Very professional and knowledgeable staff, waiting for repairs to my truck to be made and will post an update on the outcome. Now I've got my truck back. Wow, amazing, repaired it flawlessly and also detailed it completely. The staff are excellent and communication was outstanding. Thank you. Two pics before and last is after. Beautiful.

This is the 3rd car I have had body damage repaired by Maurices and they always do an excellent job, I am incredibly picky and won't let anyone else touch my cars. They have repaired my Porsche, Land Rover, and most recently a BMW with fantastic results. Super fair pricing and excellent communication, you cannot tell any repairs were done which is pretty rare in my experience.

From the moment I stepped through the door of this wonderful company's offices until the day one week later when I picked my repaired Buick Encore up, I was so impressed. The staff is obviously well trained in customer service (I love the reminder on the wall about the importance of customers) and very efficient in their work. The phone call and text updates on progress were also very helpful. Thank you for a great experience to help me recover from a hit-and-run accident. I will always highly recommend your company.

Maurice s Auto Body is a wonderful, locally owned business that provides the highest quality repairs and the best customer service around. They kept us informed of the progress of our vehicle s repairs daily. They are honest in their dealings and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop. Maurice's Auto Body, Inc has been repairing all of my vehicles for more than 15 years. Maurice and his staff have always been Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Friendly at all the times while repairs were completed at Maurice's Auto Body Inc. (By the way, repairs to my vehicle were completed expeditiously.)I'm always Amazed at the detail that goes into Maurice's repair work. Had a great experience with a repair on my car. Throughout the process they sent frequent updates on the timeline for completion which was helpful. If you rent through Enterprise, you can drop off the vehicle at Maurice s and they will handle the return. Great work on the body repair and painting.

Because it s her insurance and they work for Allstate. Only they matter not me so told me my car was unsafe to drive since brake fluid light comes on but gave it back to me the same way not caring about my life because they don t want to pay to fix it. Called it brake maintenance. Really. Brake fluid lights don t come on when brakes are wore. Thanks for noticing. Do not use them

I cannot say enough good things about Chris & the staff at Maurice's. They make sure to put the clients first and I genuinely could tell they cared about the issues I was having with my vehicle and making sure it was taken care of and I as a driver was safe. Speaking as a repeat customer over several years, Maurice's Auto Body is the only business I trust to perform quality work on my camaro. Nick (and the rest of the team) are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and timely with their assessments and work.My car is always returned to me cleaner than the condition I leave it in, and they keep me happy by knowing just how to exceed my already high standards and expectations.They stand by thier work, and it's refreshing to work with a business that treats you like family. I dropped my vehicle off at this place because the at fault party has geico and this is where they said to take it. So by the time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle I noticed a vape pen in my car and I don t even vape. I also noticed my radio station was changed plus my AC. So I m guessing someone from this place took my vehicle for a joy ride. I will never bring my vehicle back to this place nor will I recommend anyone. I took my vehicle to get repaired not taken for a joy ride!

Great bodywork. Poor people skills. It s up to you whether one outweigh the other. I d love that Geico works with them and that you can pick up a rental at the time that you drop off the car. It bothers me that the doorhandle to the driver doorwas broken during the repair and the mechanic didn t report it. Thankfully, I brought it to their attention before leaving the shop. They owned the issue and kept the vehicle for repair. Bothered me that the part they used appeared to be used instead of new, the color was not an exact match. This wouldn t have been an issue if they brought it to our attention. I would ve accepted it. But it s concerning that the choice was made without owner input. Finally, the customer service rep released the rental car. While we were still discussing the damage to the doorhandle. Since they were keeping the car an extra day, it took 45 minutes to get the rental back. Again, the bodywork is great. Just be prepared that the customer service needs Improvement.Service: Painting

I trusted that they would provide a quality repair because they have been around a long time and they are a State Farm recommended vendor... I hope that has changed after I showed State Farm the poor quality work that they said was acceptable. When I picked up my car the paint on various parts of the car were several shades different. They told me that plastic bumpers show paint differently than metal. I told them, yes but it matched before and was nowhere near this different. The car was still dirty but somehow painted. See pictures. The gaps were poorly adjusted and the hood stuck up. The manager told me it looked fine to him. Then I noticed a new dent in the door jam by the front fender and they denied that as well. They told me that I had to come watch hours of their security cameras to show when they damaged it. I told State Farm they could figure it out or make another claim and lose all of my business. Fortunately I had photos before. After arguing, they kept my car another extended period and returned it washed and with the dent removed but no other changes to their poor paint work. I took the car to another shop to have them measure the color difference and that shop turned out to be another State Farm shop. They worked with an adjuster who agreed another $1800 of repairs were needed, and they let me know that Maurices "glued parts together rather than replace them"! Their paint is peeling already. I promised Maurices management that they would find this story on the internet. All I wanted was indemnification... the internet is forever, and so is my bad paint job. I will tell my friends to stay away from this shop.

Someone backed into my truck while it was parked and damaged it. The job they did to my truck was better than I expected. They update you everyday on the status of your vehicle. Jay to the rescue! I locked my keys in my car at work yesterday (on my sons birthday nonetheless) and after a quick call to Maurice s, they sent Jay out to help. He was super nice and knew exactly what he was doing! Had me on my way to celebrating in less than 2 minutes.I also bought my car from a mechanic at Maurice s and the car has been perfect so far! Always friendly and definitely care about the people in our community.

