I could literally cry I do not recommend this tire shop at all. I could understand when there is possibly an honest mistake, but when there is people like Scott, being dishonest and rude and acting like he doesn t know what s going on makes you not want to take your business there.01/09 - Two weeks ago my husband went for four brand new tires to put onto my vehicle. Keep in mind. This is our one and only vehicle that we both use. When we spoke on the phone to Scott, he quoted us and gave us a price for the brand new tires and we agreed to do that. The next day. 01/10 We noticed that the tires are literally flat. We go in that day because he said they also do oil changes and they would look at the tires. They put some air in the tire and said it could ve been the pressure.. We believe them they re supposed to be the experts right on that day. We also got an oil change and when the oil change was done they said that they would provide free coolant for us. We re like great sounds good come to find out they did not put any coolant when we got home. My husband called them when he found out and he had nothing to say.. couple of days later on that week Sunday 01/14 After my husband and I got out of church, the tires were flat again we called them up about it because this Didn t seem right. When we called, Scott told us .. What did you do to your tires? We said what do you mean we didn t do anything We took them to you and you said that it was a pressure well, we took it to their shop again that Tuesday 01/16 come to find out there was a nail in our brand new tire and they swear up-and-down that it was caused by us, but I truly believe that it came that way from the tire shop. They made us pay $50 for the replacement of a brand new tire.. now it s 01/22 This morning when we go to turn on our vehicle to go to work, we get an oil change notification so my husband decided to look under the hood to check The oil level since they lied about the coolant, I told him what if they didn t put any oil and guess what there was no oil in our vehicle. That means we were driving with no oil for almost 2 weeks.. We called them and told them about it And tell us again that we can take it in and that they would refund our money but this time to the Plant city location.. I Decided to call the Plant city location To just let them know that I was going to be dropping off the vehicle, but that I was afraid to drive it anywhere because there was literally no oil and I was afraid that my motor was Going to blow up.. They have no idea what is happening.. Again, Scott the store manager lied again moral of the story. My vehicle is thankfully at the Plant city location getting serviced. I don t know what the outcome will be. I don t know if they re going to be honest about refunding me my money Or if the tires are going to keep on going flat.. it sucks when you give your hard-working money to accompany and they don t make things right. I am Car-less right now And I really hope that my motor did not mess up because of Mavis tire and brakes Employee Scott the store manager. I have spent over $800 for a vehicle that might be messed up. I hope that you guys can do something about this and anybody coming to this tire shop I do not recommend it unless you are going to be helped by the owner.. or take your business to the Plant city location.

Honestly hands down the best car shop I have ever been to. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. I came in for a flat and was able to be helped immediately without an appointment and when they noticed there were some other problems they walked me around and showed me everything so I didn t feel like I was being played a fool. I have dealt with many car shops over the years and have been ripped off or taken advantage of because I don t know much about cars so coming here was a breath of fresh air and will be referring all my friends and family.

Amazing customer service! They had efficient and quick service. The employees are very kind and professional. They were able to immediately find the problem with the vehicle and we had no wait! Highly recommend for any tire needs.

I had such a great experience getting my tire repaired here! Honestly it feels like nothing comes easy anymore but this was a very welcome change from the usual hoopla. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, they have a nice, clean waiting area and everyone on the staff was really lovely and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! After picking up my kids from school we realized I had a very large nail in my tire. Close to closing time they took me in and got it taken care of without any hesitation! I am so thankful and more than appreciative for them taking the time to keep us safe!

Mike up front is amazing, I was in a serious bind and I needed my tire patched. He got me in and out, and him and the mechanic John went up and above to make sure what popped my tire to begin with wouldn't happen again. Thank you guys so much! It's rare now a days when people will actually be there for you when you need them, instead of preying on your vulnerability.

Incredibly kind staff. I always feel nervous going into places like this because I don t know a lot about cars. Other mechanic establishments always make me feel even worse about that, but the two employees at the front desk and the mechanic were nothing but kind. They never took advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars, and did exactly what I came in for. They even informed me about a safety concern they saw about potential loss of steering. I ll be coming back here to get the two other tires on my car changed because of how great their customer service is. The mechanic even took me out to my car and actually see what he was talking about. Really appreciate the attention to detail and safety. Very happy with my service!

Great experience! I came in on a Sunday morning and they switched out a broken clip on my driver door handle. They didn't even charge me a full labor rate. I would highly recommend them for any future service.

While I came into the shop for a flat tire I asked the manager about a good deal on some Goodyear tires and I was very happy that I could purchase them right then. Added in the aligningment! So I'm secure in my mind of the purchase and appreciated the friendliness and great treatment by the staff. I was encouraged by family members to use Mavis & I'm glad I did!

