These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, fast and most importantly; affordable. Just like many of you, our budget s tight, real tight like a skydiver s back door .lol And we got into jam and needed a tire, any tire! I was just about to order it online And thought i d search Google, just one more time but this time, I changed up the phrase and BINGO, they popped up Levi s at the top of my Search results and were literally 90 seconds away, ( proximity was a very good thing because the bad tire was iffy, at best ) lol.. which seemed like a miracle after calling what seemed like Everyone, stretching from either end of Polk county, just to get put on hold And eventually get told, Nope Sorry bud .HOWEVER, that was not the case at Levi s, nope . They had EXACTLY what I needed and got me in and out Quickly! And for a reasonable price too far better than i was expecting.I ll be back, tires never last forever!Special Thanks to David, he was a huge help!

My hubcap was coming off and I bought a whole new set, but when I went up to Levy s he told me they wouldn t have to replace it, except bend the hubcap back in place. After stressing all day and night, this problem was fixed in under 5 minutes! I definitely recommend coming here, as it is very fast and the workers are super friendly. Levy deserves the world, he is so sweet.

Awesome Service A++Came in for a tire patch (That the big tire places in Lakeland didn't want to touch, cause the nail & screw in the tire might or might not be close to the side wall).I asked if the could have it ready at noon, and they said no problem.(I couldn't stop by at noon cause some of my work meetings got moved in that time slot)They courtesy called me at 1:30 PM, just to let me know that the tires was ready at noon but I didn't stop by to pick it up.When I was available to go and pick up the tire, I backed u towards their service bays, so the could put the tire in the trunk.But to my surprise they came out and took the spare off and installed the repaired/patched tire back the car, and they checked the tire pressure on all 4 tires.Such a pleasant experience!Definitely recommend!

Neither they used tire at one really reasonable price actually two give me a good deal on two used tires. Very nice people.

After one visit, I am now a forever customer! I got a screw in my tire the size of a nickel. When I walked in I could tell they were really busy. They got me in right away. While I was waiting Levy treated me like a regular. Offered all of us drinks and walked me around to look at the amazing paintings they keep there from art classes they used to host. Typically having to get your tire fixed in the middle of a workday is very stressful. However, somehow, this experience felt more like a relief to be around such good people first thing in the morning! This really is a genuine, honest place that just wants to help people. We were traveling on the highway, and are from out of town when our trailer had a blow out on one of the tires. I had no idea wear to go for help I googled on my phone tire shops and thank God I found this shop. Grant a worker seen me pull in and walked right out and listened to my story and right away he said don't worry he would help. He got me a new tire and put it on the rim then made sure on our travels we had a spare. Just wonderful service and very polite. Thank u for being so kind.

Competitively priced and great service. They helped us out one time and it really stayed with us and recommend them, always. Family establishment and if you hang around for your car you can play with the dog. Highly recommend.

The folks at Levy's are top notch! I can't say enough, Thank you Jack, Grant, Mr. Levy and awesome fellow Death Cab for Cutie fan whose name I didnt catch (my bad) Very fair in their pricing, honest and overall great customer service. They were also super helpful with an unrelated hiccup I had, they went above and beyond for real. My first quote was with a well known competitor (highly recommended) who was going to charge me nearly double! Shame on them, taking advantage of a little ol gray haired grandma. Viva la Levy's.

I had a nail in my tire four years ago and I never forgot the wonderful service I received when I visited Levy s. Today I bought a brand new set of tires from the same man who helped me back then and I am naturally very happy with the service I received today! You have a customer for life, Levy s! Thank you for the consistently awesome customer service!!

Absolutely amazing experience here. I had a nail in my tire, it went flat the day before so I put fix a flat in it for the time being, and came here after work the next day. The owner was SO nice, and got me in asap to patch up the tire. He also noticed I m from out of state, and asked me if I moved here and how I m liking it. At the end of my visit, I was called up to get my keys and pay. Their internet was down, so they weren t able to run my card. I offered to have them call me and pay over the phone, but the owner said just stop by after work tomorrow and we will get it fixed up. Truly amazing experience, comfortable and cute waiting space, and fair pricing. I will be returning!

Top notch they are! Only dealt with David was quite literally awesome in a crunch for my daughter! Will always return here for service because of the one fella (a total hard working extra mile going man) that I had the pleasure to get to deal with. So good!

