Ronnie was very efficient and got my tires replaced ASAP plus his communication and updates on the progress of the repairs was excellent. One of the technicians there also gave me great information on tire wear for future reference. I thought the pricing was a little high and would have shopped around if I had had the time.

My husband had to take our camper tire that had a flat to McGee tire in Lakeland because of our insurance. Our tire had a tire pressure sensor on the valve stem. When my husband brought the tire back home and went to mount it on the camper, he noticed the sensor was not on the valve stem. So we called them two days later and asked if they had it. The guy looked and said he found it, we asked if they could put it in the mail, he put it in a priority box and paid over $10 to mail it to us. We were so surprised and grateful, They did above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this shop!

When I had doubts about what the dealership was telling me, I came to McGee. They told me I only needed 2 tires instead of 4, that the dealership hadn t been rotating my tires as expected (hence the uneven wear), helped me select tires with better warranties and lower prices than those pushed by the dealership, and handled my replacement quickly, professionally, and in a very friendly manner.

Worst place, people here will tell you anything to sell you a tire but if you have a problem with the tire they have all this excuses to explain how they are not responsible. The put peoples live at risk selling bad tires and then want to play smart. One of their tires destroyed my trailer

I took my car in to address an issue with the starter and I will admit I wasn t the most emotionally stable at the time because I just lost my job the same day that the starter went kaput (yay). However, thanks to my father s longevity as a customer here offering me his discount the repair for the starter was less than $400.They were great with my car and were understanding during a difficult time in my life. I have massive respect for these people because it isn t easy to read off these figures to people. Heck, it s hard enough to tell customers that their Starbucks is $5.84.I appreciate great service when I see it. It s been a couple months since the servicing and the starter still works without any problems. Definitely a trusted company after all these years and they never make me feel dumb for not understanding car stuff. Also the trust in McGee to be Gremlin Free ad campaign is iconic even if it hasn t aired in years.

I had a great experience with McGee and highly recommend them. They have very competitive prices. Zach updated me on the progress of my car every day as they worked on the multiple issues it had. Brought my RV in with a tire going down. Also had a front wheel bearing seal needing replacing. Go to pick up the RV at 4 as we are traveling and staying in it to be told the parts never arrived. I go out into the shop to see if the RV is dismantled or derivable to see the new parts sitting there. I asked a mechanic who has no idea but tell him my situation so he jumps on it and installs the parts. I ask if the tire is fixed and would they think to check the other tires to which this young guy says I will help you. No idea who runs the shop or if they ever communicate with the front desk but I gave the young man $20 and got out of there as quick as possible. Yes I paid the shop the $244.

We had the shop put new tires on our RV back in January, I waited for the review because I want to actually drive it to know how they performed. We just completed our first long trip of 800 miles and I am very pleased with the tirea. The shop personnel are professionals and it shows in the results. I very much appreciate them putting the stem extenders on the rear tires that made all the difference in checking the tire pressure. Thanks so much...

Good guys over there still... I do most of my own work but don t have a lift so anything that s tire related goes to them still. They don t mess around with me and take care of what s needed and their prices are par for the course. They will drop and match others if they make a mistake in a quote, so they ve got my vote. For anyone that thinks they re over priced, quality is what you re paying for and it should be understood that Cars can be like people. If you go to the doctor, it can often take several visits and tests to figure out what s wrong with you so why would a car (an object with 100 s of mechinical moving parts) be any different? The staff is just awesome in every way you need them to be

Called that morning it was pouring down rain brakes on our bus malfunctioning badly . Got there at 8:30 a.m. in the afternoon we got a call to pick it up . Our bill was very reasonable this is a very honest mechanic shop which is a rarity to find. We will be doing business with them again

Always a great experience here, prompt service and good prices. From oil changes to electrical work, these guys are my go-to for any issues with my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a regular mechanic!

As Key West evacuees from Hurricane Irma, wanted to have some work done on our RV while waiting to return home.Made an appointment for the next week, their first available opening.Stayed in a hotel waiting for the appointment and when we arrived early that Tuesday morning, we were told they couldn't get to it until Friday.We waited almost a week!Terrible customer service! Made no attempt to for us in so we could head home!Do not use this place!

I have 3 ten wheel semi's. For the last 3 year's I have brought all of my truck's here, for their new steer tires. I love good year and these guys know good year. Unfortunately on my last visit 08/12/16 I was given the rope a dope treatment. They replaced the wrong steer tire, and sent me on my way. Didn't take me 5 min to realize they had messed up, unfortunately by the time i got back to the shop, they were closed. The next day, they brought me a name brand version of my tire, but obviously not the one that they took off of my truck. Long story short, I ended up buying 2 new steer tires and spending friday, Saturday and Monday at Mcgee tire. Something I will never do again. I'll use the good year acct at Love's from now on.

I can always depend on the guys at McGee on HWY 98 to take care of whatever my car or truck needs. They treat me with respect, even my daughter feels comfortable there. Highly recommend.

I found my Motorhome tires were very low. I called, they told me to bring it in. No leaks were found, inflated all 6 tires to the correct pressure and I was back on the road. Friendly staff,,,and no charge.

I've gone here since moving to the area in 2012. I have respect for AJ and will continue to take my 2008 Honda Accord V-6 to this McGee Lakeland, FL location ONLY. AJ is honest and trustworthy...if he can't fix it, he'll tell you straight up he can't.

Very friendly and helpful. Wife blew a trailer tire on the parkway and we couldn't bust the nuts free. Limped it here and the guys helped us out.

Awesome costumer service. The waiting area was very kid friendly. Lots of toys and coloring books. Loved my experience there.
