We used Billy and his team to come and check the roof of our RV and put some vinyl in our screen door. To be honest he looks very, very rough and The guy he brought had no idea how to put vinyl in and scratched our door up And they did not show up to complete the work They started and after weeks of calling him we found out he had been in jail for trying to shoot his girlfriend. We had given him a very expensive bike for the payment and he never paid his workers so we were able to get the bike back from his girlfriend and thenpay one of his workers for the job they did but I would never ever use this group!!Service: Body & Trim

If I could give no star I would. So I called Bill on a Friday. He said he was super busy but could come and check out my Aqua Hot System on Tuesday night. I said that would be fine. Tuesday night came and no Bill. I texted him to see if he was coming. He asked if it would be okay to come the next day. I said not probably see you then. Well the next day came and NO Bill. If he was honest and let me know that he couldn t do it. I would have called someone else. Thanks a lot Bill. He couldn t even text me that he wasn t coming. He lost my cash sale

I wish I would have read the reviews. I left a message about needing my fridge looked at at the phone number given. I was called two days later. Billy said I could save $100 if I came to him. It was his home. He looked at the fridge and said I needed a valve, talked about his personal life, and about how people keep giving him bad reviews. He went into his house and began texting me several times about the cost of the part I needed and the shipping cost. $267.75 plus $46.78 shipping. He said he could not get the part until four days later. I told him that I would not be in town then and to just give me the part # and I would order it myself. He charged me $200 for diagnostic and time. This was triple from what i paid my last "mobile" RV repair guy.I found the part online for $60 of which included tax and shipping. Was he trying to rip me off? You decide.

He wanted us to pay for the parts up front, $744.49 the one part had to be shipped, I guess he didn't want to drive to Bartow to pick it up. He kept sending us these random texts that made no sense what so ever.He spent 2 hours on my roof telling me that my roof needed repairs not what we called him about. Then he was going to buy digital thermostats which was going to cost us $180 . Now mind you I have an extended warranty that was going to cover the cost of everything. I've ask to see his license and insurance which he hasn't showed me yet. I told him in the beginning that he had to be licensed to be paid by my warranty company and he assured me he was license. He also talked about his personal issues instead of getting the work done just to be here longer he was her for 2hours, when it should have been maybe an hour job. Hate to say it but Beware

Unfortunately, this scum was dispatched when my dad s rv battery died. My dad was a little too trusting since he was dispatched by his roadside service company and sent Billy $850 dollars to get the batteries . Welp it s day 2 and still no billy or batteries. Wish I was aware all of this was happening. I m sure any good reviews were made to offset all the 1 star reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESSService: Battery

1996 Roadtrek 190 PopularThese guys are phenomenal!I had my outside compartment door hinge replaced, engine serviced, generator serviced, and air conditioning fixed with them in about 4 hours. I intend to go back to have my cruise control fixed & my exhaust fan fixed & to evaluate my water pump.They have been very accommodating and flexible, & some of the friendliest mechanic's I've met. Billy was so considerate, every time I turned around he was offering a soda or something lol.The mechanic that did most of the work knew my vehicle inside and out and was able to educate me on every question and aspect on the vehicle while he worked. (I'm a new RV'er).I feel the price was fair, if not lower than most service centers. I really felt I got a bargain. I was incredibly relieved to find these guys and they were able to get me on their schedule so quickly.10/10 would do again.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

Electricity went out on a Saturday. Called Billy Bee's/ Mobile RV Repair and they came out promptly on Sunday. Set us up with our electricity temporarily, ordered new parts and had our new transfer switch and surge protector installed by the next week. The owner stopped by to make sure all we were having done and what the cost would be before proceeding, so we knew up front that it was within our range to fix. Very professional hard working young men with this company. Will use them again. We have been in motorhome 10 years and this was best experience yet. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced!!