Low front tire ... they got me seen within 5 mins. !!!!! Turns out there was no leak in that tire, or any other tire. I just haven't checked the pressure in nearly a year. The service writer and mechanic were true GENTLEMEN, and treated me unbelievably well !!! The mechanic kept me informed, checked all tires and filled them properly. He walked into the waiting area/showroom, dripping in sweat, and red as a stop-sign, but STILL MAINTAINED his positive, friendly attitude !!! They did NOT charge me a dime !!!! And, if they had charged me, they STILL would've received this glowing, descriptive review !!!! I am left incredibly impressed with "Levy's ....." !!!!! And, now I have a new auto repair/service company which will get ALL my business !!!!!!!!! They have renewed my faith in human kindness !!! Service like these men gave me today disappeared from most businesses now back in the late 70's ... now, it's Gone With The Wind, never to be seen again. Who knows, I may need them again tomorrow .... after all, tomorrow IS another day !!!!

Fantastic, friendly, over-the-top helpful people and service ... We were in the area on vacation when we found our tire was quickly losing air pressure. We rolled in their parking lot just 45 mins from their closing time and they ran out to help us right away, getting us back on the road quickly and at an extremely reasonable cost. I wish we lived closer, because they d be our garage of choice!

Honest tire & alignment shop also providing general auto services. Their alignment is the best in the business. If you don't need other parts or services they won't up sell them.

My tire indicator light came on. My right front tire looked low so I assumed I must have picked up a nail. I stopped in Levy's and thankfully no nail. My tires pressure were all low. They filled up all my tires to the correct pressure at no charge. The gentleman who assisted me was so kind. Everyone I met at Levy's was very nice. I will definitely be back for any future car care.

I went to Levy's for the first time last week because they happened to be the closest option when my tire blew out and man I glad they were.I rarely take the time to leave reviews but it's so rare that I encounter good and honest businesses like these. No unreasonable additional fees/charges, no need for promotions, and no attempts to upsell or recommend additional services. They are friendly, efficient and effective.I even brought my car back in today because I forgot to have them take a look at my hanging engine splash shield while they replaced my tire.Levy, himself, reattached it free of charge. This is the place I'll return to anytime I have any issues with my car (even if they can't provide the service) because I trust that they'll give it to me straight and point me in the right direction.

They are a breathe of fresh air when you walk in. No up selling or pressure but great integrity and caring for your needs. Very good pricing with quality work. A+ 5 stars !!

I dropped my car off at Levy's this week because it is right next door to my office, and I could walk back to work. However, this became the greatest decision I have made for my car! They were very honest, up front, and worked quick. The facility is spotless clean- a refreshing difference from other auto repairs.This morning I walked in for only the second time (because my part came in today) and the owner said "Good Morning Bethany". Customer service and attention to detail like Levy's offers is just hard to find anymore. I highly recommend this business for anyone with car needs!

My AC wasn't working and the dealership quoted me $2300.00 for everything. I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Levy's. When I called for an appointment, Mr. Levy himself answered the phone. Bring it in tomorrow. When I arrived, there he was at the front desk. Later that day they called and told me what was wrong which was the same as the dealership had told me as well. Their price, $706!!! What!! I think my jaw hit the floor. Yes ladies and gentlemen this is an honest place to take your vehicles. I will be back for sure and will recommend them to everyone. My car is working like new and I am so very thankful to have honest people here in Lakeland ready to help out.

Just awesome, kind, honest and extremely helpful people. We called after I blew out a tire and no one else I called in Lakeland would replace a tire on a Tesla . They sourced the tire within minutes and kept us in the loop! My tire was changed on the same day. If we didn t find this lovely business,we d have had to get the Tesla towed to Tampa, to the dealership and probably wait over a week to have this done . The day after Levy s replaced my blown out tire, the tire pressure warnings kept coming on; they told me come right back in and they checked on everything as soon as I got there! They were awesome and kind and everything was great after! Their sweet pup Tinkerbelle adds to their inviting environment !

Levy has an amazing crew that can take care of you. They are honest and will tell you what you need and what you don't. We recommended them as a second opinion to a friend and she didn't need the repair- her shady guy was trying to scam her. Levy said there was nothing wrong. I have been going here for over a decade and I would never think of taking my car elsewhere.

Also you get a lollipop before you leave!! I have always had an amazing experience with Levy's imperial tire.

Honest owner and along with his mechanics. David, Levy's General Manager is great!. I have lived in Lakeland all my life and have dealt with a lot of rip off places. I highly recommend Levy's.
