professional but still down to earth. My car was repaired very well and I was kept updated with phone calls every step of the way. I took a chance coming here and I am glad I did. They definitely have my continued business.

I m not one to write reviews but these guys are great. I ve brought two of my vehicles to them. The first vehicle they did an amazing job on but the second vehicle has a dent and a scuff (I was under the impression it was a scratch) needless to say I was prepared to spend $,$$$ and they told me honestly you don t need to get it painted to get it fixed, it will be much more affordable going to _____ to get it repaired and we won t be doing unnecessary work Love honesyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been using New Age Auto Painting for work done on my cars and my mother's car once. Their work is top of the line. I have never had better paint and repair work done by any other paint shop in my lifetime. Cole and Brian run an outstanding business with outstanding quality workmanship, great customer service and reasonable costs and estimates. If you are in Polk County it is worth the drive where you may live.Service: Painting

Great job always here! We have taking 3 cars to them! You can guarantee they do good work here! We had our 2007 Silverado painted and Cole always provides great service! He has worked here since a previous car we painted there over 7 years ago! Good local shop!!

I brought my car in since my pal backed into it and gave it a nice dent and messed up the mirror... Cole was very pleasant to deal with and worked together with Geico and Enterprise so I had a loaner vehicle while the insurance paid for it. It was done in 4 days and looks great. Shiny and no dents. Glad I read previous reviews about this place. Had my car fixed there after an accident. They did a fantastic job and even washed my car before I picked it up. Went back a couple of weeks later to have a bumper clip installed and they washed my car again! Absolutely awesome work and service! Very highly recommended.

Recently had my mother's Toyota Avalon painted due to some color fade and age. We chose a new color and took advantage of a pricing special they had available. Cole and his team were awesome. Very helpful, good advice, excellent communication, and great work Thanks

My first encounter with Brian and Cole were great. They quoted me a very good price to repaint my fathers 2008 Toyota Tundra that was sunfaded dented up everywhere. These guys worked quick and did a great job! Stayed right on with the quote and finish in a great time line just in time to give my father his truck back for Christmas.Since then I ve brought these guy 10+ jobs pajnting my brothers front bumper on his infinity, fixing and painting my grandmothers car, paint work on 5 of my jeeps and it always turns out great.Honest guys with honest pricing and they take good care of you.

Great customer Service. Just picked up my Ford Tauras. They did a beautiful job. I am a widow on fixed income and was able to get it painted at a reasonable price. Very impressed with service and owners. I give them 5 stars.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! Cole and his guys did a fantastic job fixing some small body work and repainting my daughters 1997 Nissan Maxima. She is very happy to have a nice shiny new looking car now. Don't go with the "cheapo" shops, you will be sorry and there is no need to spend the "big bucks" that some of these places want to paint a car either. New Age gave us a fair price, had the job done on time and it looks great! Did I mention that they are AWESOME?

Took in my 1939 Oldsmobile Hot Rod to have it painted. They did an absolutely phenomenal job! I won't hesitate to send them cars in the future. I was impressed that they did such great work for such a reasonable price. If you are looking for a top notch company that does great work look no further! I highly recommend this place!Thanks again!

Service was great, work was great, but turn around time was a little longer than I imagined. I know timeframes may change once work actually begins & other issues are discovered, but we had to call to receive updates... would have preferred that they follow up with us with any delays. They did however try to compensate for that, so I m grateful. Other than that, service was great. Cole was awesome!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I have a ten year old Scion tC that needed a bit of refresh, so I took it down to these guys for an estimate. I provided my own pair of new headlights and my bumper unfortunately needed completely replaced. These guys knocked it out of the park. My car now looks beautifully fresh-from-the-factory new, and I can t express how extremely happy I am to see my car looking so amazing again. They even cleaned up my rims for me and made sure it looked nice and clean! Cole s customer service is professional and personable; he keeps in contact and answers any and all questions you may have no matter how minor or unimportant they may seem. Turnaround time for all my work and the installation of parts was reasonable and prices are fair. He really works with your budget and makes recommendations if needed without being pushy. He will also recommend other businesses for work if he s unable to provide it, will find parts for you or tell you where to get them, and gives tips and tricks for car care. I ve seen nothing but honesty from this man in all aspects and he s more like a friend than businessman. Unlike most he genuinely cares about his customer and their happiness, and providing the best service possible. Not only that but he insisted I call him anytime I need advice or have questions. Even after I took the car home. He truly wants to make sure his company has a great reputation and he s succeeding. He and his team certainly seem to know their stuff about cars and do excellent work. I am over the moon thrilled and my car shines like a new penny. Thank you a million times over for making me so happy, Cole and team, and for all your hard work...I have yet to stop staring at how awesome my tc looks lol! I left one very satisfied customer, and hope this review helps to bring you much more business. I highly recommend this place, you won t be disappointed!

I ve had 2 vehicles painted here and they alway do a great job! Brian and Cole are easy to work with and they really care about the quality of work done and customer satisfaction. Ive seen these guys out in the shop checking over freshly painted vehicles to make sure everything is done well. Unlike Maaco, you come in and get an estimate that s good for 30 days and that s it, there s no high pressure sales tactics to get you to make an appointment that day or anything and you ll save money. I was able to get a base coat/clear coat (New Age doesn t use integrated clear) paint job and all my body work done for $250 less than Maaco wanted for their single stage paint job.

I used them through Geico after an accident. They were excellent. Friendly, professional and even got my car done early. 10 out of 10. They did a great job fixing my car
