Had my 1982 F150 4.9L cylinder head acid washed resurfaced and valves and springs all redone. They did an amazing job it looks completely brand new and they went the extra mile for me with better quality parts since the gasket kit I got wasn't up to par by far. I will definitely be a life time customer and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Awesome machine shop and auto repair shop. Everybody really showed like that they loved what they are doing and was happy to pull me in and give me a breakdown of my options with my camshaft issue. I didn't want to leave! I could have stayed there and talked with all the knowledgable techs there. The receptionist did all she could to get me a new camshaft but I came in about an hour past cutoff time and wasn't able to get what I needed due to my own tardiness. The prices are quite competitive. I can't wait to bring my future customers heads in for some work just so I can give them some of my business. Thank you for making my first impressions pleasurable! These guys do a killer job. I just moved to the area and needed a flywheel turned ASAP. I'd called a few places and it was going to take a day at least. But this place knew I was in a rush and got me done right away. Not that resurfacing a flywheel is a big job, but they know how to treat a customer and do a good job. Price was good too. While waiting I looked at some of their other finished jobs, and they really do quality work. Totally recommend them.

They did a great job with my heads for a 2003 Jeep Liberty price was great and they had it done within 2 days. Definitely go there for great prices and great service and the staff was super friendly!!!

Had to give a star it wouldn t let me leave anything less for this review. I took my 6.7 power stroke in for an engine swap was talked into having it rebuilt. After the truck sat for several months (may till November) the shop finally contacted me saying they had issues. Then they charged me for two new batteries when the ones in the truck was new, then they burned out the starter, then put in a high pressure fuel pump they called and requested I pick up the truck because they couldn t get it to run. After getting the truck towed from their shop I found all of the shoddy workmanship including a core support that was cut and damaged because they couldn t get a bolt loose, crossed coolant lines on the EGR cooler , and they managed to destroy the ac system, and the motor is now garbage because they spun a rod bearing by shooting it with to much either trying to get the truck to start. They didn t stand behind their work and left me with a high bill and a devalued truck.Service: Engine repair

The woman at the desk has a foul attitude.They are also lazy, was told no to adjusting the valves on a Camaro because it's "too old". As if the age has anything to do with adjusting valves on a hydraulic cam . They also don't want to do any machine work unless you already break it down for them. Basically unless it's quick, easy and profitable...they dont want your business.

Had a lot of curveballs come our way when my heads were in the shop. Ultimately narramore delivered on its promise of quality work. Even after some miscommunication the owners made everything right and delivered right on time. This shop does quality work for a reasonable price and even warranty their work for a year! Would recommend.

This is my go to spot for auto repair and maintenance. Penny is extremely helpful, and my mechanic Marcus went above and beyond to insure my vehicles longevity as well as my safety.

They have worked on my car several times and I have loved how they put in the time and care in making sure the repair is taken care of correctly and getting the parts at the lowest cost. And the people who work there have shown so much kindest toward me.

Do not recommend this shop. They did poor work on my 440 engine. Cam fit too tight, oil pump shaft was too tight, bores were all over the place and one cylinder was half honed. Brought engine to Haynes in Brandon , if Narramore can't do it right the first time then I don't want to bring it back so they can mess it up worse. Waiting for this shop to give my money back but don't think it will happen.

HORRIBLE WORK done by this shop, valve guides were unevenly installed at different heights, expensive valves not sealing, seated improperly, embarrassing work really. I wouldn't trust this place with ANYTHING engine or auto repair related.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
