I take my car for oil change and I recommend it to all family and friends. The manager and theother employees make sure to give what the customer needs.Tires are at a very good prices too.Service was fast, office is clean and organized.Very polite and friendly staff.

I came to visit my family and in the stay I was in the need of changing the oil on my car after a pretty long drive. I stopped at Left Lane Auto & Tire and I received an outstanding customer service experience. I highly recommend this business. The owner and the staff are very professional and friendly. They are awesome and definitely know what they doing.

This is my go to place for auto repair and maintenance. I ve been to too many shops here in Lakeland that keep my car for days before even looking at it. Here at Left Lane, Im treated like family and my cars (4) have been diagnosed in a timely manner. The crew here is friendly, and efficient. Work is always done right the FIRST time. Repairs and pick up within one day. Im never taking my cars anywhere else again. Spanish and English.Towing available.

Came in here and needed help with my oil drain plug and the guys were quick and courteous. They really helped me out and are now a trusted mechanic shop by me. Being from the north it s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic with a good price and this place is just those things! Thank you Left Lane Auto!

I ve been there many times to deal with things as simple as an oil change and also a bit complex, like changing my rotors, breaks, valve gaskets and so on. These people mean business and they are professionals. Mind you, I come all the way from Kissimmee, and have no regrets.I had to change my tires and I wanted a specific brand, they kindly recommended several brands, way more economic and, according to their experience, durable.In another occasion, I had to change a gasket and for some kind of reason it didn t last, however they asked me to bring my car as soon as I could and redid the work with a newer part without charging extra.I highly recommend this place, is family-owned and they have been very honest with every business.

These guys won't do you wrong. I've never trusted a mechanic or repair shop till I found these guys. Thanks for staying late so I could get my car. Hopefully won't be back soon but I'll definitely be back when I need work again.

Ernesto filled my tires with no problem even though my inner dualies were mounted very wrong and created some difficulty airing them up. These guys are rockstars. Amazing service.

I was there a couple of weeks ago to get a tune up in my car and brakes. Very good service and professional people. Alberto helped and guided me thru everything i need it. Prices were very reasonable

I have used this tire shop several times in the past and had good results until my last visit. I brought my truck to get all 4 tires replaced due to nails and screws in them after an accident on the interstate punctured them. After the job was done I noticed that my front tire sensor was not working and advised this shop and was told it was broken before I brought it in and because I drove in on flat tires it broke the sensor. I did not drive to this shop on flat tires the were filled on the side of road and I drove to the shop the same day. The tires were all flat due to the shop letting it sit in the parking lot for two day s waiting on the new tires to get there which I saw driving by the day after I dropped it off. The shops technician drove it in the bay on flat tires which probably broke the sensor. All 4 sensors were replaced 2 months ago when the truck was purchased. When I told them they needed to replace the owner said that I needed to pay for it and he wasn t going to cover it because his technicians didn t break it. I feel this would have been great customer service and on the shops part is a serious integrity infraction since they drove on the flat tires which most likely broke it. I will not use this place again or nor I would recommend it to anyone else.*Update I contacted BBB and Department of Agriculture to take care of this complaint*.Again all sensors worked until they were broke by your shop. I had no problem until your works touched them. Everyone beware of this shop if the break something they will try to turn it around on the customer. BewareService: Tires

Got a deal on some tires and received excellent service. This is definitely a local mom and pop shop. Seemed like mostly everyone there was family. With that being said it was a very impressionable and personal experience they offered wiry flexible and friendly servicing. The buildings a little older but they have good pricing and a large tire selection. They can order new and used tires. The communication I had with them was excellent. Thank you guys for all that you had to offer!

I do not write reviews often, but after the experience I had with them today I felt it was only right to address it. I was informed yesterday that the entire job would be $175 to fix my drivers side regulator for the window. Now, halfway through the day I m informed that the price given was only an estimate. Fine, cool, I d expect the new total to be $50 more or so, but then they go to say that the piece I m looking for is $170 and that does not include labor. And that they also had to replace wires for the electrical system in the door even tho it was only my window that got stuck and the locks, windows, etc for everything else still worked before i brought it in?? I wouldn t have even left my car there overnight if the total price was going to double from what I was originally informed. Then for the owner to say they weren t even going to try and put the window up as much as it could go because I cussed out his son? Sir, your boy might need to clean his ears because no one on my end ever swore at anyone. I m not that rude. Very unprofessional, would never recommend to anyone and now a day wasted where I could have just had it somewhere else to begin with. 0 starsServices: Auto glass repair, Electrical

I came here because my ac was blowing cool not cold. Long story short I had to go three different times and they broke something on the inside and told me I had to pay for it $2000 later I got everything fixed even there mistake. Then when I completed to the work he told me here is you're stuff you don't need to come back now .
