My tire blow out on the side of the road, manage to drive to Mavis and Henry was amazing. He helped put on spare tire free of charge but after everything I just paid for a new one. Overall great service!!!

Took My Bmw to get my alignment fix and right away they got my vehicle in and out, and explain to me all the details about the adjustment they did vs the adjustment the other place did. very pleased with the service i receive today at this location. will definitely come back to this place.

Had a minor accident and blew a tire. We had about a 45 min drive ahead of us. Mavis was open late. I called ahead and they were ready immediately to take me in. I appreciate their kindness and promptness to get me back on the road!

I highly recommend this shop for alignments on any vehicle whether is slammed on the floor or just a normal daily commuter car. I had technician Ben Bosco align my nissan 350z that has extensive suspension modifications and he was able to perfectly align the car with 0 issues at all. Months later and it still drives like a dream because if his amazing work! 11/10 id recommend and im definitely going back to receive his work!

Jonathan was great to work with. He let me know step by step what was going on with my truck. I'm visiting from out of town and didn't have a ride while the work was being done. He had one of the workers give me a ride home, and had him pick me up when it was done. I would recommend using this business. Kirk

EVERYONE at this location is dedicated to a superb level of customer service given and excellence in quality of work completed. I was having issues with my steering after getting an alignment and was immediately brought back in. They went above and beyond to not only diagnose the issue (my jeep was stuck in 4x4, which was my fault), but fix it with FREE OF CHARGE!!! THANK YOU!!! You've won yourselves a loyal customer.

What an amazing shop. They came highly. Recommended by many or my friends and I can see why. Great prices, friendly staff, expert technicians. I got one set of tires on a vehicle and when I came back a few months later Jonathan, the manager, remembered me and hooked me right up. I am never going to another shop.

After working a 10 hour day in the sun spraying lawns, I got back to the yard returning the truck and saw I had a flat tire. I was able to get car home and call Mavis tires and Brakes. Mr Lewis and Mr Ernie said come on down. It was late in the day and the guys fixed that leaky valve stem for me right away. Thanks guys!! You Rock !!!!

Super kind establishment! I had my car serviced here a few weeks ago. I dropped my car off and got it back the same day. The gentleman I spoke to was wonderful at communicating the issues with my car and the services he suggested. Very transparent with prices, too. I've been back when I had an (unrelated) question about my vehicle and I received help right away, which is very appreciated.

I've been taking my car here since they opened this location. The people are great and no matter what time of day they are willing to accommodate me. And I never have to worry about them over selling . I have had brakes , shocks ,oil change and I would recommend them to anyone. ( Lakeland) Sha Cro)

This is NOT an ordinary repair shop!!!! They were very courteous and helpful in every way. I was left stranded late on a Sunday when others repair shops turned me away. They told me they would wait until the last minute to get me back on the road, and they did. I'll forever be a customer. Thanks to all of the gentleman who were working on 12/17/2023. You truly saved my day.

Great place to get oil, breaks, tires, rotations and other repairs to your car. They have always been very nice and informative with repairs and check ups. The prices are great and the warranties are a nice option too. They do not do all repairs but for the most part and normal maintenance, they are a great choice. I wish them the best of luck.

Mavis Tire in south Lakeland always provides great service and prices. The only shop I take my vehicles to for new tire, balancing, and alignment; other shops in the area struggle with properly balancing larger truck tires but they alway get them squared away!

Had a blowout on my lawn trailer and rolled in at 10am on the rim. 30 minutes later I was back on the road and back to work. Great team, great customer service and great prices.

Quoted a price that I called back and questioned prior to dropping off my car. Mike specifically told me he would lower the previously quoted price and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, no adjustments were made. We have discretion, and I will take care of it he said, yeah, right. I don t continue to do business with people that don t honor what they say. I hope the extra couple bucks was worth the loss of future business.

I finally saw why my tire was loosing air. A nail right smack in the middle of the tire. I went to Mavis Tires to have it fixed. Spoke with Henry and he was able to get me right in and taken care of quickly! Henry and the others were very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I went to start my car to go to work this morning and it was dead...would not turnover. Mavis was the closest shop to come to. As a first time customer I was treated as a returning customer. Henry was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful in every way he could be. This is the place I will be returning to for all my tire and brake needs.

Always busy, which isn't bad by itself, but they are in dire need of a receptionist or someone to handle scheduling.UPDATE: lowering to 1 star. I wanted to give them another chance and I regret it so much. I was told my Tire Pressure Monitoring System was broken and needed replacing. That was fine, I knew it had issues. Well the "brand new" sensor broke after driving my car twice.Even Worse, they over-filled my tires by 10-12 psi each. I could tell something was really wrong. I stopped at another tire place and they could hardly believe a "professional" shop made such a basic but dangerous error.

I was leaving for a long trip and I had a nail in my tire and went to 2 other tire stores. Both told me they didn t have my tires and I would have to wait until a couple of days later to have the tire changed. I then took my car to Mavis and spoke with Steve who looked at my tire and found the nail was so small it didn t even pierce the tire at all. I left for my trip and one week and 1600 miles later no air has leaked from my tire. Thank you so much for being so honest. You will forever have my business.

My husband showed up for an appointment today and they lost our appointment. This has happened before and we've showed up with an appointment and they simply can't take us because they are too busy. I don't expect to return here since they can't honor appointments.

I stopped by to borrow a screw driver to switch out my plate and Henry immediately jumped to help without hesitation and changed it for me! Very sweet staff!