I would never use billy agian he is just out for your money. We needed a new AC we had to go take him the money for the new AC then he charged us 475 dollars to go get it. The AC was only 35 min away he charged us for two hours . He told us he will be back in a hour he was gone for 4 hours he stoped to go in and have lunch and kept us on the clock. Then after spending 1,100 in the AC he charged us 900 to put it in I talk to other repair services they said one guy can put it in alone in 1 hour it took him and 2 other guys 2 1/2 hours he likes to take his time and run the bill up. He spent most of his time on the phone and texting but the worst thing of all is he don t stand behind his work. After paying 2000.00 for my air and labor my air stoped working after a day in a half I called billy he said I ll be out ASAP but never came he said if he comes out he will have to charge me for it ( r u serious) then said he can t come he is to busywork we have to find someone else to come look at our air and pay them. So we was out more money. I will report him to BBB and call 8 on your side to get some of my money back. It was the worst experience dealing with him and I never will agianService: Air conditioning

Had to pay $200.00 upfront for an emergency service call. Did not show up as stated, when he did he left and said he would be back that evening with his electrician. Did not see him for 4 days. Nothing but lies and empty promises. Problem was never fixed, because he was clueless. Would STRONGLY urge all to avoid this man. His name is Billy Burnett.Service: Electrical

I would not hesitate to use this company again. They came out the same day, fixed what the first company we called could not fix. They are personable, knowledgeable, fair on their prices, dependable and honest. Would not hesitate to call again or refer to other rv owners On time and ready to work. Explains in detail what is wrong and can fix the problem.Service: Electrical

Very responsive & professional! They came on Father s Day morning to help us with our Onan 8000 motorhome generator. If he cannot identify the problem (he did), then there is NO cost to us. He also waived the after hours/ weekend fee. Very happy to find a dependable local small business to handle our motorhome repairs. Thank you Billy & Brian for getting us on the road, on schedule!

Replaced 3 roof vents, repaired canopy motor/wiring, repaired storage door lock mechanism, diagnosed service needs, diagnosed slides mechanisms, Billy explained everything as he was working. My 2013 jayflight had no ac. I called everyone and no one wouldn't answer the phone. ANB didn't either but I received a text message that I will call you back. Ten minutes later they called back. I ask them if they could look at my air conditioner on a Sunday since I have a child. They did. Very professional. Very satisfied. Thanks again Billy and Ron.

Our electric awning would not close properly. We called Billy Bee's RV Mobile because we couldn't drive it there. Brian and Brian showed up that day and fixed it easily. They were very professional and answered many questions that we had about our RV. We definitely recommend this company for any issues with a RV.

We have been dealing with Billy since June 3 rd, sent tech out and he told us the ac was no good ,we paid the guy and we are still waiting on the ac,Billy told us he has tracking # and ac should be here ( that was the end of June ) nothing since. Turned the furnace on this morning made a horrible noise, called Billy's they came to my RV and repaired the problem. Very professional and had it fixed in no time. Highly recommended.

We were camping and had trouble with a slide out. We needed to get fixed quickly as they needed our site cleared out. They got there fast and diagnosed and fixed the problem. The guys were friendly and professional.

No company truck. Showed up in an Uber car. No Company Uniform. No Safety Policies. No Parts to fix A/C (the reason they came out). Not impressed. Not Professional. At all. Very Dissatisfied.

PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. 2 MEN SHOWED UP IN A TRUCK AND TRAILER. I TOLD THE TEC WHAT WAS WRONG HE SAID OK I WILL TAKE A PIC OF YOUR TRANSFER SWITCH. HE SAID HE WOULD NEED 1020.00 TO PICK UP TRANSFER SWITCH THEY SCAN MY DEBIT CARD AND SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK THE NEXT DAY. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM AFTER 6 DAYS WENT BY THEY SENT ME A REFUND AND KEPT 230.00 FOR A SERVICE CALL. THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS OUT OF THERE MONEY JUST BY SHOWING UP. I HAD FOUND OUT THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU CHECK THEM OUT ON LINE YOU WILL SEE THERE ADDRESS IS AN ABANDON HOUSE. THEN AFTER ALL THAT THE TEC WENT IN THE TRAILER AND URANATED IN A CUP AND THREW IT ON MY LAWN. AS A CONSOMER I WILL DO MY HOMEWORK I NEVER WANT TO GO THREW THIS EVER AGAIN.

Hello have you used him one time paid for a voltage regulator for generator and we never got the part or the job finished now magically his phone dont work he has to contact me asap or my fiance will be contacting someone in this matter this is such unprofessionalBilly contact me we are both disabled and will not be screwed over
