I came here because my grandma had a great experience going to Midas and I m happy to say I got a great one as well. Great customer service and I appreciate how they carefully explained what was needed to be done on my car. A great bonus was them putting on a movie in the waiting area which helped time go by and it wasn t a long wait for what needed to be done on my car. They contacted me later on to check in with how everything was going with my car which I also appreciate. Will be coming back!

My friend takes her car here to get serviced and recommended i come here because she knows they won t try and tell her she ll need unnecessary things done and I had an amazing experience. the workers were extremely informative during the whole process and they were trustworthy. I will continue bringing my car here because of how nice and helpful everyone is.

So my wife took her car in for an ac compresser and condenser. Never an issue with radiator. Estimate never mentioned radiator leaking (because it wasn't). Tells my wife that it has to be replaced at her cost even though nothing was wrong with it when she dropped it off. Ended up costing about $600 more than quoted in Estimate. Money we don't have. Cracked our radiator and charged her fixing $600 to fix it. I wouldn't take my lawnmower to these shade tree mechanics.

I really appreciate the time, effort and service at this shop. All employees are very professional and helpful. They did my breaks in an hour and offered the best pricing. Go here to get your breaks done! Thank you all so much!

Let me tell you something about this place.. Best experience I've had in a shop in town out of the whole time living here. Had a car there for warranty work and even with the warranty company being horrible these guys called multiple times a day for me every single day until it was done. RJ and the crew there will tell you how things are good or bad news because you deserve to know the truth and that's what they follow. Their guy Russ also knows his stuff. Put my warranty engine in with no problems afterwards and it ran like a dream. Have been going there for everything else since!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Battery, Oil change

I have been in Lakeland for 5 years and I am not sure how I just stumbled upon this shop. I went in to get a vehicle inspection for a new Truck and had a fantastic experience. This was the best, most honest experience I have had in town. I will be back for all scheduled maintenance/tune ups. Thank you, RJ for taking great care of me.

I had an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection done. I was in and out in about an hour. The front desk guy Otto was very nice and professional. It was nice to get my oil changed and not get pressured into buying things I didn t need.

Honest and reliable service center. They are always honest and helpful. I could have paid for unnecessary services had they not told me that the service request was not needed at that point. I trust them wholeheartedly.

Quite irritated with the inconsistencies.I went to Midas a few months ago - they told me I need new tires and an alignment. They had me walk under the car and showed me how the tires were wearing unevenly, especially the front driver side tire, and that's why I needed an alignment. I also needed different tale lights, and they told me if I bring the bulbs, they will switch it out for me.I ended up getting tires from Sam's, and came back for the alignment for Midas. I also brought the right bulbs with me.They told me all the tires looked great (duh - they were new) and the only adjustment they needed to make on the alignment was the rear passenger tire - which was so bad they couldn't fully fix it. The driver front was fine.... opposite of what they told me before. So basically I was charged for an alignment when 3 out of the 4 tires were fine and untouched, and the 4th was so bad they couldn't fix it. What did I pay for? Also as I drove away, I noticed the bulbs were still in my cupholder... they never changed them out for me. They were sure to reccomend changing my engine filer... but didn't say anything to me about the warning on the dash about my tale lights or put them in.I feel robbed and misinformed. Will not return. I feel like I didn't even need an alignment after all.

Place is not about service stopped to get tire change and because it was 30 minutes before the go home, the tech said it would take to long.. you have 30 minutes. What happen to working the full time working. Not the last 30 minutes on you phone.

Had an emergency tire situation and came in with no appointment. The manager and staff took care of me right away without hesitation. Def the best customer service at any tire shop i ve been to, as well as fast quick service. I will definitely bring my cars and trucks back here for any future service. Amazing service!! Had to bring my car in after taking it to Walmart and then trying to charge me $160 to replace both front tire pressure sensors because apparently you can't replace those valves stems and the valve stems were shot. Pulled into Midas and in less than 5 minutes they were able to tell me that my valve stems were not screwed all the way in!!!! They are definitely honest fast at their service and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here from here on out

Thank you John and the technicians that took the necessary time to find the problem with my air conditioning. While traveling, the air conditioning stopped! Pulled off the highway and noticed this facility, pulled in and was greeted with knowledgeable techs who was very helpful. Given a full written diagnosis to take with for our insurance coverage to be fixed. Thank you guys much!

I went in to get my brakes checked (which they removed my tire for) and they told me it would cost $1400 to repair which I didn t have at the time so I told them I would return when I had the money. I got in my car and drove 500ft down the street and my rear tire fell off. I looked at the tire and there were NO lug nuts on the car. I called and asked why the tire wasn t put on properly, and they said that it was. Which obviously wasn t the case. It cause damage to my axel and rear bumper. I truly could never tell anyone to go here after this and I ve been dealing with my insurance since this happened a few weeks ago. I just wanted my car looked at.

Highly recommend this Midas Location. Arjay the owner was very helpful during our claim with our warranty company, he was very communicative and helpful during the whole process. His employees were very helpful and provided fast service.
