We were from out of state and needed Body work done. This place is great!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Helped us however they could and tried to get us home as soon as possible. We recommend this shop to whoever needs one. Top-notch. Thank you so much.

I've had two different trucks repaired at Meisner, one ten years ago, one this week. They do great body work. And they are efficient. The parking situation, however, is awful. I was worried about more damage in the Meisner lot.Make sure you get the work they promise to do in writing. If they say they will perform a specific service on your car as part of the repair, make sure to ask for it in writing or see that it's part of the estimate. Please don't assume they will remember. They can be forgetful, as anyone in the automotive industry.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. Dean kept me posted with photos and explanations as to the status of my car. At first the thought was my car could be repaired in 1 week, however, once the bumper was pulled and the damage was more extent than originally thought it actually took 3 weeks. But after reviewing the photos it was evident why. My car which is less than 1 yr old looks like I just drove it off the show room. FANTASTIC job. I would recommend Meisner to anyone. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Job well done!

This company and it's employees are terrific. They were very helpful when my son totaled his car more than 2-hours away from home. They are trustworthy and compassionate. Thanks so much for making a very stressful situation so easy!

I was in an accident twice in two years, Meisner was one of the car service place that my insurance recommended for me to take my car, the first year of my accident they did such a great job on my car so much that when second accident happened I told my insurance company that I would like to go there again, and boy oh boy! did they do a even better job this time. I'm very pleased with their service, keep up the good work Meisner

Friendly, professional service. They did a wonderful job fixing the extensive damage to my vehicle. They even went the extra mile and fixed a small dent I had on the other side from the first teenager that hit me that month at no charge. Hope I don't have to visit in the future but they would be my first choice. Thanks to Meisners again.

I have used them before, so I was excited when I found out that my insurance company also used them. I was hit in the rear drivers side door panel and rim. I took my car in,talked with Dean Brown about it and he let me know that he had to order the parts. So when the parts came in I dropped it back off. It was repaired in a week and looked just like it did when I bought it. I recommend Meisner to All my friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

I was in my first accident recently and they made the process absolutely painless. They answered every single question I had and they made me feel like my worries and questions were completely valid! My car is my baby and I was worried that she was going to be gone for two weeks and they even had to keep her for a few extra days to complete repairs. When I got my car back she looked brand new and she runs beautifully! You d never know that car was in an accident! I would recommend them to anyone. I m 100% pleased with the work they did. They are an amazing company!

Unfortunately I have had to have repairs done due to a collision and because a tire on the hwy hit one of my vehicles but I'm so glad I chose Meisners because not only is their staff a pleasure to work with but their work is impeccable and the whole process was a smooth one on both occasions. I highly recommend this business and thank you for your service. Praying I do it need it under these circumstances again but should I you will definitely be my auto shop of choice.

Absolutely 5 stars. They did a great job on my 2020 Rav4. Dean was great to work with and has been great with the follow-ups after the repairs were completed. I highly recommend this shop.

Very poor customer service. They wouldn't even wait to close a few minutes so that I could get my vehicle back from them on a long weekend, so I have to wait until Tuesday to get my vehicle. I will never use this shop again to get repairs done on my vehicle.In response to your response, I don't know where you are getting your information from, however, your response is completely false. I specifically asked for 10-15 minutes (not the hour you are claiming) and you hadn't even begun the work two days before so how in the world did you complete the repairs two days before--that is a neat trick. Even if you had you did not inform me of the vehicle completion until Thursday. I returned the rental on Friday morning to Enterprise. In any event, it really does not matter anymore to me. You can lie on this review all you want if potential customers choose to believe you then it's on them. As far as I'm concerned if I am not worth 10-15 minutes of a businesses time that is making more than $1,100 off of me than I don't think that is a business I need to give business to in the future. Then replying to my post by calling me a liar is definitely not the way to retain my business.

I was referred here by the insurance company after someone unfortunately sideswiped my truck. The communication, service, and outcome were all world-class; my bumper was replaced in less than a week. Great work!

I have used Meisener's in the passed and have always been very pleased with their workmanship. This time around they needed to keep my truck for two weeks, which Dean informed me up front. This is the cherry on top, my Enterprise rental car price was very high and when Meisener's heard about the issues and price I was being charged they straighten out the whole mess and that cost out of my pocket for the rental car disappeared. Meisener Paint & Body takes care of their customer's above and beyond. I will never take my automobiles any place else. Their quality, up front turn around time and the great care they show to their customer's is of the highest caliber. Wife and I are very impressed with quality and friendliness here our 2019 Corolla had to go here from where a person on a bike turned in front of wife on lake Hollingsworth ... No one was hurt but caused 5000$ in damage to car... This team done an outstanding job on top of being courteous and treating you like friends. Excellent job

This was my first time working with Meisner's due to an accident and I was in and every single person there either behind the desk or in the stop was so so sweet and professional. I really enjoyed being there and didn't dread going at all. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Jason was kind helpful...My car have something hanging from the bottom but the customer service wasn't good I really don't want to return reasonThe lack of knowledge of pricing and services wasn't communicated with me at all in the beginning, only thing I knew was my insurance will cover it I go to pick up my car and I received an bill surprise I didn't get to expect my car there...

I absolutely hate this place. they have done nothing but give me the run around.. took my car there a year ago same thing. i had to take it back this time for something they didn't fix and they did same thing. i was suppose to get back Monday and didn't. was suppose to get it back Tuesday and didn't. i was suppose to get it back Wednesday and didn't. They order the wrong parts and etc. and oh i saw one of their techs. texting and driving my car. and they lady who answer the phones is rude. i was also told that hopefully ill get my car back on Thursday. Ive truly never had so many problems with a place in my life.

I have (unfortunately) needed my cars worked on several times after auto accidents in the last 10 years. Meisner is the shop that my insurance company uses in Lakeland, and their work has been excellent and performed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car here because it was the closest place the insurance company recommended. Dean kept me updated throughout and I believe went above and beyond for me. I was very happy with the service I received.

I am not happy with Meisner at all with my 2014 and their views on adjustment, they took the 2014 Nissan Versa and agreed to FIX it when it was over 7,000 worth of damage and the car should have been total as the blue book value will not replace it by about 8,000 at best. I find this unacceptable and my car should have been totaled. Shame on you! The truck does not completely shut. I think that money is your primary concern and NOT THE CUSTOMER. So public, please listen and pay attention to adjusters hired by your insurance and there is a reason for that.....

This place does nothing but scam customers out of there insurance money. If they can t get over on you somehow they will not work with you. The level customer service at this place it pathetic. They advertise as a paint and body shop but yet they with not do either of the two unless you have a wrecked car with an insurance claim. They shouldn t be advertising to the public if they only work privately through insurance companies. This place does nothing but turn normal customers away as I was told all 3 times that have been there. The first excuse the old lady in the front office told me last time when I asked to get a quote on painting a front fender we can match the parking paint without the fender on the car so I told her that s no problem! The it changed to oh well we can t do partial work we only work with insurance because we have a lot of business and have to keep moving these people do not know how to run a business and I will be reporting them to the BBB please do not sent your business to these unprofessional, horrible, money stealing people unless you are looking to get the run around. This place and the employees here are horrible and they deserve to be shut down.
