I went in to Muffler Man about 2 weeks ago after my muffler had fallen off of my 2011 Toyota Camry. I took the car in and the guys clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I have to say that my overall experience at the Muffler Man in Lakeland was positive, stress free, quick and the car was running pure after the repair. Definitely recommend!!

The best muffler place in town! most knowledgeable, best price, quick service. Don t even bother looking anywhere else.The owner has been in business many years and is very honest and works to give you the best possible price. High quality work too!

Called the shop about a week prior to appointment. I received a ballpark quote which was very close to the actual. On the day of my appointment I arrived on time, was nicely and professionally greeted. Exhaust work began very soon after arrival and was finished quicker than stated. The quality of work is awesome and the sound is great. I will use this shop again for future muffler/exhaust needs.Service: Exhaust

I stopped by Muffler Man on Friday just to see if they could weld a sensor port fitting to my exhaust and set up an appointment. Instead of that, they rolled it right into the shop and had the sensor port welded on perfectly in about 20 minutes at a very reasonable price. Awesome service, will definitely use them again in the future!Service: Exhaust

They got me right in, no waiting and were honest about what needed done. Thankfully I only needed a minor repair. Keith and Alex were great! Keith helped me in the office while Alex fixed my exhaust. Thanks again guys, I will definitely come back in the future!

Good place to go for a repair job on your muffler when it's not necessary to replace all components. Many other shops such as Firestone won't consider repairing your exhaust they just want to replace the parts because there is more profit for them. Muffler Man welded up my broken tailpipe for $95 which I think is a good deal. Much cheaper than replacing all the parts. Very quick service to. The people are nice.

Today I went in with my jeep wrangler cause it had a vibrating noise the gentlemen put it on the lift n found da problem. It was simple fix just pulled it off. No charge at all. I really appreciate that. Any muffler needs for me or my friends I will sent them his way. That was kool.

The people who work here are super honest and professional. We took our car thinking it had exhaust problems, and they told us that the exhaust was perfect, that the problem was mechanical. They didn't charge us for the diagnosis and even tightened the exhaust bolts.

AA+ Service went in to have my exhaust checked out because it didn't sound right to me. Staff was friendly and very helpful in letting me know what was wrong. No pressure to do anything let know system was failing and would need repair soon,and gave me a great quote. I called day before to let them know I would be dropping off early,someone from staff was there to secure my truck That is customer service. Did a great job got the system and sound I wanted! Thanks Mr Muffler! Will recommend and use again if I need them.

I was referred to go Muffler Man by a local business because I believed I had a muffler issue. Although I was hesitant to go in due to their location on memorial boulevard, the moment I walked in, I was greeted by one of the co-owners. He was sincere and immediately checked out my concern. To my surprise, the owner said that my muffler was okay and my car just needed a tune up. I plan on doing future oil changes with their company...it was easy to trust them and if anyone needs muffler work or oil changes they should go there. Thank you so much for handling my concern!

I just had my 65 Corvette s side exhaust replaced at Muffler Man. These guys do great work at a fair price and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this local shop for your exhaust needs. I will also be taking my other vehicles to this shop. I picked this shop from reviews on the internet.

Overcharging. Charged me twice then I will doit anywhere else.They have snobby attitude towards the straight man.I do NOT recommend to go there.

Ok...think the minimum charge is ridiculous...went in for a bent tailpipe...they told me about the minimum charge although I expected it to be a little more involved then them firing up the welding torch, heating the area up and moving it over an inch...took all of less than 5 minites... charge $50. They were decent to deal with, I personally think that is taking advantage of people.

I went in to have my muffler replaced and they to me I didn"t need it I need and flex pipe in front and gave my a price. They fixed my car in less then 30 minutes on my way . These people know what they are doing. They told me they have been in business for 39 Years. Thanks again for great service!!!

Very nice men they took the time to talk to me, make suggestions and offer options. They did not want me to pay for something that didn't result in less than the fix of my car. I will go back once I do as the suggested.

It's apparently been there for 40 years. Manager has been there 38. Not fly by night, not a high turnover place. This type of quality is hard to find and they deserve the rating they have-highest rated muffler shop in central Florida.

when in told me that the main clampett when he hadn't gotten loose my whole system had went ahead and turned I tried to go ahead and turn it but the man said that the clamp holds everything and I was lucky it didn't fall out of the truck they tack welded it and they also put a new clamp-on it turned everything had to really heat up the system to get it to turninstead of having to buy a new system $40 and it's all back in the hangars the way it's supposed to be I'm extremely