The service I received at Maurice s was second to none. You just don t find places like this anymore. They repaired my vehicle following an auto accident and when I went to pick it up I was running late after picking up my 3 kids and hauling tail to get over them before they closed. I accidentally went to the wrong building and by the time I got to the body shop the door was locked and lights were off as it was just after 6pm on a Friday. BUT someone saw me and came to the door, unlocked it and was happy to help me get my vehicle. They stayed and entertained my children while I switched all their car seats from the rental back to our truck and they were so incredibly kind and gracious. They ended up staying 30 min past closing to help me and make sure my children and I were all set to go. The best service I have ever received. My vehicle was repaired beautifully but was also detailed and spotless. I %10000000 recommend and am so thankful for them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Previously used them and spent $2k collectively. Recently they quoted me an estimate of almost $1000 to fix my car again. I couldn t figure out why my car would be so expensive to fix when it drives just fine. Only needed minor repairs ..Went to another auto shop in Tampa and they charged me $180 to fix my car. Be careful with this place because they will overcharge and make up other issues that aren t even an issue with your car. I never knew this place existed. Recently had damage from hitting an animal and other places that State Farm had listed for repairs were 8 months out. I went with Maurices and cannot be any happier. Had an appointment to drop off my vehicle within a week. When i got there to drop off my vehicle i was greeted by a nice receptionist. She walked out with me and listened to the damage that i was informing her of. Afterwards I kept getting notifications during the time they had my vehicle letting me know the progress of repairs. The ONLY hiccup was that the app told me my vehicle would be ready on the 12th. I never received a call as it stated I would receive. I called that morning and was told that I would receive a call between 1-3 and pick up would be between 5-6. At 4pm I called and left a message since I had an hour and a half drive. Never received a call back. So on the morning of the 13th I called again and spoke to a lady that apologized for not receiving a call, but assured me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Picked my vehicle up 8 days after dropping it off and it looks amazing. They even detailed the whole car. I definitely recommend this place for any body repairs and will definitely use again if needed. Thank you Maurices!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We first met with Nick the owner and he seemed very nice and we felt confident that his shop would do a good job. We checked his reviews on Google and all seemed fine. 2 weeks they had our truck for fairly minor repairs to the driver side door and fender. When we were contacted that we could pick up our truck, OMG! IT WAS HORRIBLE! We noticed many things right off and Chris our rep told us to bring it back that following Monday to get the stuff fixed. The paint didn't match, there was over spray EVERYWHERE! There were parts in the back of our truck that we literally picked up and handed to Chris and asked if he needed those - THEY WEREN'T EVEN OUR PARTS! There was trash inside our truck, there were bubbles and creases all over the vinyl trim pieces, they didn't replace parts they charged our insurance for and they didn't paint some new parts. While we had it over the weekend, we found even more things... They literally took a grinder to the paint inside our door under the door panel and grinded the new paint off. There were many chips of paint gone where they hit into it with things. We decided to take our truck to another repair shop to get it repaired correctly and we got approval from our insurance to do so as there was no reason to take it back to Maurices if their work was like this there was no hope! When we arrived at the new shop they couldn't believe their eyes either! The horrible work Maurices did was nothing short of unbelievable! How can a shop that has been in business for so long do such horrible work? I MEAN HORRIBLE! As if they put a group of kids on our truck and said do your best! Once the new shop did their inspection, they found that Maurices had not blended the paint which was obvious, they had also not put the bolts back into the bumper brackets and it was just shoved into place. They couldn't believe that our bumper had not fell off! Then they found that our driver side headlight had been chipped away on the top while they tried to pry bar the fender in place. Our fender was jammed up into our hood and our door had a horrible air leak. We are not hard to please people and the new shop has done a great job fixing our truck. For Maurices to do such a horrible job on our truck is again... unbelievable! Truly unbelievable for ANY body shop to do this kind of work! They did not even reach out to us to apologize or try to make anything right. Our insurance rep is charging them for the repairs that the other shop had to do to make our truck right again. BEWARE OF MAURICES PAINT AND BODY SHOP IN LAKELAND FL!!!!!!!!!!! They are shaddy and do not do quality work... not even beginner work! Its was flat out HORRIBLE work!From Maurice's: We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your repairs, you do have a full lifetime warranty at our shop but we understand you did not feel comfortable bringing back to us for whatever reason.To Maurice's: YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING! A lifetime warranty with you???? I had to take my truck to another shop that had to literally UNDO everything you did, then start from scratch along with having to repair other stuff that you all damaged! AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY IS CHARGING YOU FOR THE REPAIRS SO PAY UP! You will NEVER have my business or anyone I know ever again! I'm not the only one you all have screwed!!!!! People are talking! ! You need to be OUT OF BUSINESS! Your work is unbelievably horrible! You are the absolute worst body and paint shop I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of life! You are sooo bad that other shops are shaking their heads at you and your horrible work! They cant believe what you did to our truck! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE OF MAURICE'S PAINT AND BODY SHOP IN LAKELAND!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