John and his crew were a huge help! Came in with a tire issue and he was able to help me understand my issue and addressed it immediately. The crew was very friendly, professional and very fast. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area needing assistance!

My hard working daughter's 2008 car needed lots of work and we had already been to 2 other shops with mixed results. Scott checked it out at no charge, found another issue that needed attention and fixed it all for less than the others had quoted. It was her first time paying for major repairs but her car works properly now. Thank you Scott and Mike for all your help!

My husband took his car here for brand new tires to be installed, tire alignment, and an oil change. He wasn t able to return to this location, so he took his car to his usual place for an oil change. To his surprise, several mechanics reported back to him to show that while it was in the care of Mavis they did an oil change WITHOUT an oil filter. Upon his hesitation, now he has to take his car to ensure that the tire alignment was done properly. If you take your vehicle here, I would double check if they do the service correctly.

Had a vibration wasn t sure if Tire were separating stop by and talk to Mike. Very professional and polite. Got me in quickly. Got my car checked out and I was on my way in no time. Thank you for the good service.

Thanks to these guys I'm back on the road SAFELY!! Ended up with a nail in my tire and I noticed it was going flat, called Action Gator Tire (Mike answered) and they squeezed me in. There were others ahead of me so I patiently waited, had to catch up on things via email anyhow. The waiting area is roomy and accommodating. I appreciate the great customer service, both guys at the desk were polite and friendly.

Had a great experience. Brought in a car for an oil change and mentioned some issues with the steering wheel vibrating, and what the other shop said was wrong, but didn t fix it. They listened, and immediately thought What I was saying did not sound right. And they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Very thankful and a car runs well. I highly recommend their service

We are in town for a visit to SEU and noticed we were losing pressure on one of our tires. The guys at Mavis were so kind when I called. They started a ticket for us while I was on the phone and then took us right away for a quick repair!

Excellent shop, I messed up and scheduled an appointment at the wrong location. They still put me on the books. They finished first thing the next morning, on a Sunday nonetheless. They have my business indefinitely. Not to mention, they were $450 less than the dealer quoted price.

I had Action Gator Tire Mount and balance four tires I purchased. They did a great job at a very reasonable cost. I was unable to make an appointment that I had scheduled and they were very accommodating with the reschedule,...even on a Saturday. Great friendly people with awesome service..I recommend them to everyone... they will be my go-to tire store. Thank you action Gator tire. Five stars

Highly recommend this business, which includes a unique service in offering a free air machine that auto measures your current tire pressure and then beeps when the desired pressure is reached (set at 35 as a standard.) The staff are friendly and my spouse has had tires patched and replaced here as well.

Action Gator Tire is now Mavis Tire and I was very pleased with their service and customer focus. I had a very slow leaking tire and after extensive evaluation Scott(manager) told me they couldn't find any leaks and proceeds to tell me there is no charge. I wanted to pay something but with a friendly smile Scott said no charge! Great people and a beautiful facility.

The place has changed ownership a few times over the year but the staff has remained pretty much the same and that why I keep coming here. Always friendly , nice clean waiting room also close to a few restaurants with waking distance which is nice to kill the wait time.

Needed tire repair and read great reviews of this place. Reviews were not wrong. Shop people are friendly and knowable. I have been around cars since the 50's and had many experiences with repairs, and these folks top my list.

Had a 9:30 am Appointment for an alignment showed up on time, told me to pull my car out front so they could get the Tag # and it sat Their until 11:00 with no interaction with me at all with what the hold up was. I Finally just told them don t worry about it I will go somewhere else down the road and all Scott said was sorry about that, Smh , paid extra $30 with 1 year warranty at Firestone was In and out for the time I spent waiting with no communication at Mavis.

Outstanding service, they matched a far better online price I found saving me a considerable amount on a set of for 35 Toyo tires which are not cheap by any means. Excellent tire shop, I have used them multiple times over the last 5 years!

If there is an option for 0 stars I would give it to this place, I went there for alignment and looks like they thought because I m a woman they can still from me and that I don t know anything about cars specially my car. This people took my car, make me wait 2 hours just to tell me they were no able to align the car because the Rec Rac and Pinon, wheel berring, and tire rods were damaged and alignment was not possible. I left pretending I don t know anything but what they don t know is that I replaced those parts 2 months ago. I had to go back to my mechanic because they have the audacity to return me the car with loose parts. I know they did that thinking I was going to worry and go back and pay the $2,700 they were trying to make me pay. In conclusion I don t know what they get from doing this type of things to customers but they will definitely messed you re car just to over price you. I didn t even bother to go back and make them fix the part they left loose because I was so scared that they will do something worse. I don t recommend this people at all they are scammers
